The online device for cleaning the air water knife of the belt conveyor is characterized by comprising a support and the air water knife, wherein the support is detachably arranged on the belt conveyor, the air water knife is arranged on the support, and the knife edge of the air water knife is over against the conveyor belt; the gas-water cutter comprises an upper chamber plate, a lower chamber plate, a C-shaped sealing gasket and a water inlet pipe head, wherein the upper chamber plate is fixedly connected with the lower chamber plate, a chamber is formed inside the upper chamber plate, the C-shaped sealing gasket is arranged in a C-shaped sealing groove of the upper chamber plate, and a knife edge is formed on the unsealed side of the C-shaped sealing groove; one end of the water inlet pipe head is connected to a cavity formed by the upper chamber plate and the lower chamber plate; the other end of the water inlet pipe head is respectively connected with a compressed air source and a tap water source through a connecting pipeline, and an electromagnetic valve and a one-way valve are installed on the connecting pipeline of the compressed air source; and an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the connecting pipeline of the tap water source.
2. The online air-water knife device for cleaning the belt conveyor of claim 1, wherein the upper edge and two ends of the upper chamber plate and the lower chamber plate are provided with screw holes, and the upper chamber plate and the lower chamber plate are fixedly connected through screws.
3. The online air-water knife device for cleaning the belt conveyor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water inlet pipe head is provided with a plurality of uniformly spaced interfaces, and the lower chamber plate is provided with connecting holes corresponding to the interfaces.

The air-water knife online device for cleaning the belt conveyor as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water inlet pipe head is provided with 5 interfaces, each interface is matched with a movable joint, and the movable joints are connected with the wire joints by mirror surface sealing; each connector corresponding to the water inlet pipe head on the lower cavity plate is provided with a pipeline connector, and the wire connector is connected to the pipeline connector.

The online air-water knife device for cleaning the belt conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the support comprises a support rod, two ends of the support rod are respectively sleeved with an air-water knife holder, two ends of the support rod are respectively sleeved with a clamping seat, and the clamping seats are positioned outside the air-water knife holder; the air-water cutter is arranged on the air-water cutter seat, and the clamping seat clamps the bracket to the baffle plates on two sides of the belt conveyor; a clamping nut is welded in the middle of the lower part of the clamping seat, two guide holes are formed in the clamping seat, and the two guide holes are respectively positioned on two sides of the clamping nut; two ends of a clamping plate are welded with guide rods, and the guide rods are inserted into two guide holes on the clamping seat; the clamping plate is characterized in that a pin shaft baffle is welded at the center of the clamping plate, a handle hole and a pin shaft hole are respectively formed in two ends of a clamping screw, a handle is installed in the handle hole, a pin shaft is installed in the pin shaft hole, and the pin shaft is installed in the pin shaft baffle to complete clamping of the clamping plate.
6. The online air-water knife device for cleaning the belt conveyor of claim 1, wherein the inner chamber formed by the combination of the upper chamber plate and the lower chamber plate is a rectangular chamber, and the length of the knife edge is equal to the width of the conveyor belt.

The online air-water knife device for cleaning the belt conveyor according to claim 1, further comprising a PLC control system connected with the solenoid valve and the check valve; the compressed air source and the tap water source are connected with the water inlet pipe head through a three-way valve.

The air knife online device for cleaning the belt conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the belt conveyor has a driving roller and a driven roller which are connected by a conveyor belt and are respectively located at both ends of the conveyor belt, and the air knife is installed above the driven roller of the belt conveyor.
