The rubber sole molding process adopts the double-layer multicolor automatic rubber sole molding machine and comprises the following steps: (1) fixing the mould on the sliding template 16, and then placing a blank for shoe bottoming in a mould cavity of a lower plate of the mould; (2) opening an automatic mould middle plate lifting mechanism 9, and placing the mould middle plate on the top of the mould lower plate; (3) then placing a blank with a second color on the upper layer of the outsole of the shoe in the middle plate of the mould; (4) then the automatic mold opening and closing mechanism 8 is started, a gear and a rack 18 on a driving motor 17 are matched with each other to drive a sliding block 14 to slide inwards along a horizontal guide rod 19, a positioning column 15 on the sliding block 14 drives a sliding mold plate 16 to slide inwards, the outer end part of an upper mold plate slides downwards along a mold opening groove 13 and is gradually attached to a lower mold plate, so that a mold enters a corresponding mold clamping space, and first hot press molding can be started; (5) after the hot pressing is finished, a gear and a rack 18 on a driving motor 17 are matched with each other to drive a sliding block to slide outwards along a horizontal guide rod 19, a positioning column 15 on the sliding block 14 drives a sliding template 16 to slide outwards, the outer end part of a die upper plate slides upwards along a die opening groove 13, and the die upper plate is gradually turned over, so that the die returns to an initial state, and a blank with a second color is attached to the die upper plate at the moment; (6) then opening an automatic mould middle plate lifting mechanism 9 to separate the mould middle plate from the mould lower plate, and then performing second hot press forming; (7) and after the second hot press molding is finished, taking down the shoe bicolor outsole attached to the upper plate, and removing leftover materials remained on the upper plate to perform the next cycle of work.
