Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garbage disposal devices, in particular to a percolate disposal device and a treatment method of a garbage landfill.
Background
The landfill leachate refers to high-concentration organic wastewater formed by passing through a garbage layer and an overburden layer and accumulated water leaked out of garbage prepared for incineration, which is derived from water contained in the garbage itself in a landfill, rain and snow water entering the landfill and other water. At present, common landfill leachate collecting and treating systems are all provided with pipelines which are inserted into the bottom of a landfill, and the pipelines are provided with multiple holes for collecting leachate, so that the leachate is discharged slowly due to the structure, and the leachate generated at the top needs to go through a longer path to reach the bottom end and then is discharged from the pipelines, so that the rapid discharge and subsequent treatment of the leachate are not facilitated.
The Chinese patent with the publication number of CN214004099U discloses a leachate treatment device for a landfill, which can collect and treat leachate in piled garbage, has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and relatively low cost, is small and light in whole, is suitable for popularization and use in a small landfill, and can treat garbage piles with different thicknesses, thereby widening the use scene and range of the device.
However, the above disclosed solution has the following disadvantages: the disclosed technical structure cannot be used in a landfill, the transversely arranged cleaning and dredging mechanism cannot be inserted into landfill garbage, and the possibility of external mechanism insertion can exist only by using a sealing cover layer arranged on the top of the landfill during use, so that the disclosed structure cannot be suitable for the landfill with a fixed structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems in the background technology and provides a leachate treatment device and a treatment method for a landfill site, which can rapidly discharge leachate.
In one aspect, the invention provides a leachate treatment device for a landfill, comprising a base, a waste dam and a leachate collection assembly; the percolate collecting assembly comprises a main calandria, a vertical pipe a, a vertical pipe b, an electric telescopic rod, a piston plate a, an air outlet pipe and an elastic rod;
the base is provided with a refuse landfill pit, the top of the base is provided with a covering layer, the base, the refuse dam and the covering layer enclose a closed refuse landfill cavity, and the bottom of the base is provided with an impermeable layer;
the main calandria transversely passes through the garbage dam, a plurality of groups of liquid inlet holes a are formed in the main calandria pipeline, and porous fillers a are arranged on the walls of the liquid inlet holes a; the vertical pipes a are vertically arranged on the main drain pipes, a plurality of groups of vertical pipes a are arranged in parallel, a plurality of groups of liquid inlet holes b are formed in the pipe wall of the vertical pipes a, porous fillers b are arranged on the wall of the liquid inlet holes b, the tops of the vertical pipes a are closed, wire through holes are formed in the tops of the vertical pipes a, and the tops of the vertical pipes a penetrate through the covering layer; the vertical pipe b is arranged at the top of the vertical pipe a; the electric telescopic rod is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the top of the vertical pipe a, the bottom of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the top of the piston plate a, and the piston plate a is matched and arranged in the vertical pipe a; the air outlet pipe vertically penetrates through the piston plate a, and an electric control valve is arranged on the air outlet pipe; the elastic rod is vertically arranged at the bottom of the piston plate a, the bottom of the elastic rod is horizontally provided with a piston plate b, the piston plate b is positioned in the main calandria, and the diameter of the piston plate b is larger than that of the piston plate a; the percolate collecting components are arranged in a plurality of groups; and a control system is arranged on the base and is in control connection with the electric telescopic rod and the electric control valve.
Preferably, a longitudinal anchoring groove is arranged at the joint of the base and the covering layer, the end part of the covering layer is attached to the anchoring groove, and sand is filled in the anchoring groove.
Preferably, the porous filler a and the porous filler b are graded sand.
Preferably, the liquid inlet b is arranged in a downward inclined manner, and the inclination angle is forty-five degrees to sixty degrees.
Preferably, the top of the piston plate b is provided with a guide circular table, the size of the upper end surface of the guide circular table is smaller than that of the lower end surface of the guide circular table, and the diameter of the upper end surface of the guide circular table is smaller than that of the inner circumference of the vertical pipe a.
Preferably, a guide plate is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the main calandria, and the upper end surface of the guide plate is an inclined arc surface inclined downwards to the right.
Preferably, a wire sealing ring is arranged on the wall of the wire through hole.
On the other hand, the invention provides a percolate collecting and treating method of a percolate treating device of a refuse landfill, which comprises the following steps: s1, filling garbage between a base and a garbage dam, capping with a cover layer, and sealing holes of the cover layer for a vertical pipe a to pass through; s2, allowing percolate to enter a main discharge pipe through a liquid inlet hole a, and then discharging the percolate into a treatment tank through the main discharge pipe for treatment; s3, the control system regularly controls the electric telescopic rod to shrink so as to drive the piston plate a, the elastic rod and the piston plate b to rise, the piston plate b rises to seal the bottom of the vertical pipe a, the piston plate a continues to rise, the elastic rod is stretched, negative pressure is formed between the piston plate a and the piston plate b, percolate near the vertical pipe a can be sucked into the vertical pipe a, and the electric control valve is in a closed state when the electric telescopic rod shrinks; s4, the electric telescopic rod starts to extend after being contracted to the maximum extent, at the moment, the electric control valve is opened, gas between the piston plate a and the piston plate b can enter an external biogas storage tank through the gas outlet pipe and the vertical pipe b, and meanwhile, the elastic rod is gradually recovered; s5, the piston plate b moves downwards to be separated from the vertical pipe a, percolate in the vertical pipe a flows into the main drain pipe, and then is discharged into the treatment tank for treatment through the main drain pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects: filling garbage between a base and a garbage dam, sealing the garbage by using a cover layer, sealing a hole of the cover layer for a vertical pipe a to pass through, enabling percolate to enter a main exhaust pipe through a liquid inlet hole a, discharging the percolate into a treatment tank through the main exhaust pipe for treatment, periodically controlling an electric telescopic rod to shrink by a control system, driving a piston plate a, an elastic rod and a piston plate b to rise, enabling the piston plate b to rise to seal the bottom of the vertical pipe a, enabling the piston plate a to continuously rise, enabling the elastic rod to be pulled into, enabling negative pressure to be formed between the piston plate a and the piston plate b, sucking percolate near the vertical pipe a into the vertical pipe a, enabling an electric control valve to be in a closed state when the electric telescopic rod is shrunk, enabling the electric telescopic rod to shrink to start stretching after being shrunk to the maximum extent, enabling gas between the piston plate a and the piston plate b to enter an external biogas storage tank through an air outlet pipe and the vertical pipe b, enabling the elastic rod to gradually recover, enabling the piston plate b to move downwards to be separated from the main exhaust pipe a, enabling percolate in the vertical pipe a to flow into the main exhaust pipe, and discharging the vertical pipe into the treatment tank for treatment. The collection of percolate is quickened through feed liquor hole a and feed liquor hole b, combines the negative pressure drainage of standpipe a to enable percolate of different heights of vertical direction to get into standpipe a fast, reduces the decurrent infiltration route of percolate, further improves the collection speed of percolate, and standpipe a compromise simultaneously in addition and collects percolate and exhaust function, discharges the gas that produces landfill, and the follow-up separation of being convenient for uses.

Example 1
The invention provides a percolate treatment device of a refuse landfill, which comprises a base 1, a refuse dam 2 and a percolate collecting assembly; the percolate collecting assembly comprises a main drain pipe 4, a vertical pipe a7, a vertical pipe b8, an electric telescopic rod 11, a piston plate a12, an air outlet pipe 14 and an elastic rod 15;
as shown in fig. 1, a refuse landfill pit is formed in a base 1, a cover layer 3 is arranged at the top of the base 1, a longitudinal anchoring groove is formed in the joint of the base 1 and the cover layer 3, the end part of the cover layer 3 is attached to the anchoring groove, sand and stones are filled in the anchoring groove, the base 1, a refuse dam 2 and the cover layer 3 enclose a closed refuse landfill cavity, and an impermeable layer is arranged at the bottom of the base 1.
As shown in fig. 2-5, the main calandria 4 transversely passes through the garbage dam 2, a guide plate 18 is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the main calandria 4, the upper end surface of the guide plate 18 is an inclined arc surface inclined to the right and lower, a plurality of groups of liquid inlet holes a5 are arranged on the pipeline of the main calandria 4, and porous fillers a6 are arranged on the wall of the liquid inlet holes a 5; the vertical pipes a7 are vertically arranged on the main drain pipe 4, a plurality of groups of vertical pipes a7 are arranged in parallel, a plurality of groups of liquid inlet holes b9 are formed in the pipe wall of the vertical pipes a7, porous fillers b10 are arranged on the wall of the liquid inlet holes b9, the tops of the vertical pipes a7 are closed and provided with wire through holes, wire sealing rings 19 are arranged on the wall of the wire through holes, and the tops of the vertical pipes a7 penetrate through the covering layer 3; the vertical pipe b8 is arranged at the top of the vertical pipe a 7; the electric telescopic rod 11 is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the top of the vertical pipe a7, the bottom of the electric telescopic rod 11 is connected with the top of the piston plate a12, and the piston plate a12 is matched and arranged in the vertical pipe a 7; the air outlet pipe 14 vertically penetrates through the piston plate a12, and the air outlet pipe 14 is provided with an electric control valve 13; the elastic rod 15 is vertically arranged at the bottom of the piston plate a12, the bottom of the elastic rod 15 is horizontally provided with a piston plate b16, the piston plate b16 is positioned in the main calandria 4, the diameter of the piston plate b16 is larger than that of the piston plate a12, the top of the piston plate b16 is provided with a guide round table 17, the size of the upper end surface of the guide round table 17 is smaller than that of the lower end surface of the guide round table, and the diameter of the upper end surface of the guide round table 17 is smaller than that of the inner circumference of the vertical pipe a 7; the percolate collecting components are arranged in a plurality of groups; the base 1 is provided with a control system which is in control connection with the electric telescopic rod 11 and the electric control valve 13.
The process of accelerating the collection of the percolate in this example is as follows: filling garbage between a base 1 and a garbage dam 2, sealing the top by using a cover layer 3, sealing a hole, through which a vertical pipe a7 passes, of the cover layer 3, enabling percolate to enter a main exhaust pipe 4 through a liquid inlet hole a5, discharging the percolate into a treatment tank through the main exhaust pipe 4 for treatment, periodically controlling a control system to retract an electric telescopic rod 11, driving a piston plate a12, an elastic rod 15 and a piston plate b16 to ascend, enabling the piston plate b16 to ascend to seal the bottom of the vertical pipe a7, enabling the piston plate a12 to ascend continuously, enabling the elastic rod 15 to be pulled to form negative pressure between the piston plate a12 and the piston plate b16, enabling percolate near the vertical pipe a7 to be sucked into the vertical pipe a7, enabling an electric control valve 13 to be in a closed state when the electric telescopic rod 11 is retracted, enabling the electric control valve 13 to be opened after the electric telescopic rod 11 is retracted to the maximum extent, enabling gas between the piston plate a12 and the piston plate b16 to enter an external storage tank through an air outlet pipe 14 and the vertical pipe b8, enabling the elastic rod 15 to gradually recover, enabling the piston plate b16 to move downwards to be separated from the vertical pipe a7, enabling the liquid flow to enter the main exhaust pipe 4 for treatment, and then discharging percolate into the main exhaust pipe 4 for treatment. In this embodiment, collect the filtration liquid through feed liquor hole a5 and feed liquor hole b9 for, combine the negative pressure drainage of standpipe a7 to enable the filtration liquid of vertical direction not co-altitude to get into standpipe a7 fast in, reduce the decurrent infiltration route of filtration liquid, further improve the collection rate of filtration liquid, standpipe a7 compromise simultaneously in addition and collect filtration liquid and exhaust function, discharge the gas that landfill produced, be convenient for follow-up separation use.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, in the leachate treatment apparatus for a landfill according to the present invention, compared with the first embodiment, the liquid inlet b9 is disposed at a downward inclination, and the inclination angle is forty-five degrees to sixty degrees, and the porous filler a6 and the porous filler b10 are graded sand.
In this embodiment, the downwardly inclined liquid inlet b9 can facilitate the entry of percolate, and the graded sand can provide isolation while ensuring that the percolate passes through, so as to prevent garbage from entering the vertical pipe a7 and the main calandria 4.
Example III
The percolate collecting and treating method based on the percolate treating device of the refuse landfill comprises the following steps of:
s1, filling garbage between a base 1 and a garbage dam 2, capping by using a cover layer 3, and sealing holes of the cover layer 3 for a vertical pipe a7 to pass through;
s2, allowing percolate to enter the main calandria 4 through the liquid inlet hole a5, and then discharging the percolate into a treatment tank through the main calandria 4 for treatment;
s3, the control system regularly controls the electric telescopic rod 11 to shrink, so that the piston plate a12, the elastic rod 15 and the piston plate b16 are driven to rise, the piston plate b16 rises to seal the bottom of the vertical pipe a7, the piston plate a12 continues to rise, the elastic rod 15 is stretched, negative pressure is formed between the piston plate a12 and the piston plate b16, percolate near the vertical pipe a7 can be sucked into the vertical pipe a7, and the electric control valve 13 is in a closed state when the electric telescopic rod 11 shrinks;
s4, the electric telescopic rod 11 is contracted to the maximum extent and then starts to extend, at the moment, the electric control valve 13 is opened, gas between the piston plate a12 and the piston plate b16 can enter an external biogas storage tank through the gas outlet pipe 14 and the vertical pipe b8, and meanwhile, the elastic rod 15 is gradually restored;
s5, the piston plate b16 moves downwards to be separated from the vertical pipe a7, and percolate in the vertical pipe a7 flows into the main drain pipe 4 and then is discharged into a treatment tank for treatment through the main drain pipe 4.
