本申请公开了一种确定激活期方法和装置。其中,该方法包括:用户设备的上行逻辑信道触发用户设备在物理上行控制信道PUCCH上发送调度请求SR,其中,用户设备的MAC实体配置了多个非连续接收组;用户设备获取与上行逻辑信道的传输限制信息对应的至少一个非连续接收组;用户设备根据上行逻辑信道的传输限制信息在至少一个非连续接收组上进入非连续接收的激活期。本申请实施例的确定激活期方法和装置,既可以保证调度性能,又兼顾了终端省电。
