本发明公开了一种监听控制方法、终端设备、网络设备、芯片、计算机可读存储介质、计算机程序产品以及计算机程序,所述方法包括:终端设备接收指示信息;其中,所述指示信息,用于确定在全部服务小区中的至少部分服务小区的非连续接收DRX激活时间的至少部分时长中,跳过物理下行控制信道PDCCH监听;其中,所述全部服务小区包括:终端设备的主服务小区PCell、以及处于激活状态的N个辅服务小区SCell,N为大于等于1的整数。
