The first rotation shaft 1 is rotatable with respect to the second rotation shaft 2 by a support member 3. The rotating member 4 may rotate along with the second rotating shaft 2, or may rotate independently, and the rotation manner of the rotating member does not limit the protection scope of the present application.
A tongue piece capable of rotating along with the second rotating shaft 2 is convexly arranged on one side edge of the rotating member 4. The first end of the tongue piece is connected to the connecting device, and the second end of the tongue piece can rotate along the connecting device. The length of the tongue piece is larger than the height difference between the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2 in the use state, and when the tongue piece rotates downwards to a preset angle, the lowest end of the tongue piece is lower than the lowest end of the first rotating shaft 1.
The connection device has a supporting state in which the tongue is supported below the second rotation shaft 2. There is also a stowed condition in which the tongue is flipped over the second spindle 2.
One end of the supporting member 3 is rotatably sleeved on the first rotating shaft 1, so that the supporting member 3 can rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 1 and generate corresponding torque; the other end of the supporting member 3 is rotatably sleeved on the second rotating shaft 2, so that the supporting member 3 can rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 2 and generate corresponding torque; friction plates may be provided in the support member 3 to provide suitable damping.
The first end of the supporting member 3 is provided with a first shaft sleeve 31, the second end is provided with a second shaft sleeve 32, wherein the first shaft sleeve 31 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 1 and can rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 1, and the second shaft sleeve 32 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 2 and can rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 2. In each embodiment, the sleeve and shaft may be designed in a similar manner to a conventional shaft. For example, friction plates are provided in the sleeve to make the shaft more compact. The description is not repeated here.
Preferably, the second rotating shaft 2 is sleeved in the second sleeve 32 through the rotating member 4.
Also comprises a first connecting component 5 fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 1 and a second connecting component 6 fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 2. Wherein the first connecting member 5 is adapted to be connected to the first body 7 and the first connecting member 5 is adapted to be connected to the second body 8.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the embodiment of the application further discloses a portable electronic device, which includes a first body 7 and a second body 8, wherein the first body 7 and the second body 8 are connected through a connecting device, and the connecting device is pivotally connected to the first body 7 and the second body 8, so that the first body 7 rotates to a first position to be stacked on the second body 8, or rotates to a second position to form an unfolding angle with the second body 8.
In this embodiment, the portable electronic device may be preferably a notebook computer, the first body 7 may be preferably a display, and the second body 8 may be preferably a system host (but not limited thereto). The system host may have, for example, a keyboard and the display may include, for example, a liquid crystal display. The connection means may comprise any connection means according to the previous embodiments and other embodiments. Thus, the display can be rotated horizontally with respect to the system host via the connection means.
The first connecting member 5 is fixed to the second body 8 and is non-rotatably fixed to the first rotation shaft 1. The first coupling member 5 may have a plurality of through holes for screw-coupling the first shaft 1. Alternatively, the first connecting member 5 may be connected to the first shaft 1 by welding, caulking, splicing, or the like.
The first coupling member is fixed to the second body 8 and rotatably fitted over one end of the first shaft 1 (for example, by a sleeve) so that the first coupling member 5 can be rotated with respect to the first shaft 1 and generate a corresponding torque. Thus, the connection means may provide sufficient torque on the first shaft 1 with friction generated by rotation of the first connection member 5 (but is not limited thereto, meaning that in another embodiment the application may employ other conventional hinge torque designs, such as connecting a torsion spring to the first connection member 5 and the first shaft 1 to generate torque, the associated description being omitted herein) so that the user may rotate the first body 7 to any desired angle of divergence relative to the second body 8.
The second connecting member 6 is fixed to the first body 7 and is non-rotatably fixed to the second rotating shaft 2. The second coupling member 6 may have a plurality of through holes for screw-coupling the second rotation shaft 2. Alternatively, the second connecting member 6 may be connected to the second rotating shaft 2 by welding, riveting, splicing, or the like.
The portable electronic device has a supporting state in which the rotating member 4 is supported below the second rotation shaft 2. And a retracted state in which the rotary member 4 is flipped over the second rotation shaft 2,
the first end of the tongue piece is connected to the connecting device, and the second end of the tongue piece can rotate along the connecting device. The tongue piece can move to a position abutting against the bottom surface of the base along the arc-shaped guide rail. When the user deploys the portable electronic device, the user only needs to pull the first body 7 in the direction of the connecting device, and rotate the first body 7 from the first position where the first body 7 is overlapped on the second body 8 to the second position where the first body 7 is pivoted by the deployment angle a (for example, 110 degrees, but not limited thereto) relative to the second body 8.
The second body 8 includes a base, and one end of the base extends upward to form an arc-shaped guide rail. The second end of the tongue may pivot with the first body 7, but in this stage the second end of the tongue may not be in contact with the second body 8; when rotated to angle B (e.g., 70 degrees, but not limited thereto), the second end of the tongue enters the arcuate guide. If the first body 7 continues to rotate, the angle between the first body 7 and the second body 8 gradually increases, and the second end of the tongue piece is driven by the connecting device to move along the arc-shaped guide rail until the second end of the tongue piece abuts against the bottom surface of the second body 8.
Wherein the arcuate guide rail may also be a sliding cavity of a predetermined shape that may be formed on the second body 8. The second end of the tongue may be a slider that matches the predetermined shape of the sliding cavity.
The second body includes a fan, and the air outlet direction of the fan faces the first connecting member 5. The length of the tongue piece is greater than the height difference between the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2 in the use state, and when the tongue piece rotates downwards to a preset angle, the lowest end of the tongue piece is lower than the lowest end of the first rotating shaft 1. The height from the second rotating shaft 2 to the bottom surface of the second body 8 is smaller than the height of the tongue piece, so when the lowest end of the tongue piece is abutted to the bottom surface of the second body 8, the tongue piece can raise the height of the second rotating shaft 2, the second rotating shaft 2 drives the first body 7 to be raised, and the distance between the first body 7 and the second body 8 is increased. The air-out of fan can be more smooth and easy, and the radiating effect promotes.
The opening and closing process is substantially symmetrical and thus is not further described.
It should be appreciated that although the above description exemplifies a notebook computer, the connection device in the present disclosure may also be applied to other electronic devices, such as a mobile phone, a camera, and the like.
