Abstract

The invention discloses a connecting device, which comprises a first connecting component (1) and a second connecting component (2) which are arranged in parallel; and a moving member (3), said moving member (3) being connected to said first connecting member (1); the rotating component (4), one end of the rotating component (4) is connected with the second connecting component (2), and the other end of the rotating component is connected with the moving component (3); wherein said first connection member (1) is translatable with respect to said second connection member (2) by means of said moving member (3), and said second connection member (2) is rotatable with respect to said first connection member (1) by means of said rotating member (4). Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention can effectively solve the problem of insufficient heat dissipation space of the ultra-thin portable electronic device, and has smaller volume and better reliability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers.
Background
Generally, a notebook computer or a foldable electronic product is designed to connect a display screen and a system host respectively by a pivot mechanism, so that the display screen can be rotated to a position covering the system host for folding or carrying about, or rotated to a position extending at a certain angle (e.g. 120 degrees) relative to the system host for operation.
Fig. 1 is an air outlet schematic diagram of a portable electronic device in the prior art. In the above design, the pivot mechanism is a very important component, which has a great influence on the shape of the product, especially on the appearance design. Taking a portable electronic device as an example, two parts of a traditional connecting device rotating around a shaft are respectively fixed on a base and a display screen, and the position of the connecting device relative to the shaft is kept unchanged, so that a product is in a single form.
More importantly, the current trend is for portable electronic devices to be thinner and thinner, and conventional connection devices impose some limitations in this regard. Both product form and design have high demands on the connecting device, and therefore, there is a need for a connecting device to reduce the restrictions on product form and design.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art, and provides a connection device with small size and high reliability and a portable electronic device using the connection device.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a connecting device including a first connecting member and a second connecting member disposed in parallel with each other; and a moving member connected to the first connecting member; a rotating member, one end of which is connected with the second connecting member and the other end of which is connected with the moving member; wherein the first connecting member is translatable relative to the second connecting member by the moving member, and the second connecting member is rotatable relative to the first connecting member by the rotating member.
A further development of the invention is that the moving member comprises a guide rail.
The invention is further improved in that the first end of the rotating member is positioned in the guide rail, the second end of the rotating member is positioned outside the guide rail, and the rotating member horizontally moves along the extending direction of the guide rail.
The invention is further improved in that the guide rail is provided with a protruding part for preventing the rotating component from rotating in the guide rail.
The invention is further improved in that the rotating member comprises a moving part and a rotating part, and the rotating part is rotatably sleeved on the moving part.
The invention is further improved in that the second connecting member is provided with a shaft sleeve which is rotatably sleeved on the rotating member, so that the second connecting member can rotate relative to the rotating member and generate corresponding torque.
The invention is further improved in that the edge of the shaft sleeve is provided with a limiting sheet for preventing the rotating component from moving in the shaft sleeve.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a portable electronic device, comprising a first body and a second body, and a connecting device as described above for connecting the first body and the second body.
The invention is further improved in that the first connecting member is fixedly connected to the second body, and the second connecting member is fixedly connected to the first body.
The keyboard part comprises a fan, and the air outlet direction of the fan faces to the first connecting component.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention can effectively solve the problem of insufficient heat dissipation space of the ultra-thin portable electronic device, and has smaller volume and better reliability.

Detailed Description
In order to fully understand the configuration and effect of the present disclosure, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments disclosed hereinafter, but may be implemented in several types, and various modifications may be made. The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to assist those of ordinary skill in the art in a comprehensive understanding of the technical features of the present disclosure. To assist in understanding the present disclosure, the dimensions of some of the constituent elements shown in the drawings may be exaggerated or reduced for clarity of explanation.
The terms "first, second, etc. may be used to describe various elements, but should not be limited to the corresponding terms. Fig. 6 is an air outlet schematic view of an embodiment of a portable electronic device according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the structure of the connection device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The connecting device of the present invention is applied to the pivot connection of the first body 5 and the second body 6, so that the first body 5 can be pivoted to the first position overlapped on the second body 6 or to the second position expanded to a divergent angle with the second body 6 through the connecting device.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a coupling device comprises a first coupling member 1 and a second coupling member 2 arranged parallel to each other, and
a moving member 3 connected with the first connecting member 1;
a rotating member 4 having one end connected to the second connecting member 2 and the other end connected to the moving member 3;
wherein the first coupling member 1 is translatable relative to the second coupling member 2 by means of the moving member 3, and the second coupling member 2 is rotatable relative to the first coupling member 1 by means of the rotating member 4.
The moving member 3 includes a guide rail 31. The first end of the rotating member 4 is located inside the guide rail 31, the second end thereof is located outside the guide rail 31, and the rotating member 4 moves horizontally in the extending direction of the guide rail 31. The first end of the rotation member 4 may have a predetermined shape, for example, a shape to be fitted with the guide rail 31. Thus, the guide rail 31 and the rotary member 4 are engaged with each other, so that the rotary member 4 can move linearly in one dimension in the guide rail 31 in the same direction as the extending direction of the guide rail 31. Wherein the guide rail 31 may also be a sliding cavity of a predetermined shape that may be formed on the moving member 3. The sliding chamber may have a predetermined shape, such as, but not limited to, a rectangle with a chamfer.
The guide rail 31 is provided with a protruding portion for preventing the rotation member 4 from rotating within the guide rail 31.
The rotating member 4 includes a moving portion 41 and a rotating portion 42, the rotating portion 42 is rotatably fitted over the moving portion 41, and when the rotating portion 42 rotates, the moving portion 41 is caught in the moving member 3 without following the rotating portion 42.
The second connecting member 2 is provided with a shaft sleeve 21, the shaft sleeve 21 is rotatably sleeved on the rotating member 4, so that the second connecting member 2 can rotate relative to the rotating member 4 and generate corresponding torque, and the edge of the shaft sleeve 21 is provided with a limiting sheet for preventing the rotating member 4 from moving in the shaft sleeve 21.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a portable electronic device, which comprises a first body 5 and a second body 6, wherein the first body 5 and the second body 6 are connected through a connecting device, and the connecting device is pivoted with the first body 5 and the second body 6 so as to enable the first body 5 to rotate to a first position to be stacked on the second body 6 or rotate to a second position to be matched with the second body 6 to form an unfolding angle.
In this embodiment, the portable electronic device may preferably be a notebook computer, the first body 5 may preferably be a display, and the second body 6 may preferably be a system host (but is not limited thereto). The system host may have, for example, a keyboard and the display may include, for example, a liquid crystal display. The connection means may comprise any connection means according to the previous and other embodiments. Therefore, the display can be horizontally moved and rotated with respect to the system main body through the connection device.
The first connecting member 1 is fixedly connected to the second body 6, and the second connecting member 2 is fixedly connected to the first body 5. The first connecting member 1 and/or the second connecting member 2 may have a plurality of through holes. Alternatively, the first connecting member 1 may be connected to the second body 6 by welding, riveting, splicing, or the like, and the second connecting member 2 may be connected to the first body 5 by welding, riveting, splicing, or the like.
The first connecting member 1 is fixed to the second body 6 and rotatably fitted over one end of the rotating member 4 (e.g., by a sleeve) such that the first connecting member 1 can rotate relative to the rotating member 4 and generate a corresponding torque. Thus, the coupling device may utilize the friction force generated by the rotation of the first coupling member 1 to provide sufficient torque on the rotating member 4 (but not limited thereto, meaning that in another embodiment, the present invention may employ other conventional hinge torque designs, such as a torsion spring coupled to the first coupling member 1 to generate torque, the description of which is omitted herein) so that a user may rotate the first body 5 relative to the second body 6 to any desired expansion angle.
When the user unfolds the portable electronic device, the user only needs to pull the first body 5 in the direction of the connecting device, and the first position where the first body 5 is overlapped on the second body 6 pivots to the second position of the unfolding angle a (for example, 110 degrees, but not limited thereto) relative to the second body 6. In the process, only the rotating member 4 rotates, and the first body 5 and the second body 6 do not move.
Further, the user can further pull the first body 5 outward to make the first body 5 reach the third position from the second position, and at this time, the rotating portion 42 moves in the moving portion 41, and the first body 5 and the second body 6 only move and do not rotate.
The second body 6 comprises a fan, and the air outlet direction of the fan faces the first connecting member 1. Even if the first body 5 reaches the third position, the distance between the first body 5 and the second body 6 becomes large. The air-out of fan can be more smooth and easy, and the radiating effect promotes.
The opening and closing process is substantially symmetrical and therefore not described further.
It should be understood that although the above description is made of a notebook computer as an example, the connection device in the present disclosure may be applied to other electronic apparatuses such as a mobile phone, a camera, and the like.
Although a few exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, it is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. For example, according to the connection device of the above-described embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic apparatus and a notebook computer having the connection device may be used not only as separate solutions but also as interdependent solutions. The disclosure is intended to cover all such changes and modifications, and the spirit and scope of the disclosure is to be limited only by the appended claims and equivalents.
It should be noted that various modifications could be made in the constructions of the parts described above by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and these modifications would fall within the scope of the disclosure as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A connection device, characterized by: comprises a first connecting member (1) and a second connecting member (2) which are arranged in parallel with each other; and
a moving member (3), said moving member (3) being connected to said first connecting member (1);
one end of the rotating component (4) is connected with the second connecting component (2), and the other end of the rotating component (4) is connected with the moving component (3); wherein,
the first connecting member (1) is translatable relative to the second connecting member (2) by means of the moving member (3), and the second connecting member (2) is rotatable relative to the first connecting member (1) by means of the rotating member (4).
2. The connection device of claim 1, wherein: the moving member (3) comprises a guide rail (31).

The connection device of claim 2, wherein: the first end of the rotating component (4) is positioned in the guide rail (31), the second end of the rotating component (4) is positioned outside the guide rail (31), and the rotating component (4) horizontally moves along the extending direction of the guide rail (31).
4. The connection device of claim 2, wherein: the guide rail (31) is provided with a convex part for preventing the rotating component (4) from rotating in the guide rail (31).
5. The connection device of claim 1, wherein: the rotating member (4) comprises a moving part (41) and a rotating part (42), and the rotating part (42) is rotatably sleeved on the moving part (41).

The connection device of claim 1, wherein: the second connecting component (2) is provided with a shaft sleeve (21), and the shaft sleeve (21) is rotatably sleeved on the rotating component (4) so that the second connecting component (2) can rotate relative to the rotating component (4) and generate corresponding torque.
7. The connection device of claim 6, wherein: the edge of the shaft sleeve (21) is provided with a limiting sheet for preventing the rotating component (4) from moving in the shaft sleeve (21).
8. A portable electronic device comprises a first body (5) and a second body (6), and is characterized in that: comprising a connecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for connecting said first body (5) and said second body (6).
