The invention relates to a tea drying treatment system, which consists of an airing component and a tea frying component; the airing assembly comprises a dumping assembly, an airing rack, a conversion channel and an airing frame, wherein the conversion channel and the airing frame are all arranged on the upper part of the airing rack; the tea frying component comprises a frying component, a protective body cover positioned on the right side of the drying rack, a hearth arranged on the left part of the protective body cover and a heating furnace arranged at the upper end of the hearth; the heating furnace is positioned below the right side of the conversion channel, and the stir-frying assembly is positioned on the right side of the hearth. The invention can assist the manual work to automatically shake and spread the tea leaves during airing, so as to promote the better airing effect; the tea can be automatically conveyed into the heating furnace for automatic small fire heating, and time and convenience are saved. Finally, the tea can be automatically stir-fried, and the stir-frying process almost does not need manual participation, thereby being quite labor-saving.

The dumping component comprises a side ejector rod fixedly installed on the airing frame and an A-shaped oil cylinder installed on the airing frame in a hinged mode, the A-shaped oil cylinder is connected with the left portion of the airing frame in a hinged mode, and the upper end of the side ejector rod is connected with the right portion of the airing frame in a hinged mode. The A-shaped oil cylinder can be used for pushing up the drying rack, and the dumping can be realized.
The stir-frying assembly comprises a guide rod and a B-type oil cylinder which are arranged on the protective body cover, and the B-type oil cylinder is connected with a loading plate which is in vertical sliding fit with the guide rod. The loading plate can be lifted.
The loading plate is respectively provided with an A-type motor and a polished rod; a CD is arranged on the polish rod in a sliding way; the A-type motor is connected with a lead screw in threaded connection with the optical disk. The optical disc may be driven to move in a horizontal direction.
A B-type motor is mounted on the optical disk and connected with a shovel box. The shovel box can rotate.
The shovel box right part welding has the main connecting rod, and it has semicircular guide way to open on the CD, main connecting rod and guide way sliding fit. This configuration is to better define a 180 degree flip of the scoop box.
The left end and the upper part of the shovel box are both open, and three edges of the left end of the shovel box are provided with straight chamfers. The structure is convenient for shoveling tea leaves in the heating furnace into the shovel box.

The pouring component is used for pouring the aired tea into the heating furnace 8, and the upper side and the right side of the heating furnace 8 are both in an open state. The stir-frying component is used for stir-frying the tea leaves entering the heating furnace 8. The rear part of the hearth 7 is also provided with a chimney, and the tea in the heating furnace 8 can be heated by small fire through the hearth 7.
In a practical application scene, the invention is provided with the vibration motor 6 at the bottom end of the airing frame 3, thereby solving the problem of a vibration driving source.

The optical disk 15 can be driven to move in the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 8, for the present invention, a B-type motor 16 is mounted on the optical disc 15, a shovel box 17 is connected to the B-type motor 16, and the shovel box 17 of the present invention is rotatable.
As shown in fig. 8, a main link 18 is welded to the right portion of the shovel box 17, a semicircular guide groove 15a is formed in the optical disk 15, and the main link 18 is slidably fitted to the guide groove 15 a. This configuration is to better define a 180 degree flip of the scoop box 17.

When the tea leaf airing frame is used specifically, the picked tea leaves are manually poured onto the airing frame 3, and the tea leaves are flatly spread on the airing frame 3 through the vibration effect of the vibration motor 6, so that the airing is facilitated.
After the airing is finished, the A-shaped oil cylinder 5 pushes up the airing frame 1, so that tea leaves on the airing frame 3 can slide downwards into the heating furnace 8 through the conversion channel 4 to be heated.
During the heating process, the stir-frying can be carried out for a plurality of times, and the specific steps of each stir-frying are as follows:
s1: the A-type motor 12 drives the lead screw 13 to rotate forward, so that the optical disk 15 and the shovel box 17 both slide leftward, and the shovel box 17 shovels all tea leaves in the shovel box 17 into the shovel box.
S2: the B-type oil cylinder 10 is pushed up by a carrier plate 11 to lift the shovel box 17 and the tea leaves.
S3: the B-type motor 16 drives the shovel box 17 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the tea leaves in the shovel box 17 are inverted and fall into the heating furnace 8 again.
S4: the shovel box 17 is driven to reset under the reverse driving of the A-type motor 12, the B-type oil cylinder 10 and the B-type motor 16.
