技术领域
本发明涉及一种带灯侧杆,属于带灯侧杆的技术领域。
背景技术
卷帘LED灯为汽车配件之一,一般安装在汽车的卷帘中,为车主提供照明。
目前的卷帘LED灯的灯珠外露,易因为受到车主的撞击或其他原因造成的撞击而发生损伤;且卷帘LED灯背面与卷帘箱体平行安装后,灯光平直射出,车主在直视灯光时间长会出现眩晕,容易发生安全隐患;同时卷帘LED灯背面无隐藏走线位置,灯线必定外露,容易产生漏电、短路等危险。
目前市面通用的卷帘LED灯侧杆,LED灯带的光通过纤维圆棒透光的方式,存在透光光线不明亮,远观光线微弱的问题;侧杆铝型材上下部分只有中间一处连接,上部加装其它附件强度不够;而且右侧开口易变形,影响卷帘运行顺畅。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种灯光倾斜、安全隐患较低的带灯侧杆。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种带灯侧杆,包括LED灯板和用于固定LED灯板的固定部件,包括:外侧杆、灯带安装件及底板;所述外侧杆与灯带安装件并行连接后与所述底板构成L形带灯侧杆;
所述外侧杆,反向所述灯带安装件的方向形成内陷功能凹槽,所述功能凹槽的顶部设有朝向所述功能凹槽内的内侧胶条插槽,用于安装内侧胶条406,底部设有朝向所述功能凹槽内的排水槽;
所述灯带安装件,通过连接筋与所述外侧杆相连接,基于所述连接筋设有反向所述外侧杆的走线槽的腔体,在所述走线槽内设有用于紧固的第一连接槽;基于所述走线槽朝上下各外凸设有朝上附件固定槽和朝下附件固定槽;在所述走线槽及上附件固定槽的外侧壁反向于所述外侧杆方向设有灯带安装腔;所述灯带安装腔倾斜于所述走线槽及上附件固定槽的外侧壁设有灯罩安装卡口;
所述底板,沿着所述下附件固定槽延伸方向垂直于所述连接筋延伸,且处于所述灯带安装腔下方,所述底板中空设有安装连接件的固定腔体,在所述固定腔体内设有用于紧固的第二连接槽,外侧设有朝下的外侧胶条插槽,用于安装外侧胶条。
可选地,其中,所述灯带安装腔底部设有倾斜台阶的灯带插件倾斜安装槽,所述灯带插件为U形槽,灯带安装在所述灯带插件的槽底,在所述灯带插件倾斜安装槽对应于所述灯带插件的U形槽口位置设有朝向所述灯带安装腔内的灯带插件卡凸,用于限位所述灯带插件。
可选地,其中,所述灯带安装腔底部设有灯罩卡口,所述灯罩卡口倾斜卡凸卡合所述灯罩的台阶卡口,所述灯罩卡口朝上的台阶卡凸卡合所述灯罩的凹槽型卡口,将所述灯罩插入且按照预设角度倾斜卡合在所述灯罩卡口处。

由上述技术方案可知:(1)本带灯侧杆与现有方式相比,偏转LED灯照射方向后配合新材料灯罩透光更好,远处清晰可见。
(2)本带灯侧杆与现有方式相比,取消原插条槽,增加上下部连接筋后,上下部连接强度更高,上部加装附件更安全;而且铝型材右侧开口不容易变形,不影响卷帘运行顺畅;LED灯板与卷帘箱体倾斜安装,在保证车厢照明的同时,避免灯光直射车主眼睛,引起不适,避免安全隐患。
(3)本带灯侧杆与现有方式相比,卷帘LED灯中的灯板走线于凹槽、凹槽的走线孔中,便于线路的安装、维修和拆卸,同时也美观大气。
(4)本带灯侧杆与现有方式相比,增加侧杆尾端头的按键开关,在不使用遥控钥匙的情况下,可利用按键开关控制卷帘开合卷帘LED灯结构简单,体积小巧。
(5)本带灯侧杆与现有方式相比,卷帘LED灯中的固定件的底面与卷帘箱体大面积接触,有效传导灯光使用时产生的热量,延长了产品使用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细具体说明,本发明的内容不局限于以下实施例。
现有技术中的现有电动卷帘侧杆带灯,参考图1,通过圆棒101透光LED灯带102的方式,光线不明亮,远观光线微弱;侧杆铝型材上下部分只有中间一处连接,插条槽103、上部加装其它附件强度不够;而且右侧开口易变形,影响卷帘运行顺畅。

具体地,本实施例中提供一种带灯侧杆,包括LED灯板和用于固定LED灯板的固定部件,其特征在于,包括:外侧杆201、灯带安装件202及底板203;外侧杆与灯带安装件并行连接后与底板构成L形带灯侧杆。
外侧杆201,反向灯带安装件的方向形成内陷功能凹槽211,功能凹槽的顶部设有朝向功能凹槽内的内侧胶条插槽212,底部设有朝向功能凹槽内的排水槽213。
灯带安装件202,通过连接筋221与外侧杆201相连接,基于连接筋设有反向外侧杆的走线槽的腔体222,在走线槽内设有用于紧固的第一连接槽223;基于走线槽朝上下各外凸设有朝上附件固定槽224和朝下附件固定槽225;在走线槽及上附件固定槽的外侧壁反向于外侧杆方向设有灯带安装腔226;灯带安装腔倾斜于走线槽及上附件固定槽的外侧壁设有灯罩安装卡口227。
底板203,沿着下附件固定槽延伸方向垂直于连接筋延伸,且处于灯带安装腔下方,底板中空设有安装连接件的固定腔体231,在固定腔体内设有用于紧固的第二连接槽232,外侧设有朝下的外侧胶条插槽233,用于安装外侧胶条407。
在一些可选的实施例中,灯带安装腔底部设有倾斜台阶的灯带插件倾斜安装槽234,灯带插件为U形槽402,灯带403安装在灯带插件的槽底,在灯带插件倾斜安装槽对应于灯带插件的U形槽口位置设有朝向灯带安装腔内的灯带插件卡凸,用于限位灯带插件。
在一些可选的实施例中,灯带安装腔底部设有灯罩卡口235,灯罩236卡口倾斜卡凸卡合灯罩的台阶卡口,灯罩卡口朝上的台阶卡凸卡合灯罩的凹槽型卡口,将灯罩插入且按照预设角度倾斜卡合在灯罩卡口处。

Claims (9)
1.一种带灯侧杆,包括LED灯板和用于固定LED灯板的固定部件,其特征在于,包括:外侧杆、灯带安装件及底板;所述外侧杆与灯带安装件并行连接后与所述底板构成L形带灯侧杆;
所述外侧杆,反向所述灯带安装件的方向形成内陷功能凹槽,所述功能凹槽的顶部设有朝向所述功能凹槽内的内侧胶条插槽,底部设有朝向所述功能凹槽内的排水槽;
所述灯带安装件,通过连接筋与所述外侧杆相连接,基于所述连接筋设有反向所述外侧杆的走线槽的腔体,在所述走线槽内设有用于紧固的第一连接槽;基于所述走线槽朝上下各外凸设有朝上附件固定槽和朝下附件固定槽;在所述走线槽及上附件固定槽的外侧壁反向于所述外侧杆方向设有灯带安装腔;所述灯带安装腔倾斜于所述走线槽及上附件固定槽的外侧壁设有灯罩安装卡口;
所述底板,沿着所述下附件固定槽延伸方向垂直于所述连接筋延伸,且处于所述灯带安装腔下方,所述底板中空设有安装连接件的固定腔体,在所述固定腔体内设有用于紧固的第二连接槽,外侧设有朝下的外侧胶条插槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述灯带安装腔底部设有倾斜台阶的灯带插件倾斜安装槽,所述灯带插件为U形槽,灯带安装在所述灯带插件的槽底,在所述灯带插件倾斜安装槽对应于所述灯带插件的U形槽口位置设有朝向所述灯带安装腔内的灯带插件卡凸,用于限位所述灯带插件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述灯带安装腔底部设有灯罩卡口,所述灯罩卡口倾斜卡凸卡合所述灯罩的台阶卡口,所述灯罩卡口朝上的台阶卡凸卡合所述灯罩的凹槽型卡口,将所述灯罩插入且按照预设角度倾斜卡合在所述灯罩卡口处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述灯罩与所述灯带安装腔的连接筋之间倾斜角度范围为15°至85°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述灯罩与所述灯带安装腔的连接筋之间倾斜角度为30°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述朝下附件固定槽,为卷帘安装固定槽,在所述卷帘安装固定槽内侧壁设有朝向所述卷帘安装固定槽腔体内凸出的凸体,用于限位所述卷帘。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,在所述带灯侧杆尾端设置有按键开关安装孔位,安装所述按键开关后走线连接至所述走线槽,进而连接至所述灯带安装腔及安装的附件。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述带灯侧杆的各个部位壁厚一致。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的带灯侧杆,其特征在于,所述带灯侧杆由铝合金型材制备得到。
