Claims (7)
1. A device for emergency treatment of a liquid ammonia tank, comprising a liquid ammonia tank (1), characterized in that: the bottom end of the liquid ammonia tank (1) is fixedly connected with a collecting mechanism (2), the top end of the collecting mechanism (2) is movably connected with an upper mounting plate (3), the bottom end of the upper mounting plate (3) is fixedly connected with a detection mechanism (5), the side surface of the liquid ammonia tank (1) is fixedly connected with a pressure relief mechanism (4), the side surface of the liquid ammonia tank (1) is provided with a protection mechanism (6), and one side of the bottom end of the liquid ammonia tank (1) is fixedly connected with a ventilation mechanism (7);
a pressure relief pipe (401) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the liquid ammonia tank (1), an electromagnetic valve (402) is fixedly connected to the side surface, close to the liquid ammonia tank (1), of the pressure relief pipe (401), and an ammonia storage pipe (403) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the pressure relief pipe (401);
the detection mechanism (5) comprises a detection motor (501), the bottom end of the detection motor (501) is fixedly connected with the top end of the upper mounting plate (3), the bottom end of the detection motor (501) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (502), the side surface of the rotating shaft (502) is fixedly connected with a rotating gear (503), the side surface of the rotating gear (503) is movably connected with a rotating chain (504), the rotating gear (503) is meshed with the rotating chain (504), and the bottom end of the rotating chain (504) is fixedly connected with an ammonia gas sensor (505);
the bottom end of the collecting mechanism (2) is fixedly connected with a water storage tank (601), the inside of the water storage tank (601) is fixedly connected with a water pump (606), the side surface of the water pump (606) is fixedly connected with a water outlet pipe (602), the bottom end of the water outlet pipe (602) is fixedly connected with a first branch pipe (603) and a second branch pipe (604), and the bottom ends of the first branch pipe (603) and the second branch pipe (604) are fixedly connected with a pressurizing spray head (605);

The emergency treatment device for liquid ammonia tanks of claim 1, characterized in that: the ammonia storage tank is characterized in that the number of the ammonia storage pipes (403) is two, two pressure relief pipes (401) are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top end of each ammonia storage pipe (403), electromagnetic valves (402) are fixedly connected to the side faces, far away from the ammonia storage pipes (403), of the pressure relief pipes (401), and the four electromagnetic valves (402) are located at the two ends of the two sides of the liquid ammonia tank (1).

7. A treatment method for an emergency treatment device of a liquid ammonia tank is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, when leakage occurs in the liquid ammonia tank (1), when leaked ammonia gas contacts the ammonia gas sensor (505), the ammonia gas sensor (505) gives an alarm, the detection motor (501) is started at the same time, the detection motor (501) is started to drive the rotating shaft (502) to rotate, the rotating shaft (502) rotates to drive the rotating chain (504) to rotate through the rotating gear (503), the ammonia gas sensor (505) is driven to rotate, the ammonia gas sensor (505) moves to the position with the highest ammonia gas concentration, and the leakage point is judged;

s3, when the rotating motor (702) in the S2 works, the water pump (606) starts to work, the water pump (606) sucks the dilute hydrochloric acid solution in the water storage tank (601) into the water outlet pipe (602) and enters the first branch pipe (603) and the second branch pipe (604), the dilute hydrochloric acid solution can be pressurized and sprayed out through the pressurizing spray head (605), so that a water net is formed, ammonia gas is prevented from leaking, the solution absorbing the ammonia gas flows onto the leakage-proof plate (202) and the filter plate (201) and flows back into the water storage tank (601) through the filter screen of the filter plate (201), and the solution containing the ammonia gas can be prevented from damaging the environment while being repeatedly utilized.
