In an example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a handle 6 is disposed on a side of the driving case 2 far from the support 1, two handles 6 are disposed on the driving case 2 and are separately disposed on two sides, an integrated switch is disposed on the handle 6, and the disposition of the handle 6 can facilitate whether the driving case 2 works or not when the driving case 2 is pushed to compress the expansion piece 4, where the expansion piece 4 may be an elastic expansion rod, the cross section of the elastic expansion rod is polygonal, the shape of the elastic expansion rod is defined mainly for enabling the expansion piece 4 to transmit the torque output by the driving case 2, of course, the expansion piece 4 may also be a tube sleeved with each other, and may not need to have a restoring function, but only needs to manually assist to implement a telescoping function, as shown in fig. 2, the driving case 2 includes a case 201, a motor 202 is disposed in the case 201, an output end of the motor 202 is disposed towards a side of the support 1, the expansion piece 4 is fixed at an output end of the motor 202, the disc 302 and an inner wall of the ring 301 may be in a threaded connection manner, of course, and the inner wall of the ring 301 may also be provided with a corresponding groove 302 on the inner wall of the ring 301, and the disc 302 may be correspondingly matched with the two side faces of the spiral groove 302, and the ring 302 may be matched with the corresponding groove 302.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the disc 302 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 7 radially arranged along the disc 302, the clamping grooves 7 are slidably clamped with the mounting blocks 8, and the clamping claws 303 are fixed on the mounting blocks 8.
In one case of this embodiment, the claw 303 is an arc-shaped plate, the inner side surface of the plate is provided with the anti-slip structure 9, the arc-shaped plate can better fit the shape of the valve handle 6, the anti-slip structure 9 can be a saw-tooth structure, and a plurality of fine cones can be arranged on the inner side of the plate, so that the friction acting force between the plate and the valve handle 6 can be increased. The cross sections of the clamping groove 7 and the mounting block 8 are trapezoidal, so that the mounting block 8 cannot fall off from the clamping groove 7.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bracket 1 includes a mounting ring 101 located at one side of the ring 301, the mounting ring 101 is coaxially disposed with the ring 301, a plurality of transverse plates 102 are fixedly connected to the outer side of the mounting ring 91, the other ends of the transverse plates 102 are fixedly connected to the ring 301, and a locking structure 10 matched with the locking member 5 is disposed on the mounting ring 101.
In one case of this embodiment, the locking member 5 may use a plurality of cutting strips 501 fixed on one side of the driving case 2, the cutting strips 501 are distributed on the outer side of the output end of the driving case 2, and the locking structure 10 uses a plurality of slots 1001 formed on the mounting ring 101, where the slots 1001 are matched with the cutting strips 501. Of course, the locking structure 10 can also adopt a toothed ring fixed on the mounting ring 101, the corresponding locking piece 5 can adopt a pipe fitting fixed on the driving box 2, the end face of the pipe fitting facing the bracket 1 is also of a tooth-shaped structure, and after the pipe fitting and the toothed structure are contacted, the integral rotation of the bracket 1 is limited, so that the rotation of the disc 302 in the ring 301 can drive the disc 302 to move, the claw 303 can contract or expand, the inner diameter of the mounting ring 101 is larger than the outline dimension of the telescopic piece 4, the telescopic piece 4 can freely rotate in the mounting ring 101, and the telescopic piece 4 cannot generate motion interference.
As shown in fig. 1, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the end of the claw 303 away from the disc 302 is located outside the ring 301.
In one case of this embodiment, the end of the claw 303 is located outside the ring 301, so that it is convenient for an operator to observe the condition that the claw 303 clamps the valve handle 6, and to select to separate the locking member 5 from the bracket 1 at a proper time.

the device is characterized in that a telescopic part is arranged in the support, the telescopic part is used for fixedly connecting the output end of the driving box with the disc, the locking part is arranged on the driving box, when the telescopic part is in an initial state, the locking part is separated from the support, the driving box is used for driving the disc and the ring to synchronously rotate, after the telescopic part is compressed, the locking part is in contact with the support, the rotation of the ring is limited, the driving box is used for driving the disc to rotate in the ring, the device mainly can assist an operator to open or close a valve during well flushing, the ring can be sleeved on a handle of the valve, the telescopic part is contracted by pressing the driving box, so that the locking part is in contact with the support, at the moment, the ring is limited to be unable to rotate when the driving box drives the disc to rotate, so that the disc can move in the ring, the claw can clamp and fix the handle, and then the driving box is loosened to reset the telescopic part, at the moment, the support is separated from the locking part, and therefore when the driving box drives the disc to rotate, the ring and the whole disc can be controlled to rotate, and the valve can be controlled to be opened or closed.
