The product of the invention ensures that the flame retardant requirement and the elongation ratio, elasticity, fatigue resistance and structural stability of the belt body structure meet the use requirement, has better heat resistance and durable washing resistance, and is used for fastening pieces such as clothes, shoes, hats, protective clothing and the like which are tightly attached to the skin of a human body for work in fire fighting, laboratories, ferrous metallurgy and the like.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elastic belt and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a durable wash-resistant heat-resistant melt-resistant flame-retardant elastic belt.
Background
The flame-retardant elastic belt is widely used for working clothes, shoe and cap fasteners in fire fighting, laboratories, ferrous metallurgy and the like, and plays a good flame-retardant protection role. However, when the flame-retardant elastic belts are used for working clothes and shoe and hat fasteners in fire fighting, laboratories, ferrous metallurgy and the like to be tightly attached to the skin of a human body, the fasteners are burnt and melted for a short time and are melted by heating to cause serious damage to the skin of the human body, because the elastic belts generally only adopt synthetic fiber filaments and latex filaments as raw materials in order to ensure the elongation ratio, elasticity, fatigue resistance and structural stability of the belt body structure, the melting problem of the flame-retardant elastic belts is difficult to solve because the materials have the characteristic of melting by heating, and meanwhile, because the surface of the fabric adopts synthetic fibers, the wet comfort function and the contact comfort function are poor.
The applicant previously filed an anti-melting flame-retardant elastic belt and a manufacturing method thereof, and the patent application numbers: 202010876857.5. the fabric adopts flame-retardant spandex as a core layer, the cortex is formed by interweaving flame-retardant polyester and flame-retardant cotton yarns, the product ensures that the flame-retardant requirement and the extension ratio, elasticity, fatigue resistance and structural stability of the belt body structure meet the use requirement, the wet comfort function and the contact comfort function of the fabric are improved, and the fabric is used for fastening pieces of clothes, shoes and hats which are tightly attached to the skin of a human body for fire fighting, laboratories, ferrous metallurgy and the like. However, the melting-resistant flame-retardant elastic band is not wash-resistant due to the use of cotton yarn.
Disclosure of Invention

In the manufacturing method of the durable washing-resistant heat-resistant melting-resistant flame-retardant elastic belt, the deviation of the diameter of the melting-resistant flame-retardant elastic belt is +/-0.5 mm, the elongation ratio (fabric length: maximum stretching length) is 1:2.4-1:2.7, the washing shrinkage is less than or equal to 5 percent, and the 5.4kg load elongation is 140 +/-10 percent.
In the invention, because the nylon fiber (polyimide staple fiber yarn) has natural flame retardant and non-melting performance, can resist high temperature above 250 ℃, the electrical performance and the mechanical performance of the nylon fiber are not influenced at high temperature, and the nylon fiber (polyimide staple fiber yarn) adopts thicker nylon yarn to protrude on the surface of the fabric, thinner flame retardant polyester yarn with linear density is sunken on the surface of the fabric, meanwhile, the distribution area of the nylon yarn on the surface of the fabric is large, the distribution area of the flame retardant polyester on the surface of the fabric is small, the nylon yarn effectively restrains the harm of the melting of the flame retardant polyester, and the fabric almost has no melt after being combusted, and is all ash. Meanwhile, the flame-retardant requirement and the elongation ratio, elasticity, fatigue resistance and structural stability of the belt body structure are ensured to meet the use requirement, and the fabric has durable washing resistance, heat resistance, melting resistance and flame-retardant property, and can be used for fasteners such as clothes, shoes, hats, protective equipment and the like which are tightly attached to the skin of a human body for work in fire fighting, laboratories, ferrous metallurgy and the like.
In the present invention, the nylon is produced by Jiangsu Aoshen New Material Co.
The durable washing-resistant heat-resistant anti-melting flame-retardant elastic belt is a spirally woven elastic belt manufactured by adopting a flame-retardant rubber silk core and a flame-retardant polyester and nylon interwoven sheath. The durable washing-resistant heat-resistant anti-melting flame-retardant elastic belt disclosed by the invention is washed for more than 50 times, the fabric performance is stable, no melting occurs, the flame retardance reaches the American standard of wave sound (the burning length is less than 20cm, the flame dripping time is less than 5s, and the after flame time is less than 15s), and the durable washing-resistant heat-resistant anti-melting flame-retardant elastic belt is used for fastening pieces such as clothes, shoes, hats and protective equipment which are tightly attached to the skin of a human body and work in fire fighting, laboratories, ferrous metallurgy and the like, and is favorable for improving the safety protection performance of users.
