after heating, the driving motor 604 is started, the driving screw 605 is driven to rotate reversely by the rotating shaft of the driving motor 604, the lifting nut 606 moves upwards with the lifting cover 601 under the action of threads, then moves upwards to the position above six bearing pieces on the first movable seat 2 with the annular spray pipe 801 through the supporting plate 603, then starts the water conveying pump 802, enables cold water in the filter tank 701 to enter the six annular spray pipes 801 through the water outlet pipe 702, the driving tank 901, the water conveying pump 802 and the water conveying pipe 804, and sprays the cold water onto the six bearing pieces on the first movable seat 2 through the spray heads 803 on the six annular spray pipes 801, so that the six bearing pieces on the first movable seat 2 are cooled;
after the heat treatment of the six bearing parts on the first movable seat 2 is finished, the T-shaped pull rod 504 is manually lifted upwards, so that the sliding block 502 drives the inserting rod 503 to move upwards, the inserting rod 503 is pulled out of the inside of one adjusting jack 102 on the left side, then the first movable seat 2 and the second movable seat 3 are moved rightwards, when the first movable seat 2 moves rightwards to the right side of the workbench 1, the sliding block 502 carries the inserting rod 503 to move downwards under the action of a spring, so that the inserting rod 503 is inserted into the inside of one adjusting jack 102 on the right side, the second movable seat 3 moves rightwards to the bottom of the lifting cover 601, then the six bearing parts on the second movable seat 3 are subjected to heat treatment according to the same treatment operation, and the six bearing parts on the second movable seat 3 can be positioned on the clamping mechanism 4 on the first movable seat 2 in advance in the heat treatment process, when the bearing parts to be treated are positioned, the bearing parts are placed between the two clamping blocks 402, and then the two clamping blocks 402 are enabled to act on the clamping screws 403 in the opposite directions by rotating, so that the two clamping blocks are clamped in the opposite directions;
when cold water passes through the inside of the driving box 901, the hydraulic impeller 905 is driven to rotate under the action of the impact force of water flow, so that the rotating shaft 904, the transmission shaft A902 and the worm are driven to rotate, then the worm wheel, the transmission shaft B903, the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear and the vertical rotating shaft 1005 are driven to rotate through the transmission disc 1004, one end of the connecting rod 1003 is driven to rotate, the other end of the connecting rod 1003 is driven to move back and forth through the -shaped sliding piece 1001, and impurities blocked on two sides of the filtering box 701 are cleaned.

a frame-shaped baffle plate (101) is arranged at the edge of the upper end face of the workbench (1), two adjusting jacks (102) are formed in the right part of the front side of the upper end face of the workbench (1), and a water leakage hole (103) is formed in the middle of the upper end face of the workbench (1);
the plug-in part (5) comprises a rectangular sliding shell (501), a sliding block (502), a plug rod (503) and a T-shaped pull rod (504), wherein the rectangular sliding shell (501) is installed on the front side of the first movable seat (2), the sliding block (502) is connected inside the rectangular sliding shell (501) in a sliding manner, the upper end of the sliding block (502) is connected with the T-shaped pull rod (504) penetrating through the top of the rectangular sliding shell (501), the outer part of the T-shaped pull rod (504) is positioned inside the rectangular sliding shell (501) and sleeved with a spring, and the plug rod (503) penetrating through the bottom of the rectangular sliding shell (501) is arranged at the lower end of the sliding block (502); when the inserting part (5) is in a limiting state, the lower end of the inserting rod (503) is inserted into one of the adjusting jacks (102);
the driving part (9) comprises a driving box (901), a driving shaft A (902), a driving shaft B (903), a rotating shaft (904) and a hydraulic impeller (905), wherein the driving box (901) is installed on a supporting leg at the bottom of the workbench (1), the rotating shaft (904) is connected in the driving box (901) in a rotating mode, the hydraulic impeller (905) is installed in the driving box (901) on the rotating shaft (904), the rear end of the rotating shaft (904) is connected with the driving shaft A (902), the rear end of the driving shaft A (902) is connected with a worm, and the worm is connected to the water collecting tank (7) in a rotating mode; the transmission shaft B (903) is rotatably connected inside the water collection tank (7), the left end of the transmission shaft B (903) penetrates through the left side wall of the water collection tank (7), a worm wheel meshed with the worm is arranged at the left end of the transmission shaft B (903), and a first bevel gear is arranged at the right end of the transmission shaft B (903);
the clamping mechanism (4) comprises -shaped fixing plates (401), clamping blocks (402) and clamping screws (403), -shaped fixing plates (401) in the left six clamping mechanisms (4) are arranged on the upper end face of the second movable seat (3), and -shaped fixing plates (401) in the right six clamping mechanisms (4) are arranged on the upper end face of the first movable seat (2); the -shaped fixing plate (401) is rotationally connected with a clamping screw (403), two opposite threads are symmetrically arranged outside the clamping screw (403), two clamping blocks (402) are connected outside the clamping screw (403) through the two opposite threads, two rectangular gaps are formed in the bottom end faces of the two clamping blocks (402), two strip-shaped sliding blocks are arranged on the inner side of the -shaped fixing plate (401), and the strip-shaped sliding blocks on the inner side of the -shaped fixing plate (401) are in sliding connection with the two rectangular gaps on the clamping blocks (402);
the heating mechanism (6) comprises a lifting cover (601), sliding drums (602), a supporting plate (603), a driving motor (604), a driving screw (605), lifting nuts (606) and heating drums (607), wherein four sliding drums (602) are arranged on the lifting cover (601), and each sliding drum (602) is internally connected with a vertical guide rod fixed on the upper end face of the workbench (1) in a sliding manner; a supporting plate (603) is arranged in the lifting cover (601), and six heating cylinders (607) are arranged on the supporting plate (603); a lifting nut (606) is arranged on the rear end surface of the lifting cover (601); the driving motor (604) is arranged at the rear side of the workbench (1), a rotating shaft on the driving motor (604) is fixedly connected with a driving screw rod (605), and the driving screw rod (605) is in threaded connection with the lifting nut (606);
the cooling mechanism (8) comprises annular spray pipes (801), water delivery pumps (802), spray heads (803) and water delivery pipes (804), the number of the annular spray pipes (801) is six, the six annular spray pipes (801) are installed on the bottom end face of the supporting plate (603), the six annular spray pipes (801) are respectively located outside the six heating cylinders (607), the six annular spray pipes (801) are communicated through communicating pipes, the communicating pipes are connected with the water delivery pipes (804), the water delivery pipes (804) are connected with water delivery outlets of the water delivery pumps (802), the water delivery pumps (802) are installed on supporting legs at the bottom of the workbench (1), water inlets of the water delivery pumps (802) are connected with water outlets of the driving box (901), the water inlets of the driving box (901) are connected with the water outlet pipes (702), and the bottom of each annular spray pipe (801) is provided with six spray heads (803) in an annular array mode.
