(4) After the maintenance of the tile is finished, moving the fettling shovel out of the groove of the pulley; then arranging a gunning gun on the pulley to gunk the repaired bricks after the bricks are pasted, and after gaps among the repaired bricks are filled, uniformly and completely covering the repaired bricks with gunning material; after the spray repair operation is finished, the rotary supporting structure is rotated, and is hidden outside the front fire door and firmly fixed; and sintering the gunning refractory and the fettling bricks, wherein the sintering time is controlled to be 16min.
(5) And after tile sticking maintenance, before the first furnace smelting, the converter firstly carries out slag splashing and furnace protection operation, the slag splashing time is 2min, and the furnace smelting is started.
(6) After the smelting of the furnace molten steel is finished, normally splashing slag to protect the converter, and completely turning over slag in the converter after the slag in the converter is completely solidified; and measuring the thickness of the furnace lining in the trunnion region of the converter again by using a laser thickness gauge, wherein the thicknesses of the furnace lining in the left trunnion region and the right trunnion region of the converter are measured as 652mm and 643mm respectively, namely, the thicknesses of the furnace lining in the left trunnion region and the right trunnion region of the converter are increased by 296mm and 216mm respectively compared with the thicknesses before maintenance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The concave pulley and the rotating structure can enable the device to have rolling and rotating functions, adaptability of different erosion parts of a furnace lining in a converter trunnion area is enhanced, and the fettling bricks can be quickly and accurately conveyed to a required brick sticking maintenance part. Compared with the conventional method, the single-time brick-sticking maintenance time can be saved by 10-15min, and the labor intensity of operators is effectively reduced.
(2) The device prolongs the service life of the furnace lining in the trunnion area of the converter, can almost realize the synchronization with the furnace life of the converter, and effectively solves the problems of high gunning frequency and poor maintenance effect caused by serious erosion of the part in the later period of the furnace service; compared with the traditional spray repair process, after the single-time brick pasting maintenance, the number of smelting furnaces of the converter can be increased by 45-50 furnaces, and the spray repair times are relatively reduced, so that 0.09-0.11kg/t of refractory material can be saved every year.
(3) The device simple structure supports revolution mechanic and can be used for the support that the mending shovel supported can be used for the gunning rifle again, and it is convenient to use, labour saving and time saving, and cost of manufacture is cheap relatively.
