The exterior wall coatings prepared in examples 1-6 above were subjected to test tests to obtain the following data:
the preparation is carried out in the preferable embodiment 5, and the exterior wall coating obtained by adding the drying oil alkyd resin, the epoxy acrylic emulsion, the sodium dibutylnaphthalene sulfonate, the titanium pigment, the acrylic acid dispersant, the defoaming agent, the sterilization preservative, the coupling agent, the calcium carbonate, the barium sulfate and the ammonia water has stronger wear resistance, oxidation resistance, aging resistance and surface hardness, so that the exterior wall coating has longer protective performance and the effects of preventing the exterior wall coating from cracking and damaging after being used for a long time.

Claims (7)
1. The barium sulfate exterior wall coating is characterized in that: comprises the following raw materials (by weight portion): 20-30 parts of dry oil alkyd resin, 50-60 parts of epoxy acrylic emulsion, 40-50 parts of sodium dibutyl naphthalene sulfonate, 20-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of acrylic acid dispersing agent, 10-20 parts of defoaming agent, 5-15 parts of sterilization preservative, 5-15 parts of coupling agent, 10-20 parts of calcium carbonate, 28-56 parts of barium sulfate, 2-10 parts of pigment, 10-20 parts of ammonia water and 50-60 parts of water.
2. The preparation method of the barium sulfate exterior wall coating is characterized by further comprising the following operation steps:
s1: putting the sodium dibutylnaphthalenesulfonate, the titanium dioxide, the calcium carbonate and the barium sulfate into a pulverizer for pulverization;
s2: filtering the crushed powder;
s3: adding dry oil alkyd resin, epoxy acrylic emulsion, coupling agent, ammonia water and water into a stirrer for mixing and stirring;
s4: after being stirred uniformly, the mixed powder is added and mixed;
s5: adding the acrylic acid dispersing agent and the defoaming agent into the mixed solution and continuously stirring;
s6: finally, adding the sterilizing preservative and the pigment into a stirrer for mixing and stirring;
s7: standing for a period of time after stirring is completed;
s8: after standing, removing scum on the surface, and stirring the solution at the bottom for the second time;
s9: and after stirring is finished, assembling and packaging the mixed solution.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the pulverization time in S1 is set to 15 minutes.

5. The method of claim 2, wherein the stirring speed in S3 is set to 200 r/min.
