Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides a transparent water tank directly injection molded from a transparent PP material (without any antimicrobial agent) under the same injection molding conditions as example 1.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a water tank prepared by adding zinc oxide antibacterial agent into transparent PP raw material, zinc oxide: the weight ratio of PP is 0.8:100, mechanical mixing, twin-screw extrusion pelletization and injection molding conditions were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides a water tank prepared by adding zeolite silver-carrying antibacterial agent into transparent PCTG raw material, wherein the zeolite silver-carrying antibacterial agent comprises: the weight ratio of PCTG was 1.0:100. mechanical mixing, twin screw extrusion pelletization and injection molding conditions were the same as in example 2.
Performance testing
The antibacterial performance test refers to an annex A film coating method in GB 21551.2-2010 special requirements for antibacterial, degerming and purifying function antibacterial materials of household and similar-purpose electric appliances, wherein an experimental sample is an antibacterial transparent water tank prepared by each embodiment and comparative example of the invention, and a control sample is a transparent water tank without an antibacterial agent.
The light transmittance test adopts GB/T2410-2008 'determination of transparent Plastic light transmittance and haze'.
The test results are shown in Table 1.

The results show that the plastic water tanks of the examples have an antibacterial rate of greater than 99.9% against both E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus, while the water tank of comparative example 1, without added antibacterial agent, has an antibacterial rate of only 20.3% and 12.5% against E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus. As can be seen from comparative example 1 and example 1, there is no significant difference in the transmittance of the antibacterial transparent PP water tank and the transparent PP water tank, indicating that the addition of the antibacterial agent in example 1 greatly improves the antibacterial performance of the material with little impact on the transparency. The comparative example 2 added with the zinc oxide antibacterial agent improved antibacterial performance to some extent, but the light transmittance was only 56.6%, which is significantly lower than the light transmittance of 82.4% of example 1. After 1.0% of zeolite-loaded silver antibacterial agent was added to the transparent PCTG of comparative example 3, the antibacterial rate against both escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus was more than 99.9%, but the light transmittance of the water tank was only 27.3%, which is far lower than that of the antibacterial transparent PCTG water tank of example 2.
In the embodiment 7, after the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and the 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone are adopted to compound the antibacterial agent, the antibacterial rate is still more than 99.9%, the light transmittance of the antibacterial water tank is greatly improved as compared with that of the embodiment 1, and the antibacterial water tank reaches 84.7% and is close to that of a pure transparent PP raw material. In example 8, after the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone are adopted to compound the antibacterial agent, the light transmittance of the antibacterial PS water tank is greatly improved to 91.3 percent compared with that of example 5, and the antibacterial PS water tank is close to a pure transparent PS raw material. Moreover, the antibacterial water tank of example 8 still has an antibacterial rate of more than 99.9% against both escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, while having both high antibacterial rate and excellent transparency.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. The antibacterial transparent material is characterized by comprising transparent plastic particles and an antibacterial agent, wherein the antibacterial agent is a composite antibacterial agent consisting of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and isothiazolinone, the mass ratio of the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride in the composite antibacterial agent is 20-80%, and the mass of the composite antibacterial agent is 0.5-1% of the mass of the transparent plastic particles.
2. The antimicrobial transparent material of claim 1, wherein the transparent plastic particles comprise one or more of polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester copolymer, polystyrene.
3. A method for producing the antibacterial transparent material according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the step of granulating the raw materials by a twin-screw extruder after mixing them.
4. A method of preparation according to claim 3, wherein the mixing of the raw materials is carried out by mechanical stirring at a rate of 100-400rpm.
5. A method of preparation according to claim 3, wherein the temperature during pelletisation in the twin screw extruder is in the range 160-240 ℃.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the transparent plastic particles are polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester copolymer, and the technological parameters of the granulation by a twin-screw extruder are as follows: a zone temperature: 160-180 ℃, two-zone temperature: 170-190 ℃, three-zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, four zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, five-zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, six zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, seven zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, eight zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, die temperature: 190-210 ℃, main screw rotation speed: 300-500rpm, feeding speed: 500-1000kg/h;
and/or the transparent plastic particles are acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer or polystyrene, and the technological parameters of granulating by a double-screw extruder are as follows: a zone temperature: 170-190 ℃, two-zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, three-zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, four zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, five-zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, six zone temperature: 190-210 ℃, seven zone temperature: 190-210 ℃, eight zone temperature: 190-210 ℃, die temperature: 200-220 ℃, main screw rotating speed: 300-500rpm, feeding speed: 500-800kg/h;
and/or the transparent plastic particles are acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer or polymethyl methacrylate, and the technological parameters of granulating by a double-screw extruder are as follows: a zone temperature: 180-200 ℃, two-zone temperature: 190-210 ℃, three zone temperature: 190-210 ℃, four zone temperature: 200-220 ℃, five-zone temperature: 200-220 ℃, six zone temperature: 210-230 ℃, seven zone temperature: 210-230 ℃, eight zone temperature: 210-230 ℃, die temperature: 220-240 ℃, main screw rotation speed: 300-500rpm, feeding speed: 500-800kg/h.
7. A water storage container, characterized in that the material is the antibacterial transparent material as claimed in claim 1 or 2.
8. A dishwasher, characterized in that it is provided with a water reservoir according to claim 7.
