1. The epoxy decorative mortar for the wear-resistant heavy-load ground is characterized by comprising a base material and powder material which are proportioned according to parts by weight, wherein the base material comprises a component A and a component B, the component A comprises 50-70 parts of solvent-free epoxy resin, the component B comprises 15-20 parts of epoxy curing agent, 2-5 parts of flatting agent and 2-5 parts of dispersing agent, and the powder material at least comprises 90-120 parts of natural medium sand with the average grain diameter of 0.35-0.5mm and 80-130 parts of machine-made coarse sand with the average grain diameter of 0.5-1.2 mm.

The epoxy decorative mortar for abrasion-resistant heavy-duty ground according to claim 1, wherein said powder comprises 90-120 parts of natural medium sand having an average particle size of 0.4-0.5mm and 80-130 parts of machine-made coarse sand having an average particle size of 1.0-1.2mm, and said powder further comprises 40-70 parts of decorative particles having an average particle size of 0.8-2.0mm, said decorative particles being one of machine-made ceramic, glass or iron oxide particles.

The epoxy decorative mortar for wear-resistant heavy-duty ground as claimed in claim 2, wherein the component A comprises 65-70 parts of solvent-free epoxy resin, the component B comprises 16-18 parts of epoxy curing agent, 2-3 parts of leveling agent and 2-3 parts of dispersing agent, and the powder comprises 90-120 parts of natural medium sand with an average particle size of 0.4-0.5mm, 110 parts of machine-made coarse sand with an average particle size of 1.0-1.2mm, 15-20 parts of decorative particles with an average particle size of 0.8-1.5mm and 25-50 parts of decorative particles with an average particle size of 1.5-2.0 mm.
4. The epoxy decorative mortar for wear-resistant heavy-duty ground according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the component A epoxy resin is a bisphenol A type epoxy resin or a bisphenol F type epoxy resin.

The epoxy decorative mortar for abrasion-resistant heavy-duty ground according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the curing agent is one of a solvent-free polyamide-polyamine curing agent, a solvent-free polyamine-epoxy adduct curing agent, an aliphatic polyamine, an alicyclic amine or a ketimine.
6. The epoxy decorative mortar for abrasion-resistant heavy-duty ground according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the leveling agent is one of silicone-based leveling agents of diacetone alcohol, acrylic or alkyl modified organosiloxane.
7. The epoxy decorative mortar for abrasion-resistant heavy-duty ground according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said dispersant is one of polyvalent carboxylic acids or coupling agents.
8. A method for manufacturing the epoxy decorative mortar for wear-resistant heavy-load ground, according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
s1: putting 50-70 parts of solvent-free epoxy resin in the component A into a stirring cylinder, sequentially adding 90-120 parts of natural medium sand with the average particle size of 0.35-0.5mm and 80-130 parts of machine-made sand with the average particle size of 0.5-1.2mm into the powder, and stirring for 3-5min at 200r/min by using a stirrer to obtain primary pulp;
s2: before ground paving construction, 15-20 parts of curing agent, 2-5 parts of flatting agent and 2-5 parts of dispersing agent in the component B are added into the raw stock, and the mixture is stirred for 2-3min at 100r/min by a stirrer to obtain the epoxy decorative mortar.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein in step S1, after 80-130 parts of the machine-made sand with an average particle size of 0.5-1.2mm is added, 40-70 parts of decorative particles with an average particle size of 0.8-2.0mm are added.
10. The method for manufacturing an epoxy decorative mortar for abrasion-resistant heavy-duty ground according to claim 9, wherein the 40-70 parts of decorative particles having an average particle size of 0.8-2.0mm comprise 15-20 parts of decorative particles having an average particle size of 0.8-1.5mm and 25-50 parts of decorative particles having an average particle size of 1.5-2.0 mm.
