the inner top walls of the fixed box (3) and the overturn box (4) are transversely provided with communicated T-shaped chutes (13), T-shaped sliding blocks (14) are connected in the T-shaped chutes (13) positioned in the fixed box (3) in a sliding way, the lower end of the T-shaped sliding block (14) extends out of a T-shaped sliding groove (13) and is fixedly provided with an electric telescopic rod (15) which is vertically arranged, the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod (15) is arranged downwards and is fixedly connected with a lifting plate (16), the lower end of the lifting plate (16) is fixedly connected with two first fixing rods (17) which are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction, the lower ends of the two first fixing rods (17) extend into the cutting groove (2) and are fixedly connected with a clamping block (18) together, a clamping groove block (19) which corresponds to the clamping block (18) in position and is n-shaped in section is fixedly connected to the left side wall of the cutter box (9), and the size of a notch at the lower end of the clamping groove block (19) is the same as that of the clamping block (18);
