In some practical manners, the supporting wheel set includes at least two movable supporting wheels 140 and at least two fixed supporting wheels 150, wherein one of the movable supporting wheels 140 is disposed opposite to the fixed supporting wheel 150 and faces the inner sidewall of the corresponding U-shaped rib, and the movable supporting wheel 140 and the fixed supporting wheel 150 are respectively attached to the corresponding inner sidewall, and the other movable supporting wheel 140 is disposed facing the upper sidewall of the U-shaped rib, and the movable supporting wheel 140 is attached to the upper sidewall. For example, the number of the fixed supporting wheels 150 and the number of the movable supporting wheels 140 which are in contact with the inner side walls of the U-shaped ribs are two, and the movable supporting wheels 140 and the fixed supporting wheels 150 are respectively arranged above the corresponding travelling wheels 120, so that the movable supporting wheels 140 can be abutted against one inner side wall of the U-shaped ribs, the fixed supporting wheels 150 can be abutted against the other inner side wall of the U-shaped ribs, and meanwhile, one movable supporting wheel 140 is in contact with the upper side wall of the U-shaped ribs, thus, the positioning of the rework system and the U-shaped ribs is realized through the three movable supporting wheels 140 and the two fixed supporting wheels 150, the stable and straight-line travelling of the rework vehicle 10 is ensured, meanwhile, when the welding beading is removed, the cylinder pressure can be adjusted and increased, the stability of the rework vehicle 10 is further increased, and the stable and immovable behavior of the rework vehicle 10 when the welding beading is ensured. In addition, the movable supporting wheel 140 comprises an air cylinder and a supporting wheel arranged at the output end of the air cylinder, so that the movable supporting wheel 140 can be adjusted to be attached to the inner side wall and the upper wall of the U-shaped rib through the stretching of the air cylinder.
In some implementations, the repair system further includes a protective casing 50, the protective casing 50 is sleeved on the second repair mechanism 30, the monitoring mechanism 40 is installed on the protective casing 50, the monitoring mechanism 40 includes a plurality of camera units 60, at least one camera unit 60 is disposed toward the first repair mechanism 20, and at least another camera unit 60 is disposed toward the second repair mechanism 30. For example, the protective case 50 may be divided into three parts, wherein a first part is provided at the rear end of the repairing vehicle 10 for protecting the fourth driving part 130 of the road wheel 120, a second part is provided at the second repairing mechanism 30 and only leaks out of the working sections of the gouging gun 3320, the sander 3330 and the welder 3420, and a third part is provided at the first repairing mechanism 20, so that the gouging unit 330 and the welding unit 340 may be protected by the protective case 50 from chips generated during gouging and welding. For example, the number of the camera units 60 is three, one of the camera units 60 is fixedly connected with the bracket 210 through a connecting rod, and is used for collecting road conditions of the repair car 10 and observing whether a weld beading exists or not, while the working conditions of the first cleaning unit 230 and the second cleaning unit 240 are observed, the other camera unit 60 is arranged in front of the planing unit 330 and is used for monitoring the working condition of the planing unit 330, and the last camera unit 60 is arranged in front of the welding unit 340 and is used for detecting the working condition of the welding unit 340. In addition, camera unit 60 can include camera, light and be used for protecting the protection casing of camera and light, so, can provide the light source for the camera in U-shaped rib clearance and the welding process, can also place the piece simultaneously through the protection casing and shelter from the camera.
It should be noted that the first driving element 2340, the second driving element 2350, the third driving element 2420 and the fourth driving element 130 may be servo motors and are all in signal connection with a controller, and the first driving element 2340, the second driving element 2350, the third driving element 2420 and the fourth driving element 130, the first driving motor, the second driving motor, the air gouging gun 3320, the sander 3330, the welder 3420 and the camera may all be in signal connection with the controller in a wired manner or in signal connection with the controller in a wireless manner, for example, one or more of an RS485 bus, an RS232 bus, a WIFI module, a 4G/5G module, a bluetooth module and a ZigBee module may be adopted, and the disclosure is not limited in particular.
Of course, the controller may be, for example, a PLC controller or a single chip microcomputer, and the disclosure is not limited in detail herein.
In addition, the present embodiment includes necessary auxiliary components such as a welding power supply, a plasma gouging power supply, a power supply line, a control line, a gas line, and the like, in addition to the above-disclosed features.

Claims (10)

1. A system is reprocessed to inboard welding seam of U-shaped rib which characterized in that includes:
the repair vehicle is arranged in a machining space formed by the U-shaped ribs and the bottom plate and can move along the length direction of the U-shaped ribs;
the first repairing mechanism is arranged at the front end of the repairing vehicle and used for cleaning welding beading; the first repairing mechanism comprises a support, the support is fixedly connected with the repairing vehicle, a first mounting plate is arranged on the support, a first cleaning unit is arranged at the front end of the first mounting plate, a second cleaning unit and a collecting unit are arranged at the lower part of the first mounting plate, the first cleaning unit is used for cleaning the root part of the welding beading, the second cleaning unit is used for cleaning the middle part of the welding beading, and the collecting unit is used for cleaning and collecting the welding beading passing through the first cleaning unit and the second cleaning unit; the first cleaning unit comprises a first mounting seat, the first mounting seat is arranged at the front end of the first mounting plate, the first mounting seat comprises two inclined planes which are perpendicular to each other, a milling cutter unit capable of sliding along the inclined planes and a first driving piece for driving the milling cutter unit are respectively arranged on the two inclined planes, and the first driving piece is in transmission connection with the milling cutter unit so that the first driving piece drives the milling cutter unit to rotate to clean the root of the welding beading;
the second repair mechanism and the first repair mechanism are arranged on the repair vehicle side by side, and the second repair mechanism is used for planing and grinding a welding port and performing repair welding on the welding port;
the monitoring mechanism is arranged on the repair vehicle and used for acquiring working parameters of the first repair mechanism and the second repair mechanism; and
and the controller is in signal connection with the repair vehicle, the first repair mechanism and the second repair mechanism respectively, and adjusts the working states of the repair vehicle, the first repair mechanism and the second repair mechanism according to the working parameters acquired by the monitoring mechanism.
2. The system for repairing a weld joint on the inner side of a U-shaped rib according to claim 1, wherein a second driving member is arranged on the first mounting seat, a sliding groove is formed on the inclined surface of the first mounting seat, the milling cutter unit comprises a milling cutter seat and a milling cutter head arranged on the milling cutter seat, the milling cutter seat is slidably arranged in the sliding groove, a third rack is arranged at the bottom end of the milling cutter seat, a transmission gear set which is respectively meshed with the third rack is arranged on the first mounting seat, and the second driving member is in transmission connection with the transmission gear set so that the second driving member drives the milling cutter seat to move along the inclined surface.

The U-shaped rib inside weld repairing system according to claim 1, wherein the second cleaning unit comprises a first rotating shaft arranged transversely and a third driving member for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate, a plurality of blades are arranged on the first rotating shaft, and therefore the third driving member drives the first rotating shaft to rotate to drive the plurality of blades to cut weld beading.

The system of claim 1, wherein the aggregate unit comprises an aggregate bin, the aggregate bin is arranged behind the second cleaning unit, a shoveling blade is arranged at the front end of the aggregate bin, and the shoveling blade is used for shoveling the welding beading cut by the second cleaning unit and collecting the welding beading into the aggregate bin.

The U-rib inside weld repair system according to claim 4, wherein the collecting unit further comprises a collecting baffle provided at a front end of the collecting hopper, an upper end of the collecting baffle being slidably disposed with the repair vehicle so that the collecting baffle can collect the weld beading into the collecting hopper.

The system of claim 1, wherein the second repair mechanism comprises a second mounting seat, the second mounting seat can slide along the width direction of the repair vehicle, a third mounting seat is further arranged on the second mounting seat, the third mounting seat can slide along the vertical direction of the second mounting seat, and a planing unit and a welding unit are sequentially arranged on the third mounting seat along the traveling direction of the repair vehicle.

The system for repairing a weld on the inner side of a U-shaped rib according to claim 6, wherein the planing unit comprises a first jacket, the first jacket is pivotally connected with the third mounting seat, an air planing gun is sleeved in the first jacket, and a sander is arranged on the outer wall of the first jacket, and is slidably connected with the first jacket; and/or
The welding unit comprises a second clamping sleeve, the second clamping sleeve is pivotally connected with the third mounting seat, and a welding device is sleeved in the second clamping sleeve.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the repair vehicle comprises a vehicle body, and at least two sets of road wheels and a fourth driving part for driving the road wheels are arranged on the vehicle body; and
at least one set of the upper portion of the walking wheel is provided with a supporting wheel set, and the supporting wheel set is used for abutting against two side walls and an upper side wall of the U-shaped rib.

The U-shaped rib inner side weld repairing system according to claim 8, wherein the supporting wheel set comprises at least two movable supporting wheels and at least two fixed supporting wheels, one of the movable supporting wheels and the fixed supporting wheels is arranged oppositely and faces the inner side wall of the corresponding U-shaped rib respectively, the movable supporting wheels and the fixed supporting wheels are attached to the corresponding inner side wall respectively, and the other movable supporting wheel is arranged facing the upper wall of the U-shaped rib and is attached to the upper wall.

The system of claim 1, further comprising a protective housing, wherein the protective housing is sleeved on the second repair mechanism, the monitoring mechanism is mounted on the protective housing, the monitoring mechanism comprises a plurality of camera units, at least one camera unit is arranged towards the first repair mechanism, and at least another camera unit is arranged towards the second repair mechanism.
