Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ophthalmic surgery implant, in particular to an artificial lacrimal duct with a function of a tear pump for a caruncle path.
Background
The lacrimal duct obstruction is a common disease in ophthalmology, and can be divided into nasolacrimal duct obstruction, lacrimal duct obstruction and lacrimal canaliculus obstruction according to the obstruction position, the clinical manifestations are epiphora, pus discharge and the like, and the life quality of patients is obviously reduced. Surgery is the primary method of achieving lacrimal passage recanalization. With the development of technologies such as dacryocystorhinostomy, lacrimal duct catheterization and the like, the treatment success rate of lacrimal duct obstructive diseases is obviously improved, but patients still partially fail to realize the recanalization of the original lacrimal duct, and the lacrimation phenomenon still occurs, particularly patients with canaliculus lacrimation or common lacrimal duct obstruction have lower operation success rate because canaliculus lacrimation is thin and small and has 0.3-0.5mm and multiple turns and narrow parts.
For such patients, the current surgical approach is to implant permanent artificial lacrimal ducts, currently including Jones tubes, medpor artificial tubes, etc. The treatment means is bypass tube operation, namely, the original lacrimal passage system is abandoned, and a new bypass tube is implanted again. The use of artificial lacrimal ducts, however, has several drawbacks:
1. the existing bypass pipe generally adopts the gravity drainage principle and the straight pipe design, lacks the active drainage function, needs to rely on the self-power of tears or breathe to drain, and has extremely poor tear drainage efficiency;
2. absent valve function, nasal secretions often enter the conjunctival sac through the artificial tube during sneezing;
3. the bypass tube is made of glass or metal at present, the surface is smooth, a fixing device is lacked, the tube is often displaced and separated after the operation, and inconvenience and even operation failure are brought to a patient.
4. Because the implantation position of the bypass tube is a new surgical wound, granulation hyperplasia often appears under the stimulation of the bypass tube, and the fistulization opening is blocked, so that the surgery fails.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the artificial lacrimal duct with the function of the lacrimal pump for the path of the caruncle, the lacrimal duct can be fixed and can not move, and the lacrimal drainage effect is good.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the lacrimal canaliculus is perfectly avoided, and the problem caused by small caliber of the lacrimal canaliculus in the operation is effectively solved;
2. the artificial lacrimal duct adopts the bent pipe design, conforms to the physiological lacrimal passage shape of the human body, has smoother lacrimation and good lacrimation drainage effect;
3. the tear guiding container is provided with an elastic supporting piece, a movable supporting part is arranged on the upper inner wall or the lower inner wall of the tear guiding container, and the tear guiding container is opened and closed through an eyelid, so that the elastic supporting piece drives the tear guiding container to deform. The artificial lacrimal duct expands under the elastic action of the elastic support part to form negative pressure to attract tears to enter the duct cavity, close the eyelid, contract the anterior muscle of the eyelid plate, extrude the tear guiding container to become narrow instantly, increase the internal pressure in the container, and press the tears to be discharged through the artificial lacrimal duct, thereby realizing the function of tear drainage;
4. the skirt edge can block hyperplastic granulation, and avoid the operation failure caused by blocking the fistulization opening; the skirt edge is also fixed by hyperplastic granulation, so that the artificial lacrimal duct is prevented from shifting;
the invention further provides that: a bending section is arranged between the lacrimal duct collecting tube and the lacrimal duct tube, and the elastic supporting piece can extend to the inner wall of the bending section to form a positioning supporting part.

By adopting the above further arrangement, the arc concave surface of the tear guiding container conforms to the physiological shape of human eyes, so that the discomfort is reduced, and the using effect is good.
The invention further provides the following steps: the inner pipe diameter of the lachrymal sac tube close to the side of the lacrimal duct outlet is smaller than that of the lachrymal duct outlet, so that an effusion chamber with gradually reduced inner diameter is formed.
By adopting the above further arrangement, if the lacrimal secretion is less, the lacrimal fluid can be accumulated in the hydrops chamber to a certain degree, and the lacrimal fluid in the chamber can be quickly discharged when the eyelid is closed.
The invention further provides that: the inner diameter of the tear guiding container is 3-5mm, the inner diameter of the lacrimal duct is 3-4mm, and the outer diameter of the skirt edge is 5-6 mm.
By adopting the above further setting, the specification setting of the artificial lacrimal duct is more reasonable, the artificial lacrimal duct is suitable for the size of the pipe diameter of a human body, and the using effect is better.
