Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values. It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover plate structure of the present embodiment includes: a support 10, a first screen section 20 and a collection container 30. The bracket 10 comprises a bottom wall 11 and a side wall 12, and the side wall 12 is provided with a liquid inlet hole 121. The first screen portion 20 is disposed on the bottom wall 11. The collection container 30 is disposed below the bottom wall 11, the bottom wall 11 is provided with a collection port 111, and the interior of the collection container 30 communicates with the collection port 111.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the cover plate structure is arranged below the cover body of the cooking utensil. In the case of using the functions of cooking soup, boiling, and stewing, when the soup in the cooking appliance is boiled, the grease on the surface layer of the soup can enter the cover plate structure through the liquid inlet hole 121. The first strainer portion 20 can separate and block a part of grease, and the part of grease is left above the first strainer portion 20, and soup flows back to the pot body through the first strainer portion 20. In this embodiment, a collection container 30 is further provided below the bottom wall 11 and communicates with the collection port 111, and most of the grease remaining above the first screen section 20 flows into the collection container 30 through the collection port 111. In this way, the collection container 30 can collect the grease, which, after opening the lid, cannot flow onto the pan body even if the lid structure tilts with the lid, because the grease adheres to the lid structure. Therefore, only the cover plate structure needs to be cleaned, and the cooking utensil is convenient to clean. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment effectively solves the problem that the electric pressure cooker is difficult to clean in the related art. And, during cooking utensil was carminative, the bubble that mixes the congee liquid granule in the cooking utensil floats, reaches first filter screen portion 20 below, and the bubble is broken by first filter screen portion 20, and food also blocks in first filter screen portion 20 below, and gas in the bubble passes first filter screen portion 20, outside the cooking utensil of can discharging, has improved exhaust efficiency like this to accelerate exhaust velocity, made more gas discharge, be favorable to realizing quick exhaust.
The first screen unit 20 allows gas and water to pass therethrough, but does not allow grease to pass therethrough. The diameter of the liquid inlet hole 121 is larger than that of the mesh of the first screen part 20. Like this, the diameter of feed liquor hole 121 is great, and soup and grease can flow to in the apron structure through feed liquor hole 121 together. The diameter of the mesh of the first filter screen part 20 is small, so that the grease can stay above the first filter screen part 20, and the function of filtering oil is further realized.
In this embodiment, the first screen portion 20 is secured to the bottom wall 11 by spot welding or a roll-on-roll process.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to facilitate the flow of grease from the upper surface of the bottom wall 11 and the upper surface of the first screen part 20 by gravity, the upper surface of the bottom wall 11 and the upper surface of the first screen part 20 are both obliquely arranged (with respect to the horizontal reference line L direction), and the collection port 111 is provided at the lowest portion of the bottom wall 11. In this way, grease entering the cover structure can flow from the upper to the lower of the bottom wall 11 or the first screen part 20, facilitating the eventual flow from the collection opening 111 into the collection container 30. Wherein the collection port 111 is provided at the lowest portion of the bottom wall 11 so that the collection container 30 collects grease more smoothly.
Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the upper surface of the bottom wall or the upper surface of the first screen part is inclined.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to ensure that grease smoothly flows from the upper surface of the bottom wall 11 and the upper surface of the first screen part 20 under the action of gravity, the inclination angle a1 of the bottom wall 11 satisfies: a1 is more than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 4 degrees, and the inclination angle a2 of the first filter screen part 20 meets the following requirements: a2 is more than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 4 degrees. Preferably, the inclination angle a1 of the bottom wall 11 is 2 °. The inclination angle a2 of the first screen section 20 is 2 °
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, the ratio of the area of the first screen part 20 to the area of the bottom wall 11 is 40% or more. In this way, on the one hand, the cover plate structure is given sufficient structural strength, and on the other hand the area of the first sieve section 20 can be large enough, so that the first sieve section 20 can filter more grease in the surface layer of the soup while letting more gas pass through. Preferably, the ratio of the area of the first screen portion 20 to the area of the bottom wall 11 is 60%.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom wall 11 has a mounting hole 112, and an annular flange 113 extending upward is disposed at the mounting hole 112 of the bottom wall 11. The first screen part 20 is connected to an annular flange 113. The annular flange 113 is capable of supporting the first screen part 20 such that the upper surface of the first screen part 20 is higher than the upper surface of the bottom wall 11. The annular flange 113, the bottom wall 11 and the side wall 12 together form a flow guide ring groove, and the collecting port 111 is arranged at the bottom of the flow guide ring groove. The grease on the soup surface layer can enter the cover plate structure through the liquid inlet hole 121, so that the soup with the grease directly flows to the collecting container 30 through the collecting port 111 along the flow guide ring groove, and thus, the soup with the grease avoids the first filter screen part 20 as far as possible in the flowing process, and the collection efficiency of the collecting container 30 is improved.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "extending upward" may be extending along the vertical direction or extending in a direction forming an angle of less than or equal to 45 ° with the vertical direction.
Specifically, the flow guide ring groove is an annular groove, and the groove depth d of the flow guide ring groove is more than or equal to 2 mm. Like this for the water conservancy diversion annular is darker, and the soup that is convenient for have the grease can avoid first filter screen portion 20 at the in-process that flows, is favorable to further improving the collection efficiency of collecting container 30. Preferably, the groove depth d is 4 mm.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the collection container 30 is detachably connected to the bottom wall 11 for easy attachment and detachment and for easy cleaning.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the collection container 30 is connected to the bottom wall 11 by a snap-fit structure 40. The clamping structure 40 is arranged to facilitate the connection of the collecting container 30 to the bottom wall 11, which is beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the latch structure 40 includes a first latch 41 and a second latch 42 cooperating with the first latch 41. The first catch 41 is arranged on the bottom wall 11 and the second catch 42 is arranged on the collecting container 30. In this way, the cooperation of the first catch 41 and the second catch 42 makes the connection of the collecting container 30 to the bottom wall 11 more labor-saving and quick. Specifically, the first buckle 41 is preferably a buckle spring, the second buckle 42 includes two limiting walls and a clamping wall connected between the two limiting walls, the clamping wall and the two limiting walls form a groove structure, and the buckle spring is clamped in the groove structure. In this way, the first catch 41 is enabled to be reliably caught in the second catch 42.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 6 and 10, the collection container 30 includes an oil receiving box 33. The oil receiving box 33 has an oil receiving port 331 provided corresponding to the collection port 111. The oil receiving box 33 includes a first side portion 31 and a second side portion 32 which are oppositely disposed. The oil receiving port 331 is located between the first side portion 31 and the second side portion 32. The distance between the oil receiving port 331 and the first side 31 is smaller than the distance between the oil receiving port 331 and the second side 32, and the second side 32 is located between the oil receiving port 331 and the center line of the bracket 10. Thus, after the cover is opened, since the distance between the oil receiving port 331 and the first side portion 31 is smaller than the distance between the oil receiving port 331 and the second side portion 32 (i.e. the oil receiving port 331 is located at the upper position), the oil receiving box 33 can hold soup with grease, so that the grease cannot easily overflow.
Note that the first side portion 31 includes an arc-shaped wall, and the second side portion 32 includes a straight wall. Of course, the first and second sides may each include curved or straight walls.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the height c of the second side portion 32 is greater than the height b of the first side portion 31. The position setting of oil receiving box is in the front end of first filter screen portion 20, and when opening the lid, oil receiving box 33 hangs on diapire 11 and is located the top of first filter screen portion 20, and the high c of second lateral part 32 is great can make the volume of the below of oil receiving box bigger, and the soup with grease is stayed in oil receiving box 33, avoids the grease to spill over.
The "front end" mentioned above refers to an end of the cover structure close to a user when the cooking appliance is used.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in particular, the height c of the second side portion 32 and the height b of the first side portion 31 satisfy: c is more than or equal to 1.5 b. In this way, by making the volume of the second side 32 of the collecting container 30 larger than the volume of the first side 31 of the collecting container 30, more grease in the broth can be collected below the collecting container 30 when the collecting container 30 is in the upright position.
In this embodiment, there are two clamping structures 40, the two clamping structures 40 are disposed oppositely, and the two clamping structures 40 are respectively located at two ends of the second side portion 32. Of course, the number of the clamping structures may not be limited to two, and may be one, three or more.
