Description

Weeding composition of penoxsulam and cloransulam-methyl and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide preparations, in particular to a weeding composition containing fenpyrad and cloransulam-methyl and application thereof.
Background
Penoxsulam (Pyroxasulfone), chemical name: 3- [5- (difluoromethoxy) -1-methyl-3- (trifluoromethyl) pyrazol-4-ylmethyl sulfonyl ] -4, 5-dihydro-5, 5-dimethyl-1, 2-isoxazole belongs to novel isoxazole herbicides, has wide application crops, is mainly used for crops such as corn, cotton, peanut, wheat, sunflower and the like, and can effectively prevent and remove broadleaf weeds such as green bristlegrass, crabgrass, barnyard and the like, amaranthus, stramonium, eggplant and abutilon and the like.
Cloransulam-methyl (chemical name: methyl 3-chloro-2- (5-ethoxy-7-fluoro [1,2,4] triazol [1,5-c ] pyrimidin-2-ylsulfonyl) aminobenzoate belongs to sulfonamide herbicides and is mainly used for preventing and removing broadleaf weeds by spraying stems and leaves of soybean fields.
Herbicide varieties containing a single active ingredient often suffer from varying degrees of deficiencies in agricultural pest control, such as: the weeding spectrum is narrow, weeds easily generate drug resistance after continuous use, the use times are more, the environmental pollution is aggravated, and researches show that the continuous single application of the fenpyrazamine for three years can generate resistance to the fenpyrazamine and even generate interactive resistance to other agents, and after the cloransulam-methyl is applied, soybean leaves easily generate the symptom of fading green and are easy to generate pesticide injury to succeeding crops.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a weeding composition with a synergistic effect, so that the pyriftalid and the cloransulam can synergistically improve the control effect of each other;
another object of the present invention is to provide the use of the above herbicidal composition for crop weeding and for preparing the relevant pesticide formulation;

The disintegration is expressed by measuring the disintegration time, and is generally defined as being acceptable for less than 3 minutes, and the measuring method is as follows: at 25 ℃, 0.5g of sample particles is added into a 100mL measuring cylinder (cylinder height 22.5cm, inner diameter 28 mm) with a plug and containing 90mL of distilled water, the middle part of the measuring cylinder is clamped, the sample rotates at a constant speed along the center at a speed of 8r/min until the sample is completely disintegrated in the water, and the time is recorded, namely the disintegration time.
Table 2 quality change of water dispersible granule product prepared by compounding haloxyfop-methyl and cloransulam-methyl
As can be seen from Table 2, the products of example 12 were poor in quality before and after heat storage, the products of examples 7-11 were poor in quality after heat storage, and the products of examples 2-6 using the preferred auxiliary agent were good in quality both before heat storage and after heat storage, so that it can be seen that the preferred auxiliary agent plays a key role in product quality.
In addition, as can be seen from examples 2-6, the performance of the water dispersible granule obtained when the content of the effective component of the drug is changed within the range of 30-85% is similar under the condition that the preferable auxiliary agent is selected, which shows that the effect of the content of the drug on the performance of the dosage form is less under the condition that the preferable auxiliary agent component and the content are adopted. The examples 7-11 show that under the condition of using common auxiliary agents, the obtained water dispersible granule has relatively poor performance, and the replacement auxiliary agents have no obvious effect improvement, which shows that the components and the content of the preferable auxiliary agents have obvious improvement effect on the performance of the fenpyrad/cloxaprop-methyl water dispersible granule, and the common auxiliary agents have no effect.

With random block arrangement, 4 repetitions, cell area 50m 2 (5m×10m)。
50 days after application, the effect of each treatment on the fresh weight control effect of weeds and the effect on the safety of soybeans were investigated.

As can be seen from the test results in the table 3, the compound of the fenpyrad and the cloransulam-methyl can effectively control the weeds in the soybean field for one year and multiple years, and the control effect of the compound of the fenpyrad and the cloransulam-methyl on the weeds in the soybean field for one year and multiple years after the compound of the fenpyrad and the cloransulam-methyl is 50 days after the compound of the fenpyrad and the clorans-methyl, and the compound of the fenpyrad and the clorans-methyl has obvious better control effect than 2 control medicaments, and shows a synergistic effect. Examples 2-6 using the preferred adjuvants and preferred ratios have significantly better control effects than the other examples. According to the observation of the whole process of the field test, the soybean grows well within the test dosage range, and the phenomenon of phytotoxicity does not occur in each treatment agent, so that the soybean is safe to soybean.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
