Description

Songfuzamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
However, long-term maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide is a chemical herbicide composed of various active ingredients, chemical weeding is the most economical and effective means in farmland weed control, generally, the herbicide is used independently, the types of weeds are quite many, the types of herbicide used independently are quite few, and the herbicide resistance is easy to generate, so that the plurality of herbicides are used in a compound way, but when the plurality of herbicides are used in a compound way, uneven dispersion, easy precipitation and the like are easy to occur, and the weeding effect of the herbicide is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides a maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide.
In a first aspect, the application provides a maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
quizalofop-p-ethyl: 1-3%
Fomesafen: 8-11%
Clomazone: 20-25%
Emulsifying agent: 4-8%
Dispersing wetting agent: 2-5%
Solvent 30-60%
5-10% of other auxiliary agents.
The maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide obtained by the scheme has the advantages of good emulsion stability, good dispersibility, good wettability and the like, is used for weeding, can exert better pesticide effect, improves weeding effect, and can reduce the possibility of drug resistance of weeds. Wherein quizalofop-p-ethyl is a phenoxy fatty acid herbicide and is also a selective systemic conduction type stem and leaf treating agent. The quizalofop-p-ethyl has high selectivity between grassy weeds and dicotyledonous crops, so that the stems and leaves of the herbs can quickly absorb herbicide in a short time to improve the weeding effect, and the fomesafen is a high-efficiency and selective herbicide, and the action principle is mainly that after the leaf parts of the herbs are absorbed, the photosynthesis of the herbs can be destroyed, and meanwhile, the fomesafen can also keep better activity in soil, so that the fomesafen can be widely applied to weeding of broadleaf weeds and the like. Clomazone is an organic heterocyclic selective pre-emergence herbicide, so that clomazone is commonly used for weeding in crop fields such as soybeans, peanuts, corn and the like. Under the combined action of quizalofop-p-ethyl, fomesafen and clomazone, the clomazone flumesafen emulsifiable concentrate herbicide has the advantages of good weeding effect, wide weeding general range and capability of reducing the possibility of drug resistance of weeds.
By adding the emulsifier, the droplets in the maquindox oil herbicide can be prevented from coagulating mutually, so that the emulsion of the maquindox oil herbicide is stable. The dispersing wetting agent plays roles in dispersing and wetting, so that raw materials of the maquindox-sulfanilamide missible oil herbicide are uniformly dispersed, and meanwhile, the maquindox-sulfanilamide missible oil herbicide has a wetting effect, and can wet weeds when used for weeding, so that the weeds are fully contacted with the herbicide, and the weeding effect is improved. In general, since the leaf or stem of the weed contains fine fluff, when the herbicide contacts the weed, the herbicide is not easily hung on the weed due to the water-repellent effect of the fluff, thereby reducing the utilization rate of the herbicide, and therefore, the dispersing wetting agent can avoid the possibility of occurrence of this situation. The solvent has the function of dilution, is convenient for dissolving the powdery quizalofop-p-ethyl and the crystal fomesafen, improves the dispersibility of raw materials of the maquindox-sodium emulsifiable concentrate herbicide, and is convenient for forming the maquindox-sodium emulsifiable concentrate herbicide with better stability.
Preferably, the emulsifier is calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
The calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate has good emulsifying, wetting and dispersing properties, so that the maquindox-sulfanilamide emulsifiable concentrate herbicide has good emulsion stability, dispersibility and wettability, and can improve the weeding effect when being used for weeding.
Preferably, the dispersing wetting agent is styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
The styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is a nonionic surfactant, has good wettability and dispersibility, and can further improve the dispersibility and wettability of the maquindox emulsifiable concentrate herbicide, so as to improve the weeding effect of the maquindox emulsifiable concentrate herbicide.
Preferably, the solvent consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
methyl oleate: 10 to 30 percent
Dimethyl sulfoxide 15-25%
0-25% of dimethylbenzene.
Methyl oleate is a colorless to pale yellow oily liquid, is flammable, insoluble in water, and is miscible with organic solvents such as ethanol, diethyl ether and the like. Meanwhile, the aqueous dispersion is also an unsaturated higher fatty acid ester, an important chemical raw material, is widely used for preparing surfactants, leather additives, textile auxiliaries and the like, is also used as an insecticide auxiliary and the like, is used as a solvent of the maquindox and fomesafen, improves the solubility of the maquindox and the fomesafen, ensures that a raw material system of the maquindox is uniformly dispersed, and the dimethylbenzene is colorless and transparent liquid, so that the maquindox can be diluted.
Preferably, the other auxiliary agent is an adhesion stabilizer.
The adhesion stabilizer has good stability and viscosity, can enable the maquindox-sulfanilamide missible oil herbicide to adhere to weeds or the ground surface, reduces the weakening of the drug effect when being washed by rain, can be biodegraded, can be absorbed by crops after being degraded, and improves the utilization value of the maquindox-sulfanilamide missible oil herbicide.
Preferably, the adhesion stabilizer consists of xanthan gum, alkyl glycoside, modified starch and chitosan.
The alkyl glycoside has good solubility, is easy to biodegrade, and has good thickening capability; xanthan gum, also known as xanthan gum, xanthomonas polysaccharide, is a single-spore polysaccharide produced by fermentation of pseudomonas, and has excellent thickening property, suspension property, emulsifying property and water solubility; the modified starch has better water solubility and adsorptivity, and has certain adhesiveness after dissolution; chitosan (CS) has good biocompatibility, adhesion, degradability and bacteriostasis; the adhesion stabilizer obtained by the raw materials has better thickening property, emulsifying property and adhesion, so that after the maquindox oil herbicide is used for weeding, the maquindox oil herbicide is easy to adhere to leaves or stems, and the possibility of weakening the efficacy of the maquindox oil herbicide when the maquindox oil herbicide is subjected to rain wash is reduced.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the xanthan gum to the alkyl glycoside to the modified starch to the chitosan is 1:3-5:7-12:4-6.
The adhesion stabilizer obtained by the dosage ratio has better thickening, emulsion stability, adhesion and degradability, so that the maquindox emulsifiable concentrate herbicide can stably adhere to weeds, and the weeding effect is improved.
Preferably, the modified starch is prepared by the steps of:
step 1: weighing 5-10 parts by weight of citric acid and 20-30 parts by weight of starch, dissolving in water, heating to 55-65 ℃, and reacting for 15-18 hours to obtain a mixture A;

Detection method/test method
1. Stability of
The emulsion stability of the pesticide is measured according to the national standard GB/T1603-2001; observing whether oil slick (paste), oil deposition and precipitation are generated, and if no oil slick is qualified, firstly, the oil slick is unqualified.
2. Weeding efficiency field weed effect test.
Weeds occurring in the field: barnyard grass, special-shaped nutgrass, scirpus planiculus, glossoides elliptica, moleplant seed and the like.
The test method comprises the following steps:
1) The soil treatment comprises the steps of sowing 100 seeds (20 seeds of barnyard grass, special-shaped nutgrass, scirpus planiculus, glossopus arvensis and euphorbia lathyris) and uniformly spraying the surface of the soil by adopting a manual sprayer and 45 kg/mu of water mixed with herbicide before the germination of weeds; setting a blank control group, and spraying clear water without spraying pesticide; the number of sprouted plants of weeds after seven days and the number of sprouted plants of weeds (number of seedlings containing weeds) after twenty days were recorded, respectively;
2) Sowing 100 seeds (wherein, barnyard grass, special-shaped nutgrass, scirpus, glossodes canadensis and moleplant seeds are 20 seeds each), when weeds are in a 3-4 leaf period, adopting a manual sprayer, adding 30 kg/mu of water into herbicide to uniformly spray the stems and leaves of the weeds, and respectively recording the number of the weeds (which are not dead) after three days and the number of the weeds (which are not dead) after twenty days, wherein the regrown weeds are the weeds which are not dead and the new weeds are regrown after the plants die, and the weeding efficiency = the number of the plants to be sown-the number of the plants/the number of the plants to be sown is 100%;
3) And (3) water leaching treatment: sowing 100 seeds (wherein, 20 seeds of barnyard grass, special-shaped nutgrass, scirpus, glossodes canadensis and euphorbia lathyris) respectively, spraying herbicide (adding 30 kg/mu of water) by using a manual sprayer when weeds are in a 3-4 leaf period, spraying the herbicide for 20min, and then spraying clear water until the sprayed weeds are totally wetted, wherein the number of the unhooked weeds is recorded after three days, and the weeding efficiency=the number of plants to be sown-the number of plants/100%;
the specific experimental data in 1), 2) and 3) are shown in tables 3 and 4;
TABLE 3 data for the implementation of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-4
As can be seen from the combination of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the combination of table 3, the number of weeds in example 1 is smaller than that in comparative examples 1 to 3, and the herbicidal efficiency of comparative examples 1 to 3 is inferior to that of example 1, indicating that the weeding effect of the obtained maquindox-penoxsulam herbicide is inferior by replacing one or more of the active ingredients (quizalofop-p-ethyl, fomesafen) or adding other active ingredients (halofop-butyl, which is a herbicide).
The comparative example 4, in which no adhesion stabilizer was added, showed lower herbicidal efficiency than example 1, indicating that the addition of adhesion stabilizer further improved herbicidal efficiency and was able to adhere to weeds, reducing the possibility of reduced herbicidal efficiency after water forests.
TABLE 4 Experimental data for examples 8-13
Combining tables 3 and 4, the herbicidal efficiency of example 8 and the herbicidal efficiency of example 1 were low, demonstrating that the adhesion stabilizer obtained using the modified starch was used in the maquindox herbicide, and was able to improve the herbicidal effect of the maquindox herbicide.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 9 to 11 and example 1 and the combination of tables 3 and 4, the herbicidal efficiency of the water shower treatment and the herbicidal efficiency of the stem and leaf treatment in examples 9 to 11 are lower than those in example 1, indicating that the herbicidal efficiency was poor when one, two or three of xanthan gum, alkyl glycoside, modified starch and chitosan were added.
