Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of data centers, in particular to a data cabin and a data center. A data compartment includes a tank body, still includes: the supporting pieces extend in the axial direction of the tank body and are arranged on the inner side surface of the tank body, and at least two supporting pieces are symmetrically arranged relative to the radial section of the tank body; the guide pieces are arranged on the inner side wall of the tank body or the support piece, and at least two guide pieces are symmetrically arranged relative to the radial section of the tank body; the support piece is suitable for placing the cabinet, and the radial distance between the two guide pieces and the width of the cabinet are matched. The supporting piece is arranged in the data cabin, and the cabinet is supported by the supporting piece when being installed in the data cabin, so that the data cabin is installed. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data centers, in particular to a data cabin and a data center.
Background
A data center is a globally coordinated network of devices used to communicate, accelerate, present, compute, store data information over an internet infrastructure. Most of the common data centers are large numbers of servers which are arranged together to provide running applications to process business and operational organization data. However, the server may emit a large amount of heat during operation, and the heat needs to be emitted to ensure the normal operating temperature of the server.
The prior art provides an underwater data center, which places a server in a specially-made data cabin, fills cooling fluid in the data cabin, sinks the data cabin into the sea bottom, and utilizes low-temperature seawater to realize heat dissipation of the server in the data cabin.
The data pod generally includes a cylindrical tank body and a cabinet disposed within the tank body. The two ends of the tank body are provided with the blocking covers, when the blocking covers are opened, the cabinet is pushed into the tank body through the tank opening, and then the blocking covers are sealed at the port of the data cabin. The cross section of the tank body is circular, the cabinet needs to be arranged at a certain height from the bottom of the tank body in the pushing process, the weight of the cabinet is large, the pushing direction and the axial consistency of the tank body need to be guaranteed in the pushing process, and therefore the server in the cabinet is prevented from touching the inner wall of the tank body and being damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defect that the cabinet in the data cabin in the prior art is not easy to control the leading-in direction due to the excessive weight when being installed in the tank, so as to provide a data cabin and a data center.
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a data compartment, which includes a tank body, and further includes:
the supporting pieces extend in the axial direction of the tank body and are arranged on the inner side surface of the tank body, and at least two supporting pieces are symmetrically arranged relative to the radial section of the tank body;
the guide pieces are arranged on the inner side wall of the tank body or the support piece, and at least two guide pieces are symmetrically arranged relative to the radial section of the tank body;
the support piece is suitable for placing a cabinet, and the radial distance between the two guide pieces on the tank body is matched with the width of the cabinet.
Optionally, the supporting member is configured as an angle steel structure, and two side edges of the angle steel structure are respectively arranged on the inner side surface of the tank body.
Optionally, the guide is configured as a baffle;
the guide piece is arranged on the support piece and is close to the inner side face of the tank body.
Optionally, a limiting structure is disposed on the guide, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the movement of the cabinet on the support.
Optionally, the limiting structure is configured as a mounting hole provided on the guide.
The present invention also provides a data center comprising:
a plurality of data pods according to any one of the above;
and a cabinet disposed within the data compartment.
Optionally, the cabinet comprises a bracket disposed at a bottom thereof, the bracket being adapted to be cradled on the support.
Optionally, a reinforcing member is disposed on the bracket corresponding to the supporting member.
Optionally, the reinforcing member is a square steel structure arranged along the length direction of the supporting member.
Optionally, flanges corresponding to the guide members are disposed on two side edges of the bracket, and fastening structures matched with the limiting structures are disposed on the flanges.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

The supporting piece is arranged in the data cabin, and the cabinet is supported by the supporting piece when being installed in the data cabin, so that the data cabin is installed. Meanwhile, the tank body is also internally provided with the guide piece, and in the process of installing the cabinet in the tank body, the guide piece can ensure that the cabinet slides to the inside of the tank body along the axial direction of the tank body, so that the change of the guide of the cabinet in the process of leading the cabinet into the tank body is prevented, and the cabinet is prevented from impacting the inner side wall of the tank body.
2. According to the invention, the limiting structure is arranged on the guide piece in the data cabin and used for limiting the movement of the cabinet on the support piece, and the cabinet is fixed on the support piece by the limiting structure, so that the stability of the installation of the cabinet in the tank body is ensured, and the problem that the cabinet falls off from the support piece in the process of placing the data cabin is solved.
3. The reinforcing piece is arranged at the position, corresponding to the supporting piece, of the bracket in the data cabin, the supporting strength of the bracket to the cabinet is enhanced by the reinforcing piece, and the problem that the bracket deforms due to stress concentration caused by stress at the edge of the bracket is solved.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the data cabin provided for this embodiment includes a tank body 1, and further includes: the supporting pieces 2 extend in the axial direction of the tank body 1 and are arranged on the inner side surface of the tank body 1, and at least two supporting pieces 2 are symmetrically arranged relative to the radial section of the tank body 1; the guide pieces 3 are arranged on the inner side wall or the support piece 2 of the tank body 1, and at least two guide pieces 3 are symmetrically arranged relative to the radial section of the tank body 1; the support 2 is suitable for placing a cabinet 4, and the distance between the two guide members 3 in the radial direction of the tank 1 is matched with the width of the cabinet 4.
In the data compartment of the present embodiment, the tank body is cylindrical, the end caps attached to both ends of the tank body of the data compartment are formed in a substantially circular structure, the flange is formed at the edge of the end cap, and the corresponding tank body has a flange structure formed at the tank opening, which is fitted to the flange structure, and the two are abutted and attached to each other and locked together by screws. When the cabinet needs to be installed, the end cover is opened, and the cabinet is installed in the tank body 1.
Further, the number of the supports 2 in this embodiment is two, and the cabinet 4 is rack-mounted on the two supports 2. As a variant, the number of supports 2 in the above description may also be other, adaptable according to the weight of the cabinet 4.
Further, the number of the guide members 3 in this embodiment is also two, so as to realize the restriction of the introduction direction of the cabinet 4. As a variant, the number of guides in the above may also be another number, which allows guiding the cabinet 4.
Therefore, the data compartment in the embodiment is provided with the supporting member 2, and the cabinet is received by the supporting member 2 when the cabinet is installed 4 in the data compartment, so that the data compartment is installed. Meanwhile, the guide piece 3 is further arranged in the tank body 1, and in the process that the cabinet 4 is installed in the tank body 1, the guide piece 3 can ensure that the cabinet 4 slides to the interior of the tank body 1 along the axial direction of the tank body 1, so that the guide of the cabinet 4 is prevented from changing in the process of guiding the cabinet 4 into the tank body 1, and the cabinet 4 is prevented from impacting the inner side wall of the tank body 1.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limitation, the support member 2 is configured as an angle steel structure, two side edges of which are respectively disposed on the inner side surface of the can body 1, and the specific support member 2 can be welded in the can body 1 to ensure the integrity and the sealing property of the peripheral wall of the can body 1. And the angle steel has high support strength, and can play a stable supporting role for the cabinet 4. As a variant, the support 2 in the above can also be a common square steel structure, a support block structure, etc. As a variation, the supporting member 2 may be locked in the tank 1 by screws, or may be directly and integrally formed on the tank 1.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, as a further limitation, the guide 3 is configured as a baffle; the guide piece 3 is arranged on the support piece 2 and close to the inner side surface of the tank body 1, the baffle plate is simple in structure and low in cost, and when the guide piece is arranged close to the inner side surface of the tank body 1, the cabinet 4 can be effectively prevented from sliding to the inner side wall of the tank body. As a variant embodiment, the guide 3 can also be arranged on the inner wall of the tank. As a variant, the guide 3 can also be a conventional guide projection, block or the like.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limitation, the guide 3 is provided with a limiting structure, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the movement of the cabinet 4 on the support 2. Specifically, the limit structure is configured as a mounting hole provided on the guide 3, and if a plurality of mounting holes are provided on the guide 3, the cabinet is locked on the guide 3 by bolts or the like, thereby preventing the problem that the cabinet falls off from the support member in the process of placing the data compartment.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present embodiment provides a data center including: the data bay of the above embodiment; and a cabinet 4 arranged within the data bay, the cabinet being mounted on a support 2 in the data bay.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limitation, the cabinet 4 includes a bracket 41 disposed at the bottom thereof, the bracket 41 is adapted to be mounted on the support member 2, and the disposition of the bracket 41 ensures the installation strength of the servers in the cabinet, and also ensures the structural strength of the bottom of the cabinet, thereby preventing the deformation of the cabinet when the cabinet is mounted in the data compartment.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, as a further limitation, the bracket 41 is provided with the reinforcement 42 corresponding to the support 2. The reinforcing member 42 is a square steel structure arranged along the length direction of the supporting member 2, the reinforcing member 42 enhances the supporting strength of the bracket 41 to the cabinet 4, and the problem that the bracket 41 deforms due to stress concentration caused by stress at the edge of the bracket 41 is prevented.
In addition, as a further limitation, the two side edges of the bracket 41 are provided with flanges 43 corresponding to the guide 3, and the flanges 43 are provided with fastening structures 44 matched with the limiting structures. The fastening structure 44 in this embodiment is a bolt hole machined in the flange 43, and the bolt hole and the mounting hole are correspondingly arranged, so that the cabinet and the guide member 3 can be conveniently locked together by the bolt, and the cabinet can be fixed. As a variation, the fastening structure 44 in the above may also be a common snap-fit structure or the like.

a number of data bays as claimed in any one of claims 1-5;
and a cabinet (4) disposed within the data compartment.
7. The data center according to claim 6, wherein the cabinet (4) comprises a bracket (41) provided at a bottom thereof, the bracket (41) being adapted to be mounted on the support (2).
8. The data center according to claim 7, characterized in that the brackets (41) are provided with stiffeners (42) in correspondence of the supports (2).
9. The data center of claim 8, wherein the stiffener (42) is a square steel structure disposed along a length of the support (2).
10. The data center according to claim 7, wherein two sides of the bracket (41) are provided with flanges (43) corresponding to the guide members (3), and the flanges (43) are provided with fastening structures (44) matched with the limiting structures.
