Claims (10)

1. A food material recommendation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring monitoring data of an intelligent bracelet worn on the wrist of a user;
generating a health report of the user according to the monitoring data;
according to the health report, determining recommended food materials matched with the health report, wherein the recommended food materials are used for improving the physical condition recorded in the health report.
2. The food material recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring monitoring data of a smart bracelet worn on a wrist of a user comprises:
when the intelligent bracelet worn on the wrist of a user is in a blood pressure mode, acquiring blood pressure data of the user through the intelligent bracelet;
when the intelligent bracelet is in a heart rate mode, the heart rate data of the user are acquired through the intelligent bracelet.
3. The food material recommendation method of claim 2, wherein the step of generating the statement of health of the user based on the monitoring data comprises:
determining the blood pressure state of the user according to the blood pressure data;
determining the heart rate state of the user according to the heart rate data;
generating a health report for the user based on the blood pressure status and the heart rate status.
4. The food material recommendation method of claim 3, wherein the physical condition comprises the blood pressure state and the heart rate state of the user, and the step of determining a recommended food material matching the health report according to the health report comprises:
determining an item to be improved in the health report according to the health report, wherein the item to be improved is the physical condition needing improvement recorded in the health report;
determining the food material name matched with the item to be improved according to the item to be improved;
and acquiring recommended food materials corresponding to the food material names from preset food material information according to the food material names.
5. The food material recommendation method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining, from the statement of health, recommended food materials that match the statement of health is followed by:
obtaining a cooking instruction, obtaining a matching combination of each recommended food material, and obtaining a cooking method corresponding to the matching combination.
6. The food material recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the monitoring data of the smart bracelet worn on the wrist of the user further comprises:
acquiring registration information of a user of the smart bracelet, and authenticating the registration information to grant the access authority of the user, wherein the registration information comprises face information, ID information and fingerprint information of the user.
7. The food material recommendation method of claim 5, wherein the food material information comprises a plurality of recommended food materials and a food material name corresponding to each recommended food material.
8. A food material recommending apparatus characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring monitoring data of the smart bracelet worn on the wrist of the user;
the generation module is used for generating a health report of the user according to the monitoring data;
a determining module, configured to determine, according to the health report, recommended food materials matched with the health report, where the recommended food materials are used to improve the physical condition recorded in the health report.

A food material recommendation apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a food material recommendation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the food material recommendation program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the food material recommendation method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a food material recommendation program which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the food material recommendation method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
