Optionally, the position signal includes: a forward position signal, a backward position signal, the forward position signal comprising: dial one position signal forward and dial two position signals forward; the shift operating module 330 further includes:
a first switching unit configured to switch a gear position of the vehicle transmission from a manual gear to an automatic gear in a case where the state signal is a press state signal and the position signal is the rearward position signal;
a second switching unit for switching a gear position of the vehicle transmission from a manual gear to a neutral gear in a case where the state signal is a push-down state signal and the position signal is the dial-forward one position signal;
and the third switching unit is used for switching the gear of the vehicle transmission from the manual gear to the reverse gear under the condition that the state signal is a pressing state signal, the position signal is the forward shifting two position signals and a brake signal is received.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the switching parking module is used for switching the gear of the vehicle transmission from the manual gear to the parking gear when the parking signal is received and the speed of the vehicle is lower than a first preset value under the condition that the gear of the vehicle transmission is in the manual gear.
Optionally, the switching parking module is further configured to switch the gear of the vehicle transmission from the automatic gear to the parking gear when the parking signal is received and the vehicle speed of the vehicle is lower than a first preset value under the condition that the gear of the vehicle transmission is in the automatic gear.

Claims (6)

1. A method for effecting a shift based on an automated manual shifter, wherein the automated manual shifter is a self-resetting electronic shifter, the method comprising:
receiving a state signal of an unlocking button;
receiving a position signal of the self-resetting electronic shifter;
performing a shift operation according to the state signal and the position signal to achieve a shift of the vehicle when a gear of a transmission of the vehicle is in a manual gear;
wherein the position signal comprises: a forward position signal, a backward position signal; and performing a shift operation according to the status signal and the position signal, including:
performing a downshift operation if the status signal is an unpressed status signal and the position signal is the forward position signal;
performing an upshift operation if the state signal is an unpressed state signal and the position signal is the rearward position signal;
wherein the forward position signal comprises: dial one position signal forward and dial two position signals forward; and performing a shift operation according to the status signal and the position signal, including:
switching a gear of the vehicle transmission from a manual gear to an automatic gear if the status signal is a press status signal and the position signal is the rearward position signal;
shifting a gear of the vehicle transmission from a manual gear to neutral gear if the status signal is a push-down status signal and the position signal is the dial-forward one;
and when the state signal is a pressing state signal and the position signals are the forward shifting two position signals and a brake signal is received, the gear of the vehicle transmission is switched from a manual gear to a reverse gear.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the gear of the vehicle transmission is in the manual gear, and the vehicle speed of the vehicle is lower than a first preset value, switching the gear of the vehicle transmission from the manual gear to the parking gear.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the gear of the vehicle transmission is in the automatic gear, and the vehicle speed of the vehicle is lower than a first preset value, switching the gear of the vehicle transmission from the automatic gear to the parking gear.
4. A device for effecting a shift based on an automated manual shifter, wherein the automated manual shifter is a self-resetting electronic shifter, the device comprising:
the receiving state signal module is used for receiving a state signal of the unlocking button;
a receiving position signal module for receiving a position signal of the self-resetting electronic gear shifter;
a shift operation module for performing a shift operation according to the state signal and the position signal to realize a shift of the vehicle in a case where a gear of a transmission of the vehicle is in a manual gear;
wherein the position signal comprises: a forward position signal, a backward position signal; the shift operation module includes:
a downshift unit configured to perform a downshift operation in a case where the state signal is an unpressed state signal and the position signal is the forward position signal;
an upshift unit configured to perform an upshift operation in a case where the state signal is an unpressed state signal and the position signal is the rearward position signal;
wherein the position signal comprises: a forward position signal, a backward position signal, the forward position signal comprising: dial one position signal forward and dial two position signals forward; the shift operation module further includes:
a first switching unit configured to switch a gear position of the vehicle transmission from a manual gear to an automatic gear in a case where the state signal is a press state signal and the position signal is the rearward position signal;
a second switching unit for switching a gear position of the vehicle transmission from a manual gear to a neutral gear in a case where the state signal is a push-down state signal and the position signal is the dial-forward one position signal;
and the third switching unit is used for switching the gear of the vehicle transmission from the manual gear to the reverse gear under the condition that the state signal is a pressing state signal, the position signals are the forward shifting two position signals and a brake signal is received.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the switching parking module is used for switching the gear of the vehicle transmission from the manual gear to the parking gear when the parking signal is received and the speed of the vehicle is lower than a first preset value under the condition that the gear of the vehicle transmission is in the manual gear.
6. An automobile, the automobile comprising: an automated manual shifter-based shift device as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 5.
