Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[ first embodiment ]
A seal-equipped buckle 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7. Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a clip 100 with a seal according to a first embodiment. Fig. 2 shows a side view of the first embodiment of the buckle with seal 100. Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the clip body with the seal 10 removed from the band seal 100 of the first embodiment. Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the seal 10 of the first embodiment. Fig. 5 shows a side view of the seal 10 of the first embodiment. Fig. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the clip 100 with a seal according to the first embodiment. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing a state where the clip 100 with a seal of the first embodiment is attached to the panel 80.
(1. integral Structure)
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 7, the grommet 100 with a seal according to the present embodiment mainly includes a grommet main body and a seal 10. The clip body includes a head portion 20 and a locking portion 30, and is an injection-molded article made of a resin such as Polyacetal (POM) or polypropylene (PP), for example. The seal 10 is formed by two-color molding or insert molding using a material such as a soft elastomer or rubber.
Here, the grommet 100 with a seal is attached by inserting the locking portion 30 into the opening 801 of the panel 80 such as a door trim. Specifically, the grommet 100 with a seal includes: a head 20 having a size larger than that of the opening 801 of the panel 80; an engaging portion 30 that is inserted through the opening 801 and engages therewith to prevent the slide; and a seal 10 having an extension 101, wherein the extension 101 is interposed between the locking portion 30 and the opening 801 when the clip 100 with the seal is attached to the panel 80.
(2. Buckle body)
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the clip body includes a locking portion 30 inserted into the opening 801 of the panel 80 and a head portion 20 exposed to the panel 80. The locking portion 30 includes: a first regulating portion 301 that can be inserted through the opening 801 of the panel 80 and regulates the locking portion 30 from falling off the panel 80; a fitting hole 302 as a second fitting portion that is fitted to the columnar body 103 as a first fitting portion of the seal 10; and a support portion 303 for supporting the seal 10 by preventing the seal 10 from falling off from the clip body when the seal 10 is mounted on the clip body.
The head 20 mainly includes: an umbrella part 40 having an outer diameter larger than the opening 801 of the panel 80; a second regulating portion 50 for engaging with another mounting member mounted on the panel 80; and a shaft portion 60 connecting between the umbrella portion 40 and the second restriction portion 50.
(3. sealing member)
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the seal 10 is a member having a circular shape as a whole. The seal 10 essentially comprises: a hollow and tapered extension 101; a disc-shaped flange portion 102 formed around the extension portion 101 and located on the head portion 20 side when the clip body is mounted; and a columnar body 103 as a first fitting portion formed in the hollow cavity of the extension portion 101 and fitted into the fitting hole 302 of the buckle main body. Here, by fitting the columnar body 103 of the seal 10 into the fitting hole 302 of the locking portion 30, the seal 10 can be prevented from falling off from the clip body.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, before the clip 100 with a seal is inserted into the panel 80 (see fig. 7), the extension 101 has a tapered shape and gradually increases in size from the support 303 side toward the head 20 side. The dimension (minimum dimension) of the extending portion 101 on the side of the support portion 303 is smaller than the dimension of the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80, and the dimension (maximum dimension) of the extending portion 101 on the side of the head portion 20 is larger than the dimension of the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the head panel 80.
In the present embodiment, the conical extension 101, the disc-shaped flange 102, and the cylindrical column 103 have been described, but the shapes are not limited to these. Various other shapes, such as polygonal shapes such as quadrangle and hexagon, and oval shapes, can be adopted according to the shape of the opening of the panel and the shape of the buckle body. In the present embodiment, two columnar bodies 103 are described, but the present invention is not limited to this. One or more than three may be used. Of course, in this case, the number of the fitting holes 302 in the clip main body also needs to be changed accordingly.
(4. mounting structure)
As shown in fig. 6, before the seal-equipped buckle 100 is inserted into the panel 80 (see fig. 7), the seal 10 is provided at the front end of the buckle body. Specifically, the extension 101 of the seal 10 covers the distal end portion in the longitudinal direction of the buckle body, and is positioned in the longitudinal direction by fitting the columnar body 103 into the fitting hole 302 of the buckle body.
Of course, since the entire seal 10 is made of a soft material, when the seal-equipped clip 100 is inserted into the panel 80 (see fig. 7), the columnar body 103 of the seal 10 is easily removed from the fitting hole 302 of the clip main body, so that the seal 10 is moved by the panel 80 (see fig. 7) and slides in the direction of the head portion 20 side of the clip main body.
That is, the seal 10 is always positioned between the locking portion 30 (see fig. 3) of the seal catch 100 and the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80 in the process of inserting the seal catch 100 into the panel 80 (see fig. 7). This prevents the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80 from being damaged by the locking portion 30 (see fig. 3) of the seal-equipped buckle 100 while the seal buckle 100 is inserted into the panel 80 (see fig. 7).
As shown in fig. 7, when the clip 100 with a seal is inserted into the panel 80, the seal 10 is moved by the panel 80 toward the head 20 side of the clip body. During this, the first regulating portion 301 of the locking portion 30 is bridged and finally fixed between the head portion 20 of the clip 100 with seal and the panel 80. Here, the clip 100 with a seal is locked to the panel 80 so as not to come off due to the restriction of the first restricting portion 301 of the locking portion 30.
At this time, the extending portion 101 of the seal 10 is disposed between the locking portion 30 of the grommet 100 with a seal and the opening 801 of the panel 80. Meanwhile, the flange portion 102 of the seal 10 is disposed between the head portion 20 of the clip 100 with seal and the panel 80, and seals between the head portion 20 and the surface of the panel 80.
According to the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent the inner surface (paint) of the opening 801 from being damaged by the locking portion 30 when the locking portion 30 of the grommet 100 with a seal is inserted into the opening 801 of the panel 80, thereby preventing the inner surface of the opening 801 from rusting.
[ second embodiment ]
A seal-equipped buckle 100A according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8 to 10. Fig. 8 shows a side view of a clip 100A with a seal according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a seal 10A according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 shows a side view of a seal 10A according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Here, the seal-equipped buckle 100A of the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment only in the seal 10A, and other components are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, descriptions of other parts are omitted.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the seal 10A of the second embodiment has a flange portion omitted as compared with the first embodiment. However, since the extension portion 101A itself has a substantially tapered shape, when the seal-equipped buckle 100A is inserted into the panel 80 (see fig. 7), it can move toward the head portion 20 along the locking portion 30 in accordance with the insertion operation. In the meantime, the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80 can be prevented from being damaged by the locking portion 30 (see fig. 3) of the grommet-equipped clasp 100A in the process of inserting the grommet clasp 100A into the panel 80 (see fig. 7) by being constantly positioned between the locking portion 30 and the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80.
Here, in order to further ensure that the seal 10A is always disposed between the locking portion 30 and the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80, it is preferable that the size (maximum size) of the seal 10A on the head portion 20 side is larger than the opening 801 (see fig. 7) of the panel 80 and is higher in hardness than other portions of the seal 10A.
According to the second embodiment, the same technical effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. That is, it is possible to prevent the inner surface (paint) of the opening 801 from being damaged by the locking portion 30 when the locking portion 30 of the grommet 100A with a seal is inserted into the opening 801 of the panel 80, thereby preventing the inner surface of the opening 801 from rusting.
[ third embodiment ]
A clip 100B with a seal according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 11. Fig. 11 shows a cross-sectional view of a clip 100B with a seal according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Here, the snap 100B with a seal of the third embodiment differs from the first embodiment only in the locking portion 30B, and other components are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, descriptions of other parts are omitted.
As shown in fig. 11, the locking portion 30 includes a long guide hole 304 extending from the head portion 20 to the support portion 303 in a central portion thereof. In the present embodiment, the columnar body 103 of the seal 10 can slide in the guide long hole 304 of the locking portion 30B, and thus the seal 10 can be further ensured to smoothly move from the support portion 303 side toward the head portion 20 side.
According to the third embodiment, the same technical effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. That is, it is possible to prevent the inner surface of the opening 801 from being damaged by the locking portion 30B when the locking portion 30B of the grommet 100B with a seal is inserted into the opening 801 of the panel 80, thereby preventing the inner surface of the opening 801 from rusting. In addition, the seal 10 can be more smoothly slid.
Although the first to third embodiments of the snap of the band seal have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications and additions may be made.
For example, any one of the support portion of the locking portion and the columnar body of the seal member may be omitted. That is, the support may be provided only by the columnar body without the support, or may be provided only by the support without the columnar body.
For example, the columnar body and the fitting hole of the present invention may be changed to an annular protrusion and an annular groove (see fig. 6).
And, as long as it can ensure the insertion of the sealing element with the buckle of the sealing element
The three embodiments of the present invention and the various modifications described above can be arbitrarily combined or superimposed.
