A method, an apparatus and a vehicle for controlling a fan according to the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for controlling a fan according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, acquiring working parameters of a cooling fan of a part to be cooled in a vehicle under the condition that the vehicle is determined to be in a wading state and the working mode of the cooling fan is a default working mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, firstly, the running environment of the vehicle is judged, whether the vehicle runs in the land environment or in water is determined, and when the vehicle runs on the land, the heat radiating fan used for radiating the heat of the part to be radiated in the front end module of the vehicle works in the original default working mode to radiate the heat of the part to be radiated.
When the vehicle just enters water from the land and runs in the water, the cooling fan in the vehicle keeps the original default working mode on the land to work, but is in a wading state, and in this case, the working parameters of the cooling fan, such as the rotating speed, power, voltage, current and the like of the cooling fan, are obtained. The default working mode is a land working mode of the cooling fan.
For example, after it is determined that the vehicle has just entered water from land, it may be determined that the vehicle is traveling in water by using the vehicle-mounted camera, the temperature sensor, the humidity detection, and the like, so as to determine that the vehicle is in a wading state, and at the same time, detect the operating mode of the cooling fan, determine that the cooling fan is operating in the default operating mode, and obtain the operating parameters of the cooling fan.
And 102, controlling the cooling fan to exit the default working mode under the condition that the working parameters do not accord with preset safety conditions.
And further, the obtained working parameters of the cooling fan are judged, whether the working parameters of the cooling fan meet preset safety conditions or not is determined, and the cooling fan is controlled to exit the default working mode under the condition that the working parameters of the cooling fan do not meet the preset safety conditions, so that the cooling fan is prevented from being damaged by continuously working in the default working mode. The preset safety condition is that when the cooling fan works in a wading state according to current working parameters, the fan blades of the cooling fan cannot deform and damage.
For example, if the rotational speed of the cooling fan is low or the power of the cooling fan is low, and the cooling fan does not rotate at a high speed, even if the fan blades of the cooling fan collide with water, the fan blades will not deform, and thus the cooling fan can continue to operate in the default operating mode.
And 103, controlling the cooling fan to stop running under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be a running state according to the vehicle speed of the vehicle.
After the radiator fan exits the default operating mode, the vehicle may be in a stationary state or may be in a stationary state in consideration of traveling in water. When the vehicle runs in water and is in a running state, water flows relative to the vehicle, heat generated by the work of the heat dissipation part can be taken away, and the heat dissipation part is cooled.
Therefore, the speed of the vehicle can be acquired, whether the vehicle is in a running state or a static state is determined according to the vehicle speed, and the cooling fan can be directly controlled not to work and stop running under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is the running state, so that the cooling fan is protected and energy consumption can be saved.
For example, the speed of the vehicle may be obtained according to a speed sensor, a vehicle wheel rotation speed, and the like, and in the case that the vehicle speed is greater than zero kilometer per hour, it may be determined that the vehicle is in a traveling state, and at this time, the direct control cooling fan does not operate.
It is to be understood that the above examples are intended only for the convenience of further understanding of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
And 104, controlling the cooling fan to work in a wading working mode according to the engine rotating speed value and the engine idle rotating speed value of the vehicle under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be the static state according to the vehicle speed.
Further, in consideration of the fact that when the vehicle is in a stationary state while slipping or stopping, corresponding parts of the vehicle, such as an engine, etc., still operate to generate heat, it is still necessary to dissipate heat from the heat dissipating parts.
Therefore, when the driving state of the vehicle is determined to be the stationary state according to the vehicle speed, the engine speed value and the engine idle speed value of the vehicle engine can be obtained, and the cooling fan is controlled to operate in the wading operation mode according to the engine speed value and the engine idle speed value.
The idling engine speed value is the speed value of the vehicle in a neutral state, the engine is not loaded and is in an idling state, and the fan blades of the cooling fan cannot be damaged in a wading working mode.
For example, the speed of the vehicle may be obtained from a speed sensor, a wheel speed of the vehicle, and the like, and when the vehicle speed is equal to zero, it may be determined that the vehicle is in a stationary state, an engine speed value and an engine idle speed value of the vehicle may be obtained, and the cooling fan may be controlled to operate in the wading operation mode according to the engine speed value and the engine idle speed value.
In summary, the fan control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: under the conditions that the vehicle is determined to be in a wading state and the working mode of a cooling fan of a part to be cooled in the vehicle is a default working mode, working parameters of the cooling fan are obtained; under the condition that the working parameters do not accord with preset safety conditions, controlling the cooling fan to exit a default working mode; under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be a running state according to the speed of the vehicle, controlling the cooling fan to stop running; and under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be a static state according to the vehicle speed, controlling the cooling fan to work in a wading working mode according to the engine rotating speed value and the engine idling rotating speed value of the vehicle. The invention can control the cooling fan to exit the default working mode according to the working parameters under the condition that the vehicle is determined to be in the wading state, prevent the cooling fan from being damaged when working in the default working mode, control the cooling fan not to work when the vehicle runs, and control the cooling fan to work in the wading working mode when the vehicle is static, thereby avoiding the deformation of the fan blades caused by the collision with water during the wading work and further avoiding the damage to the fan.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another fan control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201, under the condition that the vehicle is determined to be in a wading state and the working mode of the cooling fan of the part to be cooled in the vehicle is a default working mode, obtaining working parameters of the cooling fan.
For this step, reference may be made to step 101, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, step 201 may further include:
and a substep 2011 of obtaining a requested rotation speed value and an actual rotation speed value of the cooling fan.
In this step, when the radiator fan of the vehicle is in operation, the controller may send a requested rotation speed value to the radiator fan according to the vehicle speed, the engine water temperature, the motor temperature, and the like, so that the radiator fan rotates at the requested rotation speed value. When the vehicle runs on the land, the radiator fan only suffers from air resistance, and can be ignored, so that the difference between the requested rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value of the radiator fan is small.
However, when the vehicle wades, the rotation of the radiator fan is affected by the resistance of water, and the larger the rotation speed is, the larger the resistance is, so that the requested rotation speed value and the actual rotation speed value of the radiator fan can be obtained in real time, and whether the vehicle wades or not is judged according to the requested rotation speed value and the actual rotation speed value of the radiator fan.
And a substep 2012, determining that the vehicle is in the wading state when the rotation speed difference between the requested rotation speed value and the actual rotation speed value is greater than a preset threshold value.
Specifically, when the vehicle wades, the rotation of the radiator fan is greatly affected by the resistance of water. And judging whether the vehicle is in a wading state or not according to a rotating speed difference value between the request rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value, and determining that the vehicle is in the wading state under the condition that the rotating speed difference value between the request rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value is larger than a preset threshold value. The preset threshold is obtained by staff according to experience or experimental calibration.
For example, the preset threshold may be set to 50 revolutions per minute, and in the case where the rotational speed difference between the requested rotational speed value and the actual rotational speed value is greater than 50 revolutions per minute, it is proved that the radiator fan is subjected to resistance from water, and it is considered that the vehicle will wade.
It is to be understood that the above examples are intended only for the convenience of further understanding of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Optionally, after substep 2012, it may further include:
and a substep 2013, keeping the cooling fan in the default working mode when the rotation speed difference is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value.
Specifically, when the rotating speed difference value between the requested rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, it is proved that the cooling fan does not receive water resistance during operation, the vehicle does not wade, and the cooling fan is controlled to work in a default working mode.
Step 202, when the rotating speed difference value between the requested rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value is greater than the preset threshold value, and the working current value is greater than or equal to a preset current value, determining that the working parameter does not meet a preset safety condition, and controlling the cooling fan to exit the default working mode.
Wherein the operating parameters include: the operating current value of the heat radiation fan, the requested rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value
Specifically, when the vehicle wades, if the cooling fan does not rotate at a high speed, the blades of the cooling fan will not deform due to the small rotation speed even if the blades of the cooling fan collide with water, so that the cooling fan is safe. When the vehicle runs in wading and the radiator fan rotates at high speed, the radiator fan is unsafe.
Therefore, when the vehicle is determined to be in the wading state, whether the radiator fan rotates at a high speed needs to be further determined according to the operating current value of the radiator fan. And when the rotating speed difference value between the request rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value is greater than the preset threshold value and the working current value is greater than or equal to the preset current value, determining that the working parameters do not accord with the preset safety condition and the cooling fan is unsafe, and controlling the cooling fan to exit the default working mode, so that the cooling fan is prevented from being damaged by continuously working in the default working mode.
For example, the preset current value may be set to 35A, and when the rotation speed difference between the requested rotation speed value and the actual rotation speed value is greater than 50 revolutions per minute and the working current value is greater than or equal to 35A, the working parameter is considered not to meet the preset safety condition, and the cooling fan is operated in an unsafe state.
The preset current value is the current for the worker to obtain the normal work of each fan under different fan rotating speeds in the whole vehicle state through a calibration means according to specific working conditions.
For example, the preset current value is different under two working conditions of the vehicle front grille blocking wall and the non-blocking wall, and preferably, the preset current value calibrated under the working condition of the vehicle front grille blocking wall can be selected.
It is to be understood that the above examples are included merely for convenience in further understanding of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation safety state of the cooling fan is determined by the rotating speed and the working current value of the cooling fan, and the cooling fan is controlled to exit the default working mode under the condition that the preset safety condition is not met, so that the cooling fan is prevented from being damaged by continuously working in the default working mode, meanwhile, the long-time heavy-current working of the fan is avoided, and the influence on the service life of a fan motor is reduced.
And 203, keeping the cooling fan in the default working mode unchanged under the condition that the rotating speed difference value is greater than the preset threshold value and the working current value is less than the preset current value.
Further, under the condition that the rotating speed difference value between the request rotating speed value and the actual rotating speed value is larger than the preset threshold value and the working current value is smaller than the preset current value, the vehicle can be determined to be in the wading state, but the cooling fan does not rotate at a high speed, even if the fan blades of the cooling fan collide with water, the fan blades cannot deform due to the fact that the rotating speed is small, and the cooling fan is safe, so that the working mode of the cooling fan can be controlled to be unchanged, and the cooling fan works in the default working mode.
And 204, controlling the cooling fan to stop running under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be the running state according to the vehicle speed of the vehicle.
For this step, reference may be made to step 103, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may further include:
substep 2041, in the case where the vehicle comprises non-driven wheels, obtaining wheel speeds of two non-driven wheels of the vehicle.
In particular, when the vehicle is in a two-drive configuration, the vehicle has non-driven wheels and driven wheels. Considering the situation where the drive wheels slip, the vehicle must be moving if the non-drive wheels are turning. Therefore, the wheel rotation speeds of the two non-driving wheels can be acquired by the speed sensor, and whether the running state of the vehicle is the traveling state or not can be judged according to the wheel rotation speeds of the two non-driving wheels.
And a substep 2042 of determining that the vehicle is in a running state and controlling the cooling fan to stop running when the wheel speeds of the two non-driven wheels are both greater than 0 rpm.
Further, after the wheel rotating speeds of the two non-driving wheels are obtained, if the wheel rotating speeds of the two non-driving wheels are larger than 0 rpm, the vehicle is in a traveling state, the cooling fan is controlled to stop running, and the cooling component is cooled through water flow moving relative to the vehicle, so that energy consumption is saved.
Substep 2043, in the case that the vehicle does not comprise non-driven wheels, obtaining wheel speeds of four driven wheels of the vehicle.
Specifically, when the vehicle is in a four-wheel drive configuration, all four wheels of the vehicle are drive wheels. In the event of a wheel slip, the wheel may lock. Therefore, the wheel rotation speeds of the four driving wheels can be acquired by the speed sensor, and whether the running state of the vehicle is the traveling state or not can be determined from the wheel rotation speeds of the four driving wheels.
Sub-step 2044, in case none of the wheel speeds of the four driving wheels is equal to 0 revolutions per minute, determining that the vehicle is in a travelling state
Further, after the wheel speeds of the four driving wheels are obtained, one of the four driving wheels rotates, and the vehicle is driven to move. Therefore, whether the wheel rotating speeds of the four driving wheels are not equal to 0 rpm is judged, if the wheel rotating speed of any one wheel in the four driving wheels is not equal to 0 rpm, the vehicle is in a running state, the cooling fan is controlled to stop running, and the cooling part is cooled through water flow moving relative to the vehicle, so that energy consumption is saved.
And step 205, controlling the cooling fan to work in a wading working mode according to the engine rotating speed value and the engine idle rotating speed value of the vehicle under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be the static state according to the vehicle speed.
For this step, reference may be made to step 104, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, in an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, step 205 may further include:
and a substep 2051 of acquiring an engine speed value and an engine idle speed value of the vehicle when the running state of the vehicle is determined to be a stationary state according to the vehicle speed.
Optionally, sub-step 2051 may further include:
substep A1, in the case where the vehicle comprises non-driven wheels, obtaining wheel speeds of two non-driven wheels of the vehicle.
For this step, reference may be made to the sub-step 2041, which is not described herein again.
And a substep A2, under the condition that the wheel rotating speeds of the two non-driving wheels are equal to 0 revolution per minute, determining that the vehicle is in a static state, and acquiring an engine rotating speed value and an engine idling rotating speed value of the vehicle.
Specifically, if the wheel speeds of the two non-driving wheels are equal to 0 rpm, it is indicated that the vehicle is in a stationary state and does not travel, and the vehicle may slip or may completely stop at this time, so that the engine speed value and the engine idle speed value of the vehicle are obtained, and whether the cooling fan needs to operate is determined according to the engine speed value and the engine idle speed value.
And a substep A3 of obtaining wheel speeds of four driving wheels of the vehicle when the vehicle does not include a non-driving wheel.
This step can refer to sub-step 2043, which is not described herein again.
Sub-step A4, determining that the vehicle is stationary in case the wheel speeds of the four driving wheels are all equal to 0 revolutions per minute.
Specifically, if the vehicle is in a four-wheel drive configuration, one rotation of each of the four drive wheels drives the vehicle to travel. Therefore, it is determined whether the wheel speeds of the four drive wheels are all equal to 0 rpm, and in the case where none of the four drive wheels is rotating or all of the four drive wheels are locked, it is indicated that the vehicle is in a stationary state. Under the condition that four wheels have no rotating speed, although the vehicle is not moved, the engine may be in an extremely bad working condition of a clutch slip film with output power, so that an engine rotating speed value and an engine idling rotating speed value of the vehicle are obtained, and whether the cooling fan needs to work or not is judged according to the engine rotating speed value and the engine idling rotating speed value.
And a substep 2052 of controlling the radiator fan to work in a wading work mode according to the engine rotating speed value and the engine idle rotating speed value of the vehicle.
Optionally, sub-step 2052 may further include:
and a substep B1 of controlling the cooling fan to stop running under the condition that the rotating speed value of the engine is less than or equal to the idling rotating speed value of the engine.
And further, judging whether the engine rotating speed value is less than or equal to the engine idling rotating speed value or not according to the acquired engine rotating speed value and the engine idling rotating speed value.
Specifically, in the case where the engine speed value is equal to the engine idle speed value, the vehicle is in a neutral state, and the engine is not loaded. Or the engine speed is 0 and no start is made. At the moment, it can be determined that the driving wheels of the vehicle do not slip in place, and the engine does not output power, so that heat dissipation is not needed, and the cooling fan is controlled to stop running to save energy consumption.
The substep B1, controlling the cooling fan to work at a preset rotating speed value under the condition that the rotating speed value of the engine is greater than the idling rotating speed value of the engine so as to drive water to flow through a radiator corresponding to the cooling fan for cooling; the preset rotating speed value is smaller than the rotating speed value of the fan in the default working mode.
In this step, when the traveling state of the vehicle is determined to be the stationary state based on the vehicle speed, the engine may have a power output and the heat dissipation member needs to be dissipated regardless of whether the vehicle is a two-drive vehicle or a four-drive vehicle.
Specifically, whether the engine speed value is greater than the engine idle speed value or not is judged according to the acquired engine speed value and the engine idle speed value, and when the engine speed value is not greater than the engine idle speed value, because the vehicle is in a static state, but the engine has power output, it is indicated that the driving wheels of the vehicle slip in place, and a cooling fan needs to operate to cool the engine.
Correspondingly, the cooling fan is controlled to work at a preset rotating speed value, the cooling fan is used as a propeller to drive water to flow, and the heat of the radiator corresponding to the cooling fan is dissipated. The preset rotating speed value is obtained through working condition calibration, the preset rotating speed value is smaller than the rotating speed value of the fan in the default working mode, and when the cooling fan rotates at the preset rotating speed value, the fan blades cannot deform due to impact with water. For example, the preset rotation speed may be 500 rpm, which is not limited by the present invention.
Further, it is contemplated that the cold engine may be operated at a higher idle speed after starting to quickly warm up the engine, which may be operated at a lower fixed idle speed. Therefore, the engine heat engine idle speed value may be selected as the engine idle speed value.
In the embodiment of the invention, the wading working mode of the cooling fan comprises two conditions of working at a preset rotating speed value and stopping running of the cooling fan, and the cooling fan can be controlled to work in different conditions under the wading working mode according to the rotating speed value of the engine and the idling rotating speed value of the engine, so that the deformation of fan blades caused by collision with water during wading working is avoided, and further the damage to the fan is avoided.
And step 206, acquiring a current actual power value of the cooling fan and a rated power value of the cooling fan at the preset rotating speed value.
After the cooling fan is controlled to work at the preset rotating speed value, the current actual power value of the cooling fan and the rated power value of the cooling fan under the preset rotating speed value are obtained. The actual power value is the current operating power value of the cooling fan, and the rated power value is the power value of the cooling fan in a normal working state at a preset rotating speed.
When the cooling fan operates at the preset rotation speed value in the wading state, the cooling fan needs to operate at a power higher than the power at which the cooling fan operates at the preset rotation speed value in the normal operating state, so that the cooling fan can operate at the preset rotation speed value in water.
For example, the current actual power value of the cooling fan may be calculated by the current value and the voltage value of the cooling fan, and the rated power value of the cooling fan at the preset rotation speed value may be obtained by looking up a table, which is not limited in the present invention.
And step 207, controlling the fan to exit the wading working mode and enter the default working mode under the condition that the power difference value between the actual power value and the rated power value is within a preset range.
Further, after the current actual power value of the cooling fan and the rated power value of the cooling fan at the preset rotating speed value are obtained, whether the vehicle is separated from the wading state or not is judged according to the difference value of the actual power value and the rated power value, and wading is not performed any more.
Specifically, under the condition that the power difference value between the actual power value and the rated power value is within the preset range, it can be proved that the vehicle does not wade any more, and at this time, the cooling fan is controlled to exit the wading working mode and enter the default working mode to work. And if the power difference value between the actual power value and the rated power value is not in the preset range, indicating that the vehicle is still in a wading state, and controlling the cooling fan to continuously work at the preset rotating speed value.
The preset range is obtained through experimental calibration according to actual working conditions, for example, the preset range can be calibrated to be minus 10 watts to 10 watts, which is not limited in the present invention.
In summary, another fan control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: the embodiment of the invention provides a fan control method, which comprises the following steps: under the condition that the vehicle is determined to be in a wading state and the working mode of a cooling fan of a part to be cooled in the vehicle is a default working mode, working parameters of the cooling fan are obtained; under the condition that the working parameters do not accord with preset safety conditions, controlling the cooling fan to exit a default working mode; under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be a running state according to the speed of the vehicle, controlling the cooling fan to stop running; and under the condition that the running state of the vehicle is determined to be a static state according to the vehicle speed, controlling the cooling fan to work in a wading working mode according to the engine rotating speed value and the engine idling rotating speed value of the vehicle.
