Background
The prefabricated member is adopted for construction in the existing fabricated house. The upper reinforcing steel bar and the lower reinforcing steel bar of the prefabricated member are mainly connected by a grouting sleeve. The grouting sleeve has the advantages of multiple installation procedures, uncontrollable grouting, low installation efficiency and easy influence of the level and responsibility of grouting workers. Simultaneously, external conditions such as the quality of grout material and weather all can cause the influence to the muffjoint quality.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an improved threaded connecting sleeve device for a fabricated house aiming at the defects of the prior art, and well realizes the mechanical connection of fabricated house prefabricated parts.

An improved threaded connection sleeve device for fabricated houses comprises an outer sleeve; the top end of the inner cavity of the outer sleeve is connected with a steel bar connector for fixedly connecting an upper steel bar through threads, the middle part of the inner cavity is provided with a rotatable wrench sleeve, and the bottom end of the inner cavity is connected with a support sleeve through threads; the center of the top of the steel bar connector is provided with a blind hole, and the inner wall of the blind hole is provided with an internal thread matched with a steel bar screw head of an upper steel bar; the inner cavity of the wrench sleeve is movably provided with a steel bar connecting nut matched with the wrench sleeve, the internal thread of the steel bar connecting nut is matched with the steel bar thread head of the lower steel bar, and the steel bar thread head of the lower steel bar is inserted into the wrench sleeve through the supporting sleeve, and then the wrench sleeve is rotated to screw the steel bar connecting nut on the steel bar thread head; the wrench socket is characterized in that a circle of teeth are arranged at the top end of the wrench socket along the circumferential direction of the wrench socket, side holes are formed in the wall of the outer sleeve and correspond to the circle of teeth, a sleeve is fixedly arranged in the side holes, a driving rod is rotatably arranged in the sleeve, and a driving part of the driving rod is meshed with the teeth on the wrench socket.
Furthermore, the bottom of the steel bar connector is provided with an inverted-truncated-cone-shaped top block, the upper cylinder opening of the rotary wrench sleeve is in an inverted-truncated-cone shape matched with the top block, and a plurality of cracks are uniformly formed in the cylinder wall corresponding to the inverted-truncated-cone-shaped upper cylinder opening of the rotary wrench sleeve along the circumferential direction of the cylinder wall; before the lower part reinforcing steel bar is connected, the ejector block is inserted into the inverted frustum-shaped upper barrel opening of the rotary wrench sleeve, and after the lower part reinforcing steel bar is connected, the reinforcing steel bar connector is rotated to enable the ejector block to move downwards so that the barrel wall corresponding to the inverted frustum-shaped upper barrel opening can be outwards expanded.
Further, the height of the top block is larger than that of the upper cylinder mouth of the inverted circular truncated cone.
Furthermore, a regular polygonal tool chuck is arranged at the top of the steel bar connector, and the diameter of an inscribed circle of the tool chuck is larger than that of the steel bar connector.

Further, the teeth are big bevel gear teeth and are arranged at the top of the wrench socket; the two ends of the sleeve are open and are arranged along the radial direction of the outer sleeve; the driving rod is a stepped rod with thick middle part and thin two ends, an annular blocking piece is arranged in the inner cavity of the sleeve and positioned on the outer side of the thick end of the stepped rod, and the driving part of the stepped rod is a small bevel gear meshed with a large bevel gear.
Furthermore, the outer end of the stair rod is provided with a regular polygonal tool plug.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the modular connection structure is used for modular connection of the assembled type house, can well realize mechanical connection of the upper component and the lower component, and is convenient to install, high in installation efficiency and reliable in connection effect.

For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the invention, reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as the specific limitations of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. An improved assembly type threaded connection sleeve device for a house comprises an outer sleeve 2; the top end of the inner cavity of the outer sleeve 2 is connected with a steel bar connector 1 for fixedly connecting an upper steel bar through threads, the middle part of the inner cavity is provided with a rotatable wrench sleeve 4, and the bottom end of the inner cavity is connected with a support sleeve 7 through threads; the center of the top of the steel bar connector 1 is provided with a blind hole, and the inner wall of the blind hole is provided with an internal thread matched with a steel bar thread head of an upper steel bar; a steel bar connecting nut 6 matched with the wrench sleeve 4 is movably arranged in the inner cavity of the wrench sleeve 4, the internal thread of the steel bar connecting nut 6 is matched with the steel bar thread head of the lower steel bar, and after the steel bar thread head of the lower steel bar is inserted into the wrench sleeve 4 through the supporting sleeve 7, the wrench sleeve 4 is rotated to screw the steel bar connecting nut 6 on the steel bar thread head; the top end of the wrench socket 4 is provided with a circle of teeth along the circumferential direction, a side hole is formed in the wall of the outer socket 2 and corresponds to the circle of teeth, a sleeve 3 is fixedly arranged in the side hole, a driving rod is rotatably arranged in the sleeve 3, and a driving part of the driving rod is meshed with the teeth on the wrench socket 4.
The teeth are turbine teeth and are arranged on the outer wall of the top end of the wrench socket 4; one end of the sleeve 3 is provided with an opening and is vertical to the axial direction of the outer sleeve 2, and a hole is formed in the side surface of the sleeve 3 and the position opposite to the turbine teeth; the drive rod is a worm 5 and the drive portion of the worm 5 is a helical tooth meshing with the worm wheel. One end of the worm 5 close to the opening of the sleeve 3 is provided with a regular polygonal tool insert.
The top of the steel bar connector 1 is provided with a regular polygonal tool chuck, and the diameter of an inscribed circle of the tool chuck is larger than that of the steel bar connector 1.
The outer shape of the wrench socket 4 is cylindrical, and the outer diameter of the wrench socket 4 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve 2.
Description of the first embodiment: 1) when the component is prefabricated, the reinforcing steel bar connector 1 and the outer sleeve 2 are fixed on a reinforcing steel bar wire head of a reinforcing steel bar to be connected of the upper component in advance through threaded connection; 2) after the upper component is hoisted in place, the steel bar thread head of the steel bar to be connected of the lower component penetrates into the outer sleeve 2, and the steel bar connecting nut 6 is jacked to the upper part of the inner cavity of the wrench sleeve 4 by the steel bar thread head; 3) after the position of the upper component is checked and fixed, the worm 5 is rotated through a special electric wrench, and the steel bar connecting nut 6 is rotated to the steel bar wire head of the steel bar to be connected of the lower component. The whole installation process is convenient to construct, the installation efficiency is high, and the connection effect is also reliable.
As shown in fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention is that, on the basis of the first embodiment, the bottom of the steel bar connector 1 is provided with an inverted frustum-shaped top block 9, the upper opening of the rotary wrench socket 4 is inverted frustum-shaped and is adapted to the top block 9, and a plurality of slits are uniformly opened along the circumferential direction on the socket wall corresponding to the inverted frustum-shaped upper opening of the rotary wrench socket 4; the ejector block 9 is inserted into the inverted circular truncated cone-shaped upper cylinder opening of the rotary wrench sleeve 4 after the lower steel bars are connected, and the ejector block 9 moves downwards to enable the cylinder wall corresponding to the inverted circular truncated cone-shaped upper cylinder opening to be outwards expanded after the lower steel bars are connected and then the steel bar connector 1 is rotated.
The reinforcing steel bar connector 1 and the top block 9 are of an integral structure, and the height of the top block 9 is larger than that of the inverted frustum-shaped upper cylinder opening. The bottom of the tool holder is provided with a plurality of breakable flaps 10 all along its circumference.
Description of the second embodiment: 1) the steel bar connector 1 and the outer sleeve 2 are fixed on the steel bar wire heads of the steel bars to be connected of the upper component in advance through threaded connection, and different from the first embodiment, the steel bar connector 1 is not completely screwed on the outer sleeve 2 in the step, but the screwing is stopped when the baffle plate 10 is just abutted against the outer sleeve 2, and the inverted frustum-shaped top block 9 is inserted into the inner cavity of the outer sleeve 2 and can be contacted with the upper end of the wrench sleeve 4; 2) inserting a wrench sleeve 4 internally provided with a steel bar connecting nut 6 into the outer sleeve 2 from the lower opening of the outer sleeve 2, and screwing a supporting sleeve 7 into the lower opening of the outer sleeve 2, so that the inverted-truncated-cone-shaped upper opening of the wrench sleeve 4 is sleeved on an inverted-truncated-cone-shaped top block 9, and the upper end and the lower end of the wrench sleeve 4 are in sliding contact with the top block 9 and the supporting sleeve 7 respectively; 3) the steel bar wire head of the steel bar to be connected of the lower component is penetrated into the outer sleeve 2, the worm 5 is rotated through a special electric wrench, and the steel bar connecting nut 6 is rotated onto the steel bar wire head of the steel bar to be connected of the lower component; 4) after the lower component is connected with the steel bars to be connected, the blocking piece 10 is taken off, the steel bar connector 1 is continuously screwed to be completely screwed on the outer sleeve 2, and in the process, the jacking block 9 moves downwards to outwards expand the cylinder wall corresponding to the upper cylinder opening of the wrench sleeve 4 and completely clamp the cylinder wall with the inner wall of the outer sleeve 2, so that firmer connection is realized.
Fig. 3 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the first embodiment, the teeth are large bevel gear teeth and are provided on the top of the wrench socket 4; the two ends of the sleeve 3 are open and are arranged along the radial direction of the outer sleeve 2; the driving rod is a stepped rod 8 with a thick middle part and two thin ends, an annular baffle is arranged in the inner cavity of the sleeve 3 and positioned outside the thick end of the stepped rod 8, and the driving part of the stepped rod 8 is a small bevel gear meshed with a large bevel gear. The outer end of the step rod 8 is provided with a regular polygonal tool plug, which is convenient for rotating the step rod 8 by means of tools such as a wrench.
The use of the third embodiment is similar to the first embodiment.
