s1, plastic particles are added into a feed cylinder (5) from a feed pipe (6), under the work of a heating ring (7) and a motor a (8), the plastic particles are pushed into a transition box (10) in a molten state, and then the plastic in the molten state enters a die (13) through a feed channel;
s2, molding the molten plastic through a mold (13) and then moving upwards;
s3, cooling the molded plastic film by the air blowing device (19) through the connecting pipe (18) and the annular air ring (17);
s4, the plastic film moves upwards to be in contact with the rollers (30), the motor b (34) works to drive the plurality of groups of rollers (30) to synchronously rotate, and the linear speed at the contact position with the plastic film is inclined upwards;
s5, finishing and winding the plastic film by a finishing and winding mechanism (35).
