The method for processing the reimbursement of the e-mail can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The external Mail server 101 transmits an electronic Mail to the electronic reimbursement system 102 by an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) Protocol to perform reimbursement processing. Where electronic reimbursement system 102 includes user mailboxes 103, mail filters 105, reimbursement processing apparatus 106, and filtering protocol configuration center 107. The mail filter 105, when invoked by the MTA 104 in the user's mailbox 103, may filter the email for reimbursement processing and may forward the reimbursement email to the reimbursement processing device 106. The Web management side 108 configures a filtering protocol of the mail filter in the filtering protocol configuration center 107.
Specifically, when the user mailbox 103 receives a mail sending request from the external mail server 101, the MTA 104 sends a mail reimbursement request to the mail filter 105, and in response to the mail reimbursement request, the mail filter 105 invokes the mail filtering protocol of the filtering protocol configuration center 107 to filter the e-mails to be reimbursed, and forwards the confirmed reimbursement mails to the reimbursement processing device 106 for reimbursement processing.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided an e-mail reimbursement processing method, including the steps of:
step 201, receiving a mail reimbursement request sent by a user mailbox;
the Mail reimbursement request refers to a command requesting to send an reimbursement Mail, and specifically refers to basic commands of SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), such as HELO (hello), Mail (Mail Transfer), RCPT (recipient), DATA (DATA Transfer), REST (reset), NOOP (no operation), and QUIT (end), and in this embodiment, the Mail reimbursement request refers to a sender sending an instruction HELO to a recipient to establish a communication connection.
The SMTP is a set of rules for transmitting mail from a source address to a destination address, and controls the transfer mode of a mail. SMTP is an application layer Protocol providing reliable and efficient e-mail Transmission supported by a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol), belongs to a TCP/IP (Internet Protocol) Protocol cluster, and helps each computer find a next destination when sending or transferring a mail. E-mail can be sent to the addressee's server via the server specified by the SMTP protocol. The SMTP server is a mail sending server following the SMTP protocol and is used for sending or forwarding the outgoing e-mail.
Here, HELO is a command sent by the client to identify the client, MAIL is a command to identify the sender of the MAIL, RCPT is a command to identify the recipient of the MAIL, DATA is a command sent by the client to start transmission of the content of the MAIL, REST is a command to notify the recipient of resetting and resetting the buffer, NOOP is a command to instruct the server not to reply "OK" after receiving the command, and QUIT is a command to terminate the session.
Step 202, responding to the mail reimbursement request, and confirming whether an electronic mail to be reimbursed is an reimbursement mail or not, wherein the electronic mail is a mail sent from an external mailbox to a user mailbox;
here, the reimbursement mail is a mail for reimbursement processing. In this embodiment, the reimbursement mail may be a mail containing reimbursement information. In particular, reimbursement information may include, but is not limited to, invoices, itineraries, or water sheets.
The invoice refers to business vouchers issued and collected by all units and individuals in purchasing and selling goods, providing or receiving services and engaging in other business activities, and comprises a common invoice and a value-added tax special invoice; the travel itinerary refers to documents for recording the electronic passenger travel and freight rate information, such as a bus ticket travel itinerary, a train ticket travel itinerary and an airline ticket travel itinerary; the water sheet is a detail bill, which includes details of consumption, such as a standing water sheet and a water sheet for meals and drinking.
In step 202, if it is confirmed that the email is an reimbursement email, step 203 is executed. Optionally, if the email is determined to be a non-reimbursement email, the user mailbox intercepts the non-reimbursement email.
And 203, sending the reimbursement mail to a reimbursement device of an electronic reimbursement system so that the reimbursement device can reimburse the electronic mail.
The reimbursement device is a device having an reimbursement function, which is used for reimbursement processing of reimbursement mails and is generally integrated in an electronic reimbursement system.
In the method for processing the reimbursement of the e-mail, a mail filtering request sent by a user mailbox is received; responding to the mail filtering request, and confirming whether an electronic mail to be reimbursed is an reimbursement mail or not, wherein the electronic mail is a mail sent from an external mailbox to the user mailbox; and if the electronic mail is an reimbursement mail, sending the reimbursement mail to a reimbursement device of an electronic reimbursement system so that the reimbursement device can reimburse the electronic mail. Before the reimbursement device reimburses the electronic mails, the electronic mails to be reimbursed are filtered, the reimbursement mails are confirmed, non-reimbursement mails are filtered, the workload of the reimbursement device is reduced, and the reimbursement efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, determining whether an email to be reimbursed is an reimbursement email according to a email filtering result corresponding to each email message includes the following steps:
step 301, for each piece of mail information of the electronic mail, calling a filter corresponding to each piece of mail information, so as to filter the corresponding piece of mail information through each filter, and obtain a mail filtering result corresponding to each piece of mail information.
Step 302, determining whether the e-mail to be reimbursed is an reimbursement mail according to the mail filtering result corresponding to each mail message.
Step 303, determining whether the email filtering result corresponding to one of the email messages indicates that the email is a non-reimbursement email. If yes, go to step 305; otherwise, step 306 is performed.
And step 304, judging whether the mail filtering results corresponding to the mail information all indicate that the electronic mail is a reimbursement mail. If yes, go to step 306; otherwise, step 305 is performed.
And 305, confirming that the e-mail is an reimbursement mail.
Step 306, confirming that the e-mail is a non-reimbursement mail.
Wherein, the mail information refers to information related to the e-mail. The mail information may be one or more, and the embodiment is not limited. Optionally, the mail information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a sender address, a recipient address, a subject, a body, an attachment, and the like. In this embodiment, the email messages of the email are two or more.
The Filter is a Mail Filter (Mail Filter or meter), which is a Protocol and API (Application Programming Interface) for transmitting Mail traffic information between an MTA (Mail Transfer Agent) and a Mail filtering plug-in Application, and implements a filtering function based on a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) Protocol and a UNIX-domain Protocol. Milter provides a plug-in interface for third party software to authenticate and modify mail as it is delivered through the MTA. Milter can check the IP (Internet Protocol) information, envelope Protocol elements, mail header and mail body content of the mail, and can modify the recipient, header and body of the mail. Filters may be used in spam rejection, virus filtering, content control, mail sorting, and the like. Generally, mills attempt to address site-wide filtering in a scalable manner. In this embodiment, the filter may be used to prevent non-reimbursed mail from reaching the reimbursement device, and may also be used to sort the e-mail according to specified criteria.
The MTA is an application program whose main task is to send e-mail from one host to another, and the MTA uses SMTP to transfer e-mail. The TCP protocol is a connection-oriented, reliable, byte-stream based transport layer communication protocol. The UNIX-domain protocol is an interprocess communication mode, has high transmission rate and low resource consumption, but is only suitable for local transmission. APIs are predefined functions that developers can use to develop programming using these API interfaces without accessing source code or understanding the details of internal working mechanisms, and in particular, APIs are a well-defined set of communication methods between various software components. In this embodiment, when the MTA transmits an e-mail using SMTP, the TCP protocol and the UNIX-domain protocol are called through the API interface to ensure the stability and the rate of data transmission, and when a mail reimbursement request from a sender is received, the Milter protocol is called to filter the e-mail to be reimbursed.
The mail filtering result is a result obtained by filtering the mail, and specifically may be a result indicating classification of the mail or indicating whether the mail is rejected. In this embodiment, the filtering result is used to indicate that the email is an reimbursement email or that the email is a non-reimbursement email.
In this embodiment, each email message has a corresponding filter, that is, the filters corresponding to different email messages are different. And each filter filters the corresponding mail information to obtain a mail filtering result corresponding to each mail information. Illustratively, the mail information includes information a and information B, where the information a corresponds to the filter a, and the information B corresponds to the filter B, and the information a is filtered by the filter a to obtain a mail filtering result corresponding to the information a; and filtering the information B through the filter B to obtain a mail filtering result corresponding to the information B.
In the filter corresponding to each mail message, only a filtering protocol for performing filtering processing on the corresponding mail message is arranged.
In this embodiment, the non-reimbursement mail may be confirmed by determining whether the mail filtering result corresponding to one of the mail messages indicates that the electronic mail is a non-reimbursement mail, or the reimbursement mail may be confirmed by confirming whether the electronic mail to be reimbursed is a reimbursement mail according to the mail filtering result corresponding to each of the mail messages, so that the confirmation methods of reimbursement mails are enriched.
In one embodiment, the mail information includes at least one of mailbox identity information, a mail subject, and a mail body of the external mailbox, and the invoking of the filter corresponding to each mail information to filter the corresponding mail information through each filter includes:
if the mail information comprises the mailbox identity information, calling a first filter to filter the mailbox identity information through the first filter to obtain a first mail filtering result, wherein the first filter is configured with a filtering protocol of a black and white list of the identity information;
if the mail information comprises the mail subject, calling a second filter to filter the mail subject through the second filter to obtain a second mail filtering result, wherein the second filter is configured with a subject filtering protocol;
and if the mail information comprises the mail body, calling a third filter to filter the mail body through the third filter to obtain a third mail filtering result, wherein the third filter is configured with a body filtering protocol.
The mailbox identity information refers to identity information of a mailbox and is used for identifying the identity of the mailbox. Specifically, the method includes, but is not limited to, a mailbox account, a mailbox domain name, an IP address, and the like. The mailbox domain name is a universal format fixed by the mailbox, namely user @ host. Domain name, e.g.: 1XXX456@126.com, 1XXX456 is the user name applied by the user, @ is the meaning of at, 126 is the host providing mailbox service, the domain name is 126.com, where X is one of the numbers 0-9. The mailbox account refers to an account of a mail. Specifically, the default of the mailbox account is the format of a user name @ mailbox domain name, and the user name may be a numeric account, an english account, or a mobile phone number, for example, the QQ mailbox account is in the format of numeric @ QQ. Wherein the IP address is a unified address format provided by the IP protocol and is used to assign a logical address to the computer on the internet, for example, the IP address of the company computer is xxx.xx.xx.xxx, and the IP address of the wireless network is xxx.xxx.xxx.x.x, where X is one of 0-9 digits. In this embodiment, mailbox identity information may be used as needed.
Wherein the mail subject is a title of the mail. In general, the mail subject is a summary of the mail content, and the mail subject can be specifically determined according to the transmitted mail content. In this embodiment, the filter is configured with a mail subject feature filtering rule, for example, a "generation invoice" is issued, a "kyoto has received your order," must have a good order "or" must have a good order "is matched with the mail subject, and the mail can be rejected as long as the mail filter matches the mail subject.
The mail body is the main content of the mail, and is specifically used for explaining the purpose of sending the mail. In this embodiment, the filter is configured with mail content feature filtering rules, such as seascape citizen recommendation, free gift voucher, and welcome you to pay attention to the order status at any time, and the filter can reject the mail as long as the filter is matched with the mail content, such as "seascape citizen recommendation".
It should be noted that the above-mentioned filtering rules are only used for illustration, and the non-reimbursement mail filtering rules can be set as required, so as to effectively filter out non-reimbursement mails and reduce the workload of the reimbursement device.
The first filter is a called first mail filter, is configured with a filtering protocol of a black and white list of identity information, and can filter the black and white list of mailbox identity information of an electronic mail; the second filter is a called second mail filter, and is configured with a subject filtering protocol and can filter the mail subject of the e-mail; the third filter is a called third mail filter, and is configured with a text filtering protocol and can filter the mail text of the electronic mail;
the filtering protocol is a protocol for filtering the mail, and is specifically a set of a series of filtering rules. In this embodiment, the filtering protocol includes, but is not limited to, a black and white list set of identity information, a subject feature set, a body feature set, and the like.
The filtering protocol of the black and white list of the identity information is a set of the black and white list of the mailbox identity information, and generally, a user can set the filtering protocol according to needs. In this embodiment, the filtering process may be performed by setting a mailbox identity information blacklist, or may be performed by setting a mailbox identity information whitelist, for example, when the mailbox identity information whitelist is set as a filtering protocol, the first filter may determine that a mail with a domain name of 126.com or sina.com is an reimbursed mail, may determine that a mail sent from a specific mailbox account (e.g., 1 xxxxxx 5@ qq.com, where X is one of numbers from 0 to 9) is an reimbursed mail, and may determine that a mail sent from a specific IP address (e.g., 1 xx.1xx.x.x.x, where X is one of numbers from 0 to 9) is an reimbursed mail; for another example, when a mail identity information blacklist is set as a filtering protocol, the first filter may determine a mail with a domain name of 126.com or sina.com as a non-reimbursed mail, may determine a mail sent from a specific mailbox account (e.g., 3XX65@ qq.com, where X is one of numbers from 0 to 9) as a non-reimbursed mail, and may determine a mail sent from a specific IP address (e.g., xxx.xxx.x.x.x, where X is one of numbers from 0 to 9) as a non-reimbursed mail.
The theme filtering protocol is a collection of theme features, and generally, a user can set the theme filtering protocol according to needs. In this embodiment, the filtering process may be performed by setting the mail subject feature, for example, when the mail subject includes at least one of keywords such as an invoice, a bill, a reimbursement, a travel itinerary, and a bill as a filtering protocol, and when the second filter performs the filtering process on the email, it may be determined that the email is a reimbursement mail as long as at least one keyword in the subject filtering protocol is identified.
The body filtering protocol is a collection of body features including, but not limited to, mail body content, mail attachments, mail signatures, and the like. Generally, the user can make settings as desired. In this embodiment, the filtering process may be performed by setting a black-and-white list of the text content of the mail, or may be performed by identifying whether the mail has an invoice attachment or an invoice link. For example, when the third filter performs filtering processing on an email, as long as the filtering condition is satisfied: when the email has no ofd/pdf attachment, no invoice link or at least one of blacklist content, the email can be judged to be non-reimbursement email.
In some instances of the examples, generally, the information contained by the email includes at least a mail address, a subject, and content. The mail address comprises a sender address and a receiver address, and servers to which different mailbox accounts belong are usually distinguished through domain names; the content includes the mail body and attachments. The information contained in the email can be obtained by analyzing the email from the domain name, the email header and the email content.
In some exemplary cases, generally, for each piece of mail information, filtering is performed through the same preset filter, where the preset filter is configured with filtering protocols corresponding to different pieces of mail information, for example, the piece of mail information includes information a and information B, and the preset filter is configured with at least filtering protocol a corresponding to the information a and filtering protocol B corresponding to the information B. However, when the same preset filter performs filtering processing, filtering protocols corresponding to different mail messages are often called in sequence to perform filtering processing, and the filtering protocols that are not called are in an idle state, which wastes resources and has low filtering efficiency. In this embodiment, the filtering protocols corresponding to the respective mail messages are configured on different filters, for example, the filtering protocol a corresponding to the information a is configured on the filter a, and the filtering protocol B corresponding to the information B is configured on the filter B. The filter corresponding to each mail message contained in the email is called to filter the email, so that the condition that filter resources are idle is avoided, and the utilization rate of the filter resources is improved.
It should be noted that the filtering protocols configured for the first filter, the second filter and the third filter are different from each other. Specifically, the mail information to be filtered may be determined in advance, and a corresponding filter may be deployed for each piece of mail information, so that when filtering each piece of mail information, the filter corresponding to each piece of mail information may be directly invoked to filter the mail information.
In an embodiment, the invoking a filter corresponding to each email message further includes:
and calling the first filter, the second filter and the third filter at the same time so as to carry out filtering processing through the first filter, the second filter and the third filter at the same time.
In the embodiment, the three filters are called simultaneously, and the filtering processing is performed in parallel, so that the filtering efficiency is improved, and the reimbursement mails can be identified more accurately.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a block diagram of various sub-modules involved in mail filtering is provided. Including a mail filter call interface 401, a mail filter 402, and a filtering protocol configuration center 403.
The mail filter invoking interface 401 is configured to receive a mail filter invoking request of a user mailbox, including receiving a mailbox identity information black and white list filtering request, a mail subject feature filtering request, and a mail body feature filtering request.
The mail filter 402 is configured to filter the email to be reimbursed from the black and white list of the email identity information, the mail subject characteristics, and the mail text characteristics, and output a filtering result.
The filtering protocol configuration center 403 is configured to configure filtering protocols of the mail filter, including a mailbox identity information black and white list filtering protocol, a mail subject feature filtering protocol, and a mail body feature filtering protocol. The same filter can be configured with different filtering protocols at the same time, or only one filtering protocol. In this embodiment, different filters are respectively configured with different filtering protocols, and only one filtering protocol is configured.
In another embodiment, the invoking a filter corresponding to each email message further includes:
and calling the first filter, the second filter and the third filter in sequence to carry out filtering processing until a preset condition is met, wherein the preset condition comprises that the email filtering result of one of the first filter, the second filter and the third filter indicates that the email is a non-reimbursement email or the calling of the first filter, the second filter and the third filter is completed.
In the embodiment, by sequentially calling the three filters, when the preset condition is met, whether the e-mail is a non-reimbursement mail can be confirmed only according to a mail filtering result, so that the filter resources can be saved and the filtering efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, a mail filtering mechanism for an MTA is provided. In the figure, xxfi _ hello (call back), xxfi _ envfrom (acknowledge sender callback), xxfi _ envrcpt (acknowledge recipient callback), xxfi _ header (acknowledge header callback), xxfi _ eoh (acknowledge header callback end), xxfi _ body (acknowledge body callback), and xxfi _ eob (acknowledge body callback end) are all callback requests to the mail filter (reader server) when the user mailbox MTA receives SMTP protocol related commands. The method comprises the following steps:
step 1, when a user mailbox MTA receives a HELLO command of an external mailbox MTA, the user mailbox MTA calls back a mail filter (Miller server) to generate a xxfi _ HELLO callback. The mail filter returns to the user mailbox MTA: and continuing.
And 2, when the user mailbox MTA receives the MAIL FROM command of the external mailbox MTA, the user mailbox MTA calls back a MAIL filter (Milter server) to generate a xxfi _ envfrom callback. The mail filter asynchronously generates a mailbox identity information black and white list filtering calculation task. And the mailbox identity information black-and-white list filter asynchronously calculates and filters out non-reimbursement mails according to the mailbox identity information black-and-white list, and stores the calculation result in a filtering result bulletin board. A session is initiated to start recording mail information. The mail filter returns to the user mailbox MTA: and continuing.
And 3, when the user mailbox MTA receives the RCPT TO command of the external mailbox MTA, the user mailbox MTA calls back a mail filter (Milter server) TO generate a xxfi _ envrcpt callback. The mail filter looks at the filtering result bulletin board and directly filters if filtering is needed. Otherwise the mail filter continues to save the flow of mail text for the session. The mail filter returns to the user mailbox MTA: refusing or continuing.
And 4, when the user mailbox MTA receives a DATA command of the external mailbox MTA, the user mailbox MTA calls back a mail filter (Miller server) xxfi _ header request. The mail filter looks at the filtering result bulletin board and directly filters if filtering is needed. If so, the mail filter asynchronously generates a mail topic filter computation task. The mail subject filter asynchronously filters out non-reimbursed mails according to the mail subject rule expression and stores the calculation result to a filtering result bulletin board. The mail filter continues to save the flow of mail text for the conversation. The mail filter returns to the user mailbox MTA: refusing or continuing; when the xxfi _ eoh command is received, the reception subject is indicated to be ended; the mail filter looks at the filtering result bulletin board and directly filters if filtering is needed.
And 5, when the user mailbox MTA receives the mail body of the external mailbox MTA, calling back a mail filter (Miller server) xxfi _ body command by the user mailbox MTA. The mail filter looks at the filtering result bulletin board and directly filters if filtering is needed. Otherwise, the mail filter asynchronously generates a mail text filtering calculation task. The mail text filter filters out non-reimbursement mails according to the content blacklist; filtering out mails without pdf/ofd attachments and without ticketing links; the mail filter continues to save the flow of mail text for the session until the user mailbox MTA recalls the mail filter (mill server) xxfi _ eob callback. The mail filter returns to the user mailbox MTA: refusing or continuing; when receiving the xxfi _ eob command, indicating that the receiving body is finished; the mail filter checks the bulletin board of the filtering result, if the filtering is needed, the filtering is directly carried out; the mail filter returns to the user mailbox MTA: refusing or continuing.
And 6, when the user mailbox MTA receives the message QUIT command of the external mailbox MTA, the SMTP session is indicated to be ended.
The filtering result bulletin board is used for bulletin of filtering results, including filtering results of all filters, and when all filtering results indicate that the email is reimbursement email, the email is reimbursement email; when one of the filtering results indicates that the email is a non-reimbursement email, the email is indicated as a non-reimbursement email.
The mail ID generator is configured to generate a mail ID, and specifically, the IDs generated by the mail ID generator may be different or the same for different mails. The mail ID is the identity information of the mail and is used for marking different mails. In the present embodiment, the mail ID generator generates a globally unique mail ID for each mail piece so as to clearly identify different mail pieces when the concurrent filtering processing is performed on the electronic mail pieces.
In the embodiment, the MTA of the receiving mailbox filters the black and white list of the mail identity information, the mail subject and the mail text of the mail from the mailbox by calling the reader protocol for many times, so that the confirmation speed of the reimbursement mail is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows.
