The first electronic device 100 may interact with the second electronic device 200 in response to a user triggering operation on a control indicating agreement to voice communication.
It should be noted that the voice data interacted between the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 needs to be forwarded through the cloud server 300.
To sum up, according to the data interaction method provided by the present application, when a user browses a first interface using a second electronic device 200, a first electronic device 100 determines that the second electronic device 200 displays the first interface, and sends a first request to the first electronic device 100. The first electronic device 100 receives interface data of the first interface transmitted by the second electronic device 200 in response to the first request. In this way, the first electronic device 100 can display the interface data of the first interface on the second interface. In this way, the customer service personnel maintaining the first electronic device 100 can intuitively know the content browsed by the user holding the first electronic device 100. Further, the first electronic device 100 also interacts with the first electronic device 100 in voice in response to the confirmation operation of the second request. In this way, the customer service staff can simultaneously browse the first interface and perform voice interaction with the user holding the second electronic device 200, so that the user can accurately and efficiently answer the problem encountered when browsing the first interface.
In addition, after the user and the customer service staff finish the interaction with the second electronic device 200 through the first electronic device 100, the second electronic device 200 may stop sending the page data of the first interface to the first electronic device 100 in response to the user's trigger operation on the control for instructing to end the transmission of the page data. Or, the first electronic device 100 stops receiving the page data of the first interface to the second electronic device 100 in response to the triggering operation of the control for instructing the end of transmitting the page data by the customer service staff.
Optionally, as also shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the implementation of the present application may further include:
s210: the first electronic device 100 receives a first instruction sent by the second electronic device 200 after updating the page data of the first interface 201, where the first instruction is used to instruct to update the page data of the first interface 201 in the second interface 101.
For example, the second electronic device 200 may update the page data of the first interface 201 in response to the trigger operation. The trigger operation includes at least one of a click operation in the first interface 201, a scroll operation, a click operation on the control 205 for indicating a mark in the first interface 201, and an operation of inputting information in the first interface 201, which is not limited herein. Thus, the second electronic device 200 transmits the first instruction to the first electronic device 100.
S211: the first electronic device 100 updates the page data of the first interface 201 at the second interface 101 in response to the first instruction.
The updated page data of the first interface 201 of the first electronic device 100 is the same as the updated page data of the first interface 201 of the second electronic device 200. In this way, the second electronic device 200 can update the page data of the first interface 201 synchronously with the first electronic device 100. Therefore, in the process of explaining the first interface 201 to the user, the customer service staff can update the page data of the first interface 201, for example, scroll the first interface 201, mark the key information in the first interface 201, and the like, so that the customer service staff can help the user to solve the problem more conveniently.
It should be noted that the interface data of the first interface 201 displayed on the second electronic device 200 includes the first information, and the first information is coded or deleted in the second interface 101.
Specifically, the second electronic device 200 may mark a first identifier on a DOM node of first information in the page data of the first interface 201, where the first identifier is used to indicate that the first information is to be printed or deleted. Before sending the page data of the first interface 201 to the first electronic device 100, the second electronic device 200 traverses all DOM nodes, and prints or deletes the first information of the DOM node with the first identifier. However, the page data of the first interface 201 is sent to the first electronic device 100.
Illustratively, the first information may be private information of the user such as an identification number, a mobile phone number, a name, and the like. As shown in fig. 5, private information of the user, such as an identification number, a mobile phone number, a name, and the like, is included in the first interface 201 of the second electronic device 200. When the private information of the user, such as the identification number, the mobile phone number, the name, and the like in the first interface 201 is in the second interface 101 of the second electronic device 200, the private information, such as the identification number, the mobile phone number, the name, and the like, is coded. In addition, private information such as the identification number, the mobile phone number, and the name may also be deleted, so that the private information such as the identification number, the mobile phone number, and the name is not displayed in the second interface 101 of the second electronic device 200. In this way, the privacy of the user can be protected from being revealed.
In addition, as also shown in fig. 4, a first control 103 is included in the second interface 101, and the first control 103 is used for instructing to control the second electronic device 200. After S207 described above, as shown in fig. 6, the method provided by the present application further includes:
s501: the first electronic device 100 sends a third request to the second electronic device 200 in response to the triggering operation of the first control, where the third request is used to instruct to control the second electronic device 200.
S502: the first electronic device 100 receives a first instruction sent by the second electronic device 200 after obtaining the confirmation operation of the third request, and the first instruction is used for indicating permission to control the second electronic device 200.
After receiving the third request, the second electronic device 200 may display text information of the "opposite party request control interface" and a control for indicating agreement with the control and a control for indicating rejection of the control on the first interface 201. The second electronic device 200 may transmit the first instruction to the first electronic device 100 in response to a trigger operation for the control indicating the consent control.
S503: the first electronic device 100 updates the page data of the first interface 201 in response to the trigger operation.
Exemplarily, the first electronic device 100 updates the page data of the first interface 201 in response to the trigger operation. The trigger operation includes at least one of a click operation in the first interface 201, a scroll operation, a click operation on the control 205 for indicating a mark in the first interface 201, and an operation of inputting information in the first interface 201, which is not limited herein.
In an optional embodiment, the first electronic device 100 needs to send a page update request to the second electronic device 200, and after the second electronic device 200 receives a confirmation operation of the page update request, the first electronic device 100 can update the page data of the first interface 201.
S504: the first electronic device 100 controls the second electronic device 200 to update the interface data of the first interface 201, wherein the updated page data of the second electronic device 200 is the same as the updated page data of the first electronic device 100.
Therefore, when the second electronic device 200 of the customer service staff updates the page data of the first page, the first electronic device 100 synchronously updates the page data of the first interface 201, so that the customer service staff can solve the problem for the user more conveniently.
In another embodiment, the second electronic device 200 includes a first control 203, and the first control 203 is used to instruct control of the second electronic device 200. As shown in fig. 7, the method provided by the present application may further include:
s601: the first electronic device 100 receives a third request from the second electronic device 200, the third request indicating control of the second electronic device 200.
The second electronic device 200 may send a third request to the first electronic device 100 in response to a user's triggering operation of the first control 203.
S602: after responding to the confirmation operation of the third request, the second electronic device 200 sends a first instruction to the first electronic device 100, where the first instruction is used to indicate that the second electronic device 200 is allowed to be controlled.
After receiving the third request, the first electronic device 100 may display text information of the "opposite party request control interface" and a control indicating agreement with control and a control indicating rejection of control on the second interface 101. The first electronic device 100 may transmit a first instruction to the second electronic device 200 in response to a trigger operation for a control indicating consent control.
S603: the first electronic device 100 updates the page data of the first interface 201 in response to the trigger operation.
The trigger operation includes at least one of a click operation in the first interface 201, a scroll operation, a mark operation on the first interface 201, and an operation of inputting information in the first interface 201, which is not limited herein.
S604: the first electronic device 100 controls the second electronic device 200 to update the interface data of the first interface 201, wherein the updated page data of the second electronic device 200 is the same as the updated page data of the first electronic device 100.
It should be noted that the interaction data of the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200 in fig. 6 and fig. 7 need to be relayed through the cloud server 300. On the basis of the above embodiments corresponding to fig. 6 and fig. 7, in addition, after the user and the servicer finish the interaction between the first electronic device 100 and the second electronic device 200, the first electronic device 100 may stop receiving the page data from the first interface 201 of the second electronic device 200 in response to the triggering operation of the control for instructing to end the transmission of the page data by the servicer.
Therefore, when the second electronic device 200 of the customer service staff updates the page data of the first page, the first electronic device 100 synchronously updates the page data of the first interface 201, so that the customer service staff can solve the problem for the user more conveniently.
The first interface 201 includes a second control, and the second control is used to indicate a voice question and answer, as shown in fig. 8, the method provided by the present application may further include:
s701: the second electronic device 200 collects voice data of the user in response to the triggering operation of the second control.
The trigger operation in S701 may be a long press operation, a click operation, or the like, which is not limited herein. The user's voice data may be used to indicate a problem that the user needs to address.
S702: the second electronic device 200 converts the voice data into text information and transmits the text information to the cloud server 300.
S703: the cloud server 300 retrieves answers associated with the text information from a preset database according to the text information.
S704: the second electronic device 200 receives and outputs the answer from the cloud server 300.
The answer may be output by the second electronic device 200 in a voice playing mode or in a text mode, which is not limited herein.
Through the S701-S704, the user can automatically consult the database for questions, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
In addition, the method provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises the following steps:
the cloud server 300 receives interface data from the first interface 201 of the second electronic device 200 and audio when the second electronic device 200 is voice-interacted with the first electronic device 100. The cloud server 300 obtains and stores video data according to the interface data and the audio of the first interface 201. Illustratively, the manner of generating the video data may be: the data for updating the first interface 201 after the operations of scrolling, information input, clicking, etc. input by the user in the first interface 201 may be taken as a sequence of events, each event having a recorded occurrence time. In this way, video data can be generated for a sequence of events and for the time of each event recorded.
Therefore, when communication between customer service personnel and users is in trouble, the supervisor can extract the recorded video data and play the video data. Therefore, the monitoring personnel can conveniently confirm the responsible party with the problem from the customer service personnel and the user from the played video data.
In addition, the cloud server 300 may further determine a time when the video data is generated, record a storage address where the video data is stored, and acquire identity information (e.g., a number) of the customer service person from the first electronic device 100, where the storage address of the video data, the time when the video data is generated, and the identity information of the customer service person are in one-to-one correspondence.
