The control unit 110 also has the following functions: before outputting the control signal for driving to the microwave heating unit 115, an inhibition signal for inhibiting communication using wireless communication is output to the device 10 and the communication terminal 30 (these may be collectively referred to as an external device). Such a function is realized by the CPU reading a program recorded in the memory of the control unit 110 as a storage medium.
(3) Operation of heating cooker 100 and heating cooking system
Next, the operation of the heating cooking system configured as described above will be described with reference to fig. 4.
First, the user transmits a signal relating to a cooking menu and cooking conditions and a signal instructing the start of cooking from the operation display unit 105 and the operation application of the communication terminal 30, and the control unit 110 receives these signals through the communication unit 118. Then, control unit 110 reads heating control information necessary for cooking from a built-in memory, and determines operating conditions such as the type of heating unit to be used (either or both of microwave heating unit 115 and heater heating unit 116), the heating time, the heating output, and the temperature (step S1).
Then, in step S2, the control unit 110 determines whether or not the heating unit used in the determined operation condition includes the microwave heating unit 115. When microwave heating unit 115 is included, that is, when microwave heating unit 115 is used alone or when both microwave heating unit 115 and heater heating unit 116 are used, the process proceeds to step S3, and when only heater heating unit 116 is used, the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S3, the control unit 110 acquires the time when the microwave heating unit 115 is used, that is, the time when the use of the microwave heating unit 115 is started and the time when the use is ended, based on the operation conditions determined in step S1. Control unit 110 notifies external devices 10 and 30 that cooking device 100 cannot communicate via relay 40 of the wireless LAN before starting the heating operation of microwave heating unit 115, and notifies the time when microwave heating unit 115 is used. Further, control unit 110 causes display unit 32 and a notification unit of external devices 10 and 30 to notify that heating cooker 100 is unable to communicate. Further, control unit 110 inhibits communication of external devices 10, 30 with heating cooker 100, so that the user cannot remotely operate heating cooker 100 from external devices 10, 30.
In addition to notifying that cooking device 100 is not communicable, control unit 110 may cause the notification unit and display unit 32 of external devices 10 and 30 to notify a time at which the heating operation using microwave heating unit 115 is started and the communication is not communicable, a time at which the heating operation using microwave heating unit 115 is ended and the communication is possible, and the like.
The external devices 10 and 30 for reporting that the heating cooker 100 is not capable of communication may be any external device 10 or 30 such as the display unit 32 of the communication terminal 30, and the report may be displayed on the display unit in a pop-up manner or may be notified by voice from a speaker.
Then, in step S4, the control unit 110 operates the microwave heating unit 115 to start the heating operation, and operates the microwave heating unit 115 according to the operation conditions determined in step S1.
Note that the notification of the inability of cooking device 100 to communicate in step S4 may continue from the start to the end of the operation of microwave heating unit 115, or may continue until the user performs an operation to external equipment 10 or 30 to confirm the notification.
The microwave heating unit 115 is operated before the time when the use of the microwave heating unit 115 is finished is reached, and if the time when the use is finished is reached (yes in step S5), the control unit 110 ends the operation of the microwave heating unit 115 (step S6).
Then, control unit 110 notifies external devices 10 and 30 that the operation of the microwave heating unit is completed, enables communication with heating cooker 100, causes the notification unit and display unit 32 of external devices 10 and 30 to notify that, allows communication with heating cooker 100 with respect to external devices 10 and 30 (step S7), and then completes cooking.
In step S4, which is an operation of microwave heating unit 115, if the user instructs transmission of information such as an operation signal from communication terminal 30 to heating cooker 100, control unit 21 of communication terminal 30 may store the information in a memory, not shown, provided in control unit 21, without transmitting the information in which the transmission instruction is present from communication unit 23, and may transmit the information stored in the memory to heating cooker 100 after the operation of microwave heating unit 115 is completed. This enables information transmitted from external devices 10 and 30 to be reliably transmitted to heating cooker 100.
When it is determined in step S2 that only the heater heating unit 116 is to be used, the process proceeds to step S8, and the control unit 110 activates the heater heating unit 116 to start the heating operation, and activates the heater heating unit 116 in accordance with the operation conditions determined in step S1. At this time, control unit 110 allows communication with heating cooker 100 with respect to external devices 10 and 30.
Then, heater heating unit 116 is operated before the time when the use of heater heating unit 116 is finished is reached, and if the time when the use is finished is reached (yes in step S9), control unit 110 ends the operation of heater heating unit 116 (step S10) and then ends the cooking.
(4) Effect
In the present embodiment described above, when the microwave heating unit is operating, the control unit 110 of the heating cooker 100 makes the external devices 10 and 30 report that communication with the heating cooker 100 is disabled and prohibits communication from the external devices 10 and 30 to the heating cooker 100, so that the user can grasp the communication state with the heating cooker 100 and can communicate between the external devices 10 and 30 and the heating cooker at an appropriate timing.
In the present embodiment, since the control unit 110 of the heating cooker 100 permits communication with the heating cooker 100 with respect to the external devices 10 and 30 during operation of the heater heating unit, communication between the external devices 10 and 30 and the heating cooker is possible even when wireless communication with the heating cooker 100 is not affected during operation of the heating cooker 100. In particular, when cooking is performed while switching the heating unit to be used between microwave heating unit 115 and heater heating unit 116, the user can transmit information to the heating cooker at an appropriate timing.
In the present embodiment, if the use of microwave heating unit 115 is finished, control unit 110 of heating cooker 100 causes external devices 10 and 30 to report that communication with heating cooker 100 is possible, so that the user can communicate with heating cooker 100 immediately after the heating using microwave heating unit 115 is finished.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the external device 10 or 30 is caused to report the scheduled time at which the operation of the microwave heating unit ends in addition to the report of the inability to communicate with the heating cooker 100, the user can know in advance the time at which communication with the heating cooker 100 is possible, and convenience can be improved.
(5) Modification example
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These new embodiments may be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
For example, if an abnormal condition such as an overcurrent flows through heating cooker 100 during the operation of microwave heating unit 115, control unit 110 stops the operation of microwave heating unit 115, sets the state to a state in which wireless communication with external devices 10 and 30 is possible, and then causes external devices 10 and 30 to report the abnormality of heating cooker 100. This enables the user to be quickly notified of the abnormality of heating cooker 100.
