The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, a first aspect of the present invention provides a control method for a gas water heater.
In a second aspect of the present invention, a control device for a gas water heater is provided.
In a third aspect of the present invention, a gas water heater is provided.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is to provide a readable storage medium.
In view of the above, according to a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a control method for a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater comprises a burner, a heat exchanger, a gas proportional valve and a pressure detection device, the pressure detection device is arranged at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve, and the control method for the gas water heater comprises: receiving a target pressure value and a target pressure interval; acquiring the gas outlet pressure value of a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve through a pressure detection device; based on the fact that the gas outlet pressure value is larger than the minimum value in the target pressure interval and smaller than the target pressure value, the opening degree of the gas proportional valve is increased until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value; and reducing the opening of the gas proportional valve based on the condition that the gas outlet pressure value is smaller than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and is larger than the target pressure value until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value.
In general, a target parameter value is set and a sampling value is compared with the target parameter value, when the sampling value is smaller than the target parameter value, other parameters influencing the parameter are adjusted, the obtained sampling value is obtained again after the other parameters are adjusted, and control is performed according to the comparison result of the obtained sampling value and the target parameter value, and similarly, when the sampling value is larger than the target parameter value, the same control logic as the steps is executed.
In order to reduce the situation that the target parameter value is invalid, the gas proportional valve cannot be adjusted to the target parameter value, a new control method is provided, specifically, the outlet pressure value is compared with the target pressure value, meanwhile, the outlet pressure value is compared with a minimum value in a target pressure interval, meanwhile, the outlet pressure value is compared with a maximum value in the target pressure interval, whether the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is abnormal or not is determined by judging the size relation between the outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval, meanwhile, whether the target pressure value is in the target pressure interval or not can also be determined, and the abnormal operation of the gas water heater caused by the fact that the target pressure value is not in the target pressure interval can be reduced by the judging condition.
In addition, the comparison between the air outlet pressure value and the target pressure value is combined with the control of the opening of the gas proportional valve, so that the secondary pressure of the gas water heater can be quickly adjusted while the abnormal parameter detection is realized, the secondary pressure of the gas water heater obtained by measurement can be infinitely close to or equal to the target pressure value, the gas water heater can output stable heat, the stability of the output heat of the gas water heater is further ensured, the probability that the output heat exceeds the preset heat standard range is reduced, the time required by the adjustment of the output heat is also reduced, the probability that the time required by the adjustment of the output heat exceeds the preset standard time range is reduced, and the use experience of a user is ensured.
The control method of the gas water heater according to the present invention may further include the following technical features:
in the above technical solution, the gas water heater further includes: the control method of the fan and the gas water heater further comprises the following steps: and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the opening degree of the fuel gas proportional valve.
In the technical scheme, the gas water heater is also provided with the fan, wherein the fan can provide air for the gas water heater in the operation process, insufficient combustion can occur due to insufficient injected air when gas is combusted, when the gas is combusted insufficiently, the gas water heater can generate a large amount of waste gas, and simultaneously, along with the insufficient combustion, the gas water heater can generate vibration to generate squeaking, and the occurrence of the above conditions can increase the gas consumption of the gas water heater and increase the use cost of products; meanwhile, the use experience of a user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater runs dangerously.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situation, the rotating speed of the fan can be determined according to the opening degree of the gas proportional valve, and then the fan is controlled to operate according to the rotating speed. Because the gas burning is abundant, can reduce the volume that the gas was wasted, reduced gas heater's amplitude of vibration and gas heater's noise simultaneously to user's use experience has been improved.
Specifically, a mapping relation between the rotating speed of the fan and the opening of the gas proportional valve may be pre-constructed, or a mapping relation between the rotating speed of the fan and the gas outlet pressure value may be pre-constructed, and the rotating speed of the fan is determined based on the corresponding relation between the gas outlet pressure value and the opening of the gas proportional valve.
In any of the above technical solutions, the control method of the gas water heater further includes: acquiring the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve; comparing the outlet pressure value with a target pressure interval and a safety pressure interval of the gas proportional valve based on the opening adjustment times being more than or equal to the preset times; outputting alarm information based on the outlet pressure value outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval; and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan based on the fact that the air outlet pressure value is located outside the target pressure interval and within the safe pressure interval until the air outlet pressure value is located within the target pressure interval.
When the gas proportional valve breaks down, the control of the gas proportional valve becomes unsmooth, so that the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is unstable to adjust, finally, the gas water heater is easy to work abnormally, if the gas consumption of the gas water heater is increased, and the use cost of a product is increased; meanwhile, the use experience of a user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater runs dangerously.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situation, by counting the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve, when the opening adjustment times is larger than or equal to the preset times, obtaining the air outlet pressure value again, comparing the air outlet pressure value with the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval, wherein, the safety pressure interval is the edge limit value of the normal use of the gas proportional valve, if the gas outlet pressure value is detected to be outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval at the same time, the current gas proportional valve is determined to be unavailable, so by outputting alarm information, so that the user or maintenance personnel can respond to the alarm information and replace the gas proportional valve of the gas water heater in time after receiving the alarm information, the gas proportional valve can reduce the loss of life and property of users caused by the fault of the gas proportional valve or the gas proportional valve in the use process of the gas water heater with potential safety hazard.
If the pressure value of giving vent to anger is still within the safe pressure interval if detecting, then this gas proportional valve of affirmation can also use, at this moment, can adjust the rotational speed of fan according to the pressure value of giving vent to anger and target pressure interval, through adjusting the rotational speed of fan, the final aim at adjusts the air-fuel ratio to make the gas fully burn, and then realize that gas heater's secondary pressure can maintain in the target pressure interval, and then make gas heater can output stable heat, reduce the thermal fluctuation of gas heater output.
It is worth pointing out that the method can reduce the probability of hot water output by the gas water heater, and further enable the gas water heater to output hot water with constant temperature accurately, so as to meet the water demand of users.
In any of the above technical solutions, the control method of the gas water heater further includes:
acquiring the output heat of the gas water heater; and determining the state of the gas proportional valve according to the comparison result of the gas outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval and the comparison result of the output heat and the target output heat interval.
The technical scheme of this application has provided a gas heater's control method, through operation this method, can be qualified to install the gas proportional valve on this gas heater and detect, so that when the gas proportional valve is nonconforming product, in time change, reduce the gas heater who installs unqualified gas proportional valve and flow into market, and then reduce the gas heater that has the potential safety hazard and in the use, because of the gas proportional valve or cause the loss to user's the lives and properties by the gas proportional valve trouble, through detecting the gas proportional valve, the reliability of product has been improved.
In general, when the gas proportional valve is produced in batch, due to material differences or unstable production line and tolerance sizes, the gas proportional valve has differences, that is, consistency of the gas proportional valve cannot be guaranteed, and a deviation exists, and the deviation cannot be compensated by a preset program, so that a deviation also exists in the secondary pressure of the gas water heater under the same control parameters due to the existence of the deviation, and the deviation exists in the secondary pressure of the gas water heater, which causes the air-fuel ratio of the gas proportional valve to exceed a set value, and finally causes poor combustion conditions of the gas water heater, and the gas combustion is insufficient.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situations, it is important to determine whether the gas proportional valve is a qualified product. In general, after the specification of the gas water heater is determined, the configuration information of the gas water heater is also fixed and does not change. When the gas proportional valve is a qualified product, when a gas water heater provided with the gas proportional valve runs, the gas outlet pressure value is in a target pressure interval, at the moment, the output heat of the gas water heater is also in a target output heat interval, and therefore whether the gas proportional valve belongs to the qualified product or not can be judged according to the gas outlet pressure value, whether the output heat of the gas water heater is in the target pressure interval or not and the target output heat interval.
Through judging whether qualified product is gone out the gas proportional valve to in time discover when the gas proportional valve is unqualified product, reduce the gas heater who installs unqualified gas proportional valve and flow into market, and then reduce the gas heater who has the potential safety hazard and in the use, because of the gas proportional valve or cause the loss by the gas proportional valve trouble to user's the lives and properties, through detecting the gas proportional valve, improved the reliability of product. In the above technical solution, the step of determining the state of the gas proportional valve according to the comparison result between the outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval and the comparison result between the output heat and the target output heat interval specifically includes: confirming that the gas proportional valve is qualified based on the fact that the gas outlet pressure value is within the target pressure interval and the output heat is within the target output heat interval; based on the fact that the air outlet pressure value is smaller than any value in the target pressure interval and the output heat is smaller than any value in the target output heat interval; or the gas outlet pressure value is larger than any value in the target pressure interval, and the output heat is larger than any value in the target output heat interval, and the gas proportional valve is determined to be unqualified.
In this technical scheme, under the general condition, the air-fuel ratio of gas heater can be adjusted to the gas proportional valve, and this air-fuel ratio can be represented to the pressure value of giving vent to anger that pressure measurement device detected. The gas proportional valve which belongs to qualified products is installed on a gas water heater and starts to work, the gas outlet pressure value detected by a pressure detection device is within a target pressure value, the hardware structure of the gas water heater provided with the gas proportional valve is not changed, the gas outlet pressure value and the output heat of the gas water heater belong to a one-to-one corresponding relation based on the same detection condition, and when the gas outlet pressure value is within the target pressure value, the output heat of the gas water heater is within a target output heat interval. Therefore, when the gas outlet pressure value is in the target pressure interval, whether the output heat is in the target output heat interval or not can be judged to judge whether the gas proportional valve is a qualified product or not.
Specifically, when the gas outlet pressure value is in a target pressure interval and the output heat is in a target output heat interval, the gas proportional valve is judged to be a qualified product, and when the gas outlet pressure value is in the target pressure interval and the output heat is not in the target output heat interval, the gas proportional valve is considered not to be a qualified product.
The output heat quantity not in the target output heat quantity interval can be that the output heat quantity is larger than the maximum value in the target output heat quantity interval or the output heat quantity is smaller than the minimum value in the target output heat quantity interval.
In this technical scheme, through judging whether the gas proportional valve is qualified product to in time discover when the gas proportional valve is unqualified product, reduce the gas heater who installs unqualified gas proportional valve and flow into market, and then reduce the gas heater that has the potential safety hazard and in the use, because of the gas proportional valve or cause the loss to user's the lives and property by gas proportional valve trouble, through detecting the gas proportional valve, improved the reliability of product.
In any of the above technical solutions, the control method of the gas water heater further includes: and outputting alarm information based on the unqualified gas proportional valve.
In the technical scheme, when the gas proportional valve is determined to be an unqualified product, alarm information is sent out, so that a user can know that the gas proportional valve belongs to the unqualified product, the user is reminded to replace the gas proportional valve belonging to the unqualified product in time, or the gas proportional valve is marked, the gas water heater provided with the unqualified gas proportional valve is reduced and flows into the market, further, the gas water heater with potential safety hazards is reduced in the using process, loss is caused to the life and property of the user due to the gas proportional valve or the fault of the gas proportional valve, and the reliability of the product is improved by detecting the gas proportional valve.
In any of the above technical solutions, the form of the alarm information includes, but is not limited to, sound alarm information, and may also be light alarm information, or composite alarm information in which sound alarm information and light alarm information are used in combination.
In one technical scheme, the alarm information can also be sent to a product database of the gas proportional valve, wherein the product database of the gas proportional valve correspondingly stores the alarm information and the serial number of the gas proportional valve, so that a manager can know the qualified condition of the gas proportional valve.
In any of the above technical solutions, the control method of the gas water heater further includes: receiving a set target water outlet temperature, a water inlet temperature of the gas water heater, a water outlet temperature of the gas water heater and a water inlet flow of the gas water heater; determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the water inlet temperature and the water inlet flow; determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat; and determining the output heat according to the water inlet temperature, the water outlet temperature and the water inlet flow.
In the technical scheme, the target output heat interval is not invariable, but is determined according to the working condition parameters of the gas water heater. The working condition parameters of the gas water heater include configuration information and environment parameters (such as water inlet temperature, water outlet temperature and water inlet flow of the gas water heater) in the actual use scene of the gas water heater. In general, after the specification of the gas water heater is determined, the configuration information of the gas water heater is also fixed and does not change. Similarly, under the condition that the water inlet temperature and the water inlet flow of the gas water heater are determined, the target output heat interval of the gas water heater and the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater are in a positive correlation, so that the corresponding target output heat interval can be determined according to the water outlet temperature.
In any of the above technical solutions, the process of determining the target output heat interval specifically includes: determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the target water inlet temperature and the target water inlet flow; and then determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat.
Because the control process belongs to a dynamic process, the output heat of the gas water heater cannot fluctuate greatly, the running stability of the gas water heater is improved, meanwhile, the time required by output heat regulation is reduced, the probability that the time required by output heat regulation exceeds the preset standard time range is reduced, and the use experience of a user is ensured.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the configuration parameters of the gas water heater include: the number of the gas nozzles of the gas water heater, the diameter of the gas nozzles and the flow coefficient of the gas nozzles.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control device for a gas water heater, the gas water heater including a gas proportional valve and a pressure detection device provided at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve of the gas water heater, the control device for the gas water heater including: the receiving unit is used for receiving the target pressure value and the target pressure interval and acquiring the gas outlet pressure value of the gas outlet of the gas proportional valve through the pressure detection device; the adjusting unit is used for increasing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value on the basis that the gas outlet pressure value is larger than the minimum value in the target pressure interval and smaller than the target pressure value; and reducing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve based on the condition that the gas outlet pressure value is smaller than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and is larger than the target pressure value until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value.
The technical scheme of the invention provides a control device of a gas water heater, wherein the control device of the gas water heater comprises: the receiving unit and the adjusting unit are generally similar to the temperature control scheme, a target parameter value is set, the sampling value is compared with the target parameter value, when the sampling value is smaller than the target parameter value, other parameters influencing the parameter are adjusted, after the other parameters are adjusted, the obtained sampling value is obtained again, and control is performed according to the comparison result of the obtained sampling value and the target parameter value, and similarly, when the sampling value is larger than the target parameter value, the same control logic as the steps is executed.
In order to reduce the situation that the target parameter value is an invalid parameter, and the gas proportional valve cannot be adjusted to the target parameter value, a new control method is provided, specifically, an outlet pressure value is compared with a target pressure value, and simultaneously is compared with a minimum value in a target pressure interval, and simultaneously is compared with a maximum value in the target pressure interval, whether the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is abnormal or not is determined by judging the size relationship between the outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval, and whether the target pressure value is in the target pressure interval or not can be determined, and the gas water heater operates abnormally due to the fact that the target pressure value is not in the target pressure interval can be reduced by the judging conditions.
In addition, because the comparison between the air outlet pressure value and the target pressure value is combined with the control of the opening degree of the gas proportional valve, the parameter abnormity detection can be realized, the secondary pressure of the gas water heater can be quickly adjusted, the secondary pressure of the gas water heater obtained by measurement can be infinitely close to or equal to the target pressure value, the gas water heater can output stable heat, the stability of the output heat of the gas water heater is further ensured, the probability that the output heat exceeds the preset heat standard range is reduced, meanwhile, the time required by the adjustment of the output heat is also reduced, the probability that the time required by the adjustment of the output heat exceeds the preset standard time range is reduced, and the use experience of a user is ensured.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a gas water heater comprising: a burner; a heat exchanger; a gas proportional valve; the pressure detection device is arranged at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve; a memory having a program or instructions stored thereon; a controller, the controller executing programs or instructions to implement such as: receiving a target pressure value and a target pressure interval; acquiring the gas outlet pressure value of a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve through a pressure detection device; based on the fact that the gas outlet pressure value is larger than the minimum value in the target pressure interval and smaller than the target pressure value, the opening degree of the gas proportional valve is increased until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value; and reducing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve based on the condition that the gas outlet pressure value is smaller than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and is larger than the target pressure value until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value.
The technical scheme of the invention provides a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater comprises a burner; a heat exchanger; the pressure detection device is arranged at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve, the outlet gas pressure value detected by the pressure detection device is the secondary pressure of the gas water heater, and the gas water heater has all the beneficial technical effects of the control method of the gas water heater.
Specifically, in a general case, a target parameter value is set and a sampling value is compared with the target parameter value, when the sampling value is smaller than the target parameter value, other parameters affecting the parameter are adjusted, after the other parameters are adjusted, the obtained sampling value is obtained again, and control is performed according to a comparison result between the obtained sampling value and the target parameter value, and similarly, when the sampling value is larger than the target parameter value, the same control logic as the above steps is executed.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the gas water heater further includes: the fan and the controller execute programs or instructions to realize the following steps: and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the opening degree of the fuel gas proportional valve.
In the technical scheme, the gas water heater is also provided with a fan, wherein the fan can provide air for the gas water heater in the operation process, the insufficient combustion condition can occur due to insufficient injected air when gas is combusted, when the gas is combusted insufficiently, the gas water heater can generate a large amount of waste gas, and simultaneously, the gas water heater can vibrate along with the insufficient combustion to generate squeal, the gas consumption of the gas water heater can be increased due to the occurrence of the condition, and the use cost of a product is increased; meanwhile, the use experience of a user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater runs dangerously.
In any of the above technical solutions, the controller executes a program or an instruction to implement: acquiring the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve; comparing the gas outlet pressure value with a target pressure interval and a safety pressure interval of the gas proportional valve based on the opening degree adjustment times being more than or equal to the preset times; outputting alarm information based on the outlet pressure value outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval; and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan based on the fact that the air outlet pressure value is located outside the target pressure interval and within the safe pressure interval until the air outlet pressure value is located within the target pressure interval.
When the gas proportional valve fails, the control of the gas proportional valve becomes unsmooth, so that the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is unstable to adjust, and finally the gas water heater is easy to work abnormally, for example, the gas consumption of the gas water heater is increased, and the use cost of a product is increased; meanwhile, the use experience of a user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater runs dangerously.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situation, by counting the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve, when the opening adjustment times is larger than or equal to the preset times, obtaining the air outlet pressure value again, comparing the air outlet pressure value with the target pressure interval and the safe pressure interval, wherein, the safety pressure interval is the edge limit value of the normal use of the gas proportional valve, if the gas outlet pressure value is detected to be out of the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval at the same time, the current gas proportional valve is determined to be unavailable, so by outputting alarm information, so that the user or maintenance personnel can respond to the alarm information after receiving the alarm information and replace the gas proportional valve of the gas water heater in time, the gas proportional valve reduces the loss of lives and properties of users caused by the faults of the gas proportional valve or the gas proportional valve in the use process of the gas water heater with potential safety hazards.
If it is still within the safe pressure interval to detect the pressure value of giving vent to anger, then this gas proportional valve of affirmation can also use, at this moment, can adjust the rotational speed of fan according to the pressure value of giving vent to anger and target pressure interval, through adjusting the rotational speed of fan, final aim at lies in adjusting the air-fuel ratio to make the gas fully burn, and then realize that gas heater's secondary pressure can maintain in the target pressure interval, and then make gas heater can export stable heat, reduce the fluctuation of the heat of gas heater output.
It is worth pointing out that the method can reduce the probability of hot water output by the gas water heater, and further enable the gas water heater to output hot water with constant temperature accurately, so as to meet the water demand of users.
In any of the above technical solutions, the controller executes a program or an instruction to implement: acquiring the output heat of the gas water heater; and determining the state of the gas proportional valve according to the comparison result of the gas outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval and the comparison result of the output heat and the target output heat interval.
Whether the gas proportional valve is qualified products or not is judged, so that the gas proportional valve can be found in time when being unqualified products, the gas water heater with the unqualified gas proportional valve is reduced, the gas water heater with the unqualified gas proportional valve is prevented from flowing into the market, the potential safety hazard is reduced, loss of lives and properties of users is caused due to the gas proportional valve or faults of the gas proportional valve in the using process, and the reliability of the product is improved by detecting the gas proportional valve.
In any of the above technical solutions, the step of determining the state of the gas proportional valve by the controller executing the program or the instruction according to the comparison result between the outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval and the comparison result between the output heat and the target output heat interval specifically includes: confirming that the gas proportional valve is qualified based on the fact that the gas outlet pressure value is within the target pressure interval and the output heat is within the target output heat interval; based on the fact that the air outlet pressure value is smaller than any value in the target pressure interval and the output heat is smaller than any value in the target output heat interval; or the gas outlet pressure value is larger than any value in the target pressure interval, and the output heat is larger than any value in the target output heat interval, and the gas proportional valve is determined to be unqualified.
In this technical scheme, through judging whether qualified product of gas proportional valve to in time discover when the gas proportional valve is unqualified product, reduce the gas heater who installs unqualified gas proportional valve and flow into market, and then reduce the gas heater that has the potential safety hazard and in the use, because of the gas proportional valve or cause the loss to user's the lives and properties by the gas proportional valve trouble, through detecting the gas proportional valve, improved the reliability of product.
In any of the above technical solutions, the controller executes a program or an instruction to implement: and outputting alarm information based on the unqualified gas proportional valve.
In any of the above technical solutions, the controller executes a program or an instruction to implement: receiving a set target water outlet temperature, a water inlet temperature of the gas water heater, a water outlet temperature of the gas water heater and a water inlet flow of the gas water heater; determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the water inlet temperature and the water inlet flow; determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat; and determining the output heat according to the water inlet temperature, the water outlet temperature and the water inlet flow.
Similarly, under the condition that the water inlet temperature and the water inlet flow of the gas water heater are determined, the target output heat interval of the gas water heater and the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater are in positive correlation, so that the corresponding target output heat interval can be determined according to the water outlet temperature.
In any of the above technical solutions, the process of determining the target output heat interval specifically includes: determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the target water inlet temperature and the target water inlet flow; and determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided a readable storage medium having stored thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the method of controlling a gas water heater as claimed in any one of the preceding claims.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the above recited aspects, features and advantages of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Example one
According to a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a control method of a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater comprises a burner, a heat exchanger, a gas proportional valve and a pressure detection device, the pressure detection device is arranged at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve, as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the gas water heater comprises:
102, receiving a target pressure value and a target pressure interval;
104, acquiring an outlet pressure value of a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve through a pressure detection device;
step 106, based on the fact that the gas outlet pressure value is larger than the minimum value in the target pressure interval and smaller than the target pressure value, increasing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value;
and step 108, reducing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value based on the gas outlet pressure value being smaller than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and larger than the target pressure value.
In general, a target parameter value is set, a sampling value is compared with the target parameter value, when the sampling value is smaller than the target parameter value, other parameters influencing the parameter are adjusted, the obtained sampling value is obtained again after the other parameters are adjusted, and control is performed according to the comparison result of the obtained sampling value and the target parameter value, and similarly, when the sampling value is larger than the target parameter value, the same control logic as the steps is executed.
In order to reduce the situation that the target parameter value is invalid, and the gas proportional valve cannot be adjusted to the target parameter value, a new control method is provided, and specifically, an outlet gas pressure value is compared with the target pressure value, and is also compared with a minimum value in a target pressure interval, and is also compared with a maximum value in the target pressure interval, whether the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is abnormal or not is determined by judging the size relationship between the outlet gas pressure value and the target pressure interval, and whether the target pressure value is in the target pressure interval or not is also determined, and the gas water heater is prevented from operating abnormally due to the fact that the target pressure value is not in the target pressure interval through the judgment conditions.
Example two
Based on embodiment one, gas heater still includes: the control method of the fan and the gas water heater further comprises the following steps: and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the opening degree of the fuel gas proportional valve.
In the embodiment, the gas water heater is also provided with the fan, wherein the fan can provide air for the gas water heater in the operation process, insufficient combustion can occur due to insufficient injected air when gas is combusted, when the gas is combusted insufficiently, the gas water heater can generate a large amount of waste gas, meanwhile, the gas water heater can generate vibration along with the insufficient combustion to generate squeaking, and the occurrence of the above conditions can increase the gas consumption of the gas water heater and increase the use cost of products; meanwhile, the use experience of a user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater runs dangerously.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, step 202 is after step 108 and step 106, and the control method of the gas water heater further comprises:
step 202, acquiring the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve;
step 204, comparing the outlet pressure value with a target pressure interval and a safety pressure interval of the gas proportional valve based on the opening degree adjustment times being greater than or equal to the preset times;
step 206, outputting alarm information based on the outlet pressure value outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval;
and 208, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan until the air outlet pressure value is within the target pressure interval based on the air outlet pressure value being outside the target pressure interval and within the safe pressure interval.
In the embodiment, when the gas proportional valve is used continuously, the service life of the gas proportional valve is reduced continuously, so that a fault occurs, when the gas proportional valve fails, the control of the gas proportional valve becomes unsmooth, so that the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is unstable to adjust, and finally the gas water heater is easy to work abnormally, if the gas consumption of the gas water heater is increased, the use cost of a product is increased; meanwhile, the use experience of a user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater runs dangerously.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situation, by counting the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve, when the opening adjustment times is larger than or equal to the preset times, obtaining the air outlet pressure value again, comparing the air outlet pressure value with the target pressure interval and the safe pressure interval, wherein, the safety pressure interval is the edge limit value of the normal use of the gas proportional valve, if the gas outlet pressure value is detected to be outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval at the same time, the current gas proportional valve is determined to be unavailable, so by outputting alarm information, so that the user or maintenance personnel can respond to the alarm information and replace the gas proportional valve of the gas water heater in time after receiving the alarm information, the gas proportional valve reduces the loss of lives and properties of users caused by the faults of the gas proportional valve or the gas proportional valve in the use process of the gas water heater with potential safety hazards.
EXAMPLE III
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a control method of a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater includes a gas proportional valve and a gas outlet pressure detection device disposed at the gas proportional valve, wherein the pressure detection device is configured to detect a value of an outlet gas pressure at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve, as shown in fig. 3, before step 106, the control method of the gas water heater further includes:
step 302, acquiring the output heat of the gas water heater;
and 304, comparing the outlet air pressure value with a target pressure interval, comparing the output heat with the target output heat interval according to the obtained first comparison result to obtain a second comparison result, and determining the state of the gas proportional valve according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a gas water heater, through operating the method, can be qualified to installing the gas proportional valve on this gas water heater and detect, so that when the gas proportional valve is nonconforming product, in time change, reduce the gas water heater who installs unqualified gas proportional valve and flow into market, and then reduce the gas water heater that has the potential safety hazard in the use, because of the gas proportional valve or cause the loss to user's the lives and property by the gas proportional valve trouble, through detecting the gas proportional valve, the reliability of product has been improved.
In general, when the gas proportional valve is produced in batch, due to material differences or unstable production line and tolerance dimensions, the gas proportional valve has differences, that is, consistency of the gas proportional valve cannot be guaranteed, and there is a deviation, and the deviation cannot be compensated by a preset program, so that, due to the existence of the deviation, under the same control parameter, there is a deviation in the secondary pressure of the gas water heater, and the deviation in the secondary pressure of the gas water heater causes the air-fuel ratio of the gas proportional valve to exceed a set value, and finally, the combustion condition of the gas water heater is poor, and the gas combustion is insufficient.
Example four
The invention provides a control method of a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater comprises a gas proportional valve and a gas outlet pressure detection device arranged on the gas proportional valve, the pressure detection device is used for detecting an outlet gas pressure value at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve, as shown in fig. 4, before step 106, the control method of the gas water heater comprises the following steps:
step 402, acquiring the output heat of the gas water heater;
404, based on the fact that the gas outlet pressure value is within the target pressure interval and the output heat is within the target output heat interval, determining that the gas proportional valve is qualified;
step 406, determining that the outlet air pressure value is smaller than the minimum value in the target pressure interval and the output heat is smaller than the minimum value in the target output heat interval; or determining that the outlet pressure value is larger than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and the output heat is larger than the maximum value in the target output heat interval, and determining that the gas proportional valve is unqualified.
In this embodiment, the gas proportional valve can adjust the air-fuel ratio of the gas water heater, and the air-fuel ratio can be represented by the outlet pressure value detected by the pressure detection device.
Specifically, when the gas outlet pressure value is in a target pressure interval and the output heat is in a target output heat interval, the gas proportional valve is judged to be a qualified product, and when the gas outlet pressure value is in the target pressure interval and the output heat is not in the target output heat interval, the gas proportional valve is not considered to be a qualified product.
The output heat quantity not in the target output heat quantity interval can be that the output heat quantity is larger than the maximum value in the target output heat quantity interval or the output heat quantity is smaller than the minimum value in the target output heat quantity interval.
In this embodiment, through judging whether the gas proportional valve is qualified product to in time discover when the gas proportional valve is unqualified product, reduce the gas heater who installs unqualified gas proportional valve and flow into market, and then reduce the gas heater that has the potential safety hazard and in the use, because of the gas proportional valve or cause the loss to user's the lives and property by gas proportional valve trouble, through detecting the gas proportional valve, improved the reliability of product.
EXAMPLE five

In the embodiment, when the gas proportional valve is determined to be an unqualified product, alarm information is sent out, so that a user can know that the gas proportional valve belongs to the unqualified product, the user is reminded to replace the gas proportional valve belonging to the unqualified product in time, or the gas proportional valve is marked, the gas water heater provided with the unqualified gas proportional valve is reduced and flows into the market, further, the gas water heater with potential safety hazards is reduced in the using process, loss is caused to life and property of the user due to the gas proportional valve or the fault of the gas proportional valve, and the reliability of the product is improved by detecting the gas proportional valve.
In any of the above embodiments, the form of the alarm information includes, but is not limited to, sound alarm information, and may also be light alarm information, or a composite alarm information in which sound alarm information and light alarm information are used in combination.
In one embodiment, the alarm information may be further sent to a product database of the gas proportional valve, wherein the product database of the gas proportional valve stores the alarm information and the number of the gas proportional valve correspondingly, so that a manager can know the qualification condition of the gas proportional valve.
EXAMPLE six
In one embodiment of the present invention, a determination process of the output heat amount and the target output heat amount is specifically defined, and specifically, the determination process of the output heat amount and the target output heat amount includes: receiving a set target water outlet temperature, a water inlet temperature of the gas water heater, a water outlet temperature of the gas water heater and a water inlet flow of the gas water heater; determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the water inlet temperature and the water inlet flow; determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat; and determining the output heat according to the water inlet temperature, the water outlet temperature and the water inlet flow.
In this embodiment, the target output heat interval is not constant, but is determined according to the operating parameters of the gas water heater.
In any of the above embodiments, the process of determining the target output heat interval specifically includes: determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the target water inlet temperature and the target water inlet flow; and determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat.
In any of the above embodiments, the configuration parameters of the gas water heater include: the number of the gas nozzles of the gas water heater, the diameter of the gas nozzles and the flow coefficient of the gas nozzles.
EXAMPLE seven
According to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a control device 500 of a gas water heater, the gas water heater comprising a gas proportional valve and a pressure detection device disposed at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve of the gas water heater, the control device 500 of the gas water heater comprising: a receiving unit 502, configured to receive a target pressure value and a target pressure interval, and obtain an outlet pressure value of a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve through a pressure detection device; an adjusting unit 504, configured to increase an opening degree of the gas proportional valve until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value, based on the gas outlet pressure value being greater than a minimum value in the target pressure interval and smaller than the target pressure value; and reducing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve based on the condition that the gas outlet pressure value is smaller than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and is larger than the target pressure value until the gas outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a control device 500 of a gas water heater, wherein the control device 500 of the gas water heater includes: the receiving unit 502 and the adjusting unit 504, in general, both of which have similar schemes of controlling the gas proportional valve and controlling the temperature, set a target parameter value, compare the sampling value with the target parameter value, adjust other parameters affecting the parameter when the sampling value is smaller than the target parameter value, and after the other parameters are adjusted, obtain the obtained sampling value again, and control according to the comparison result of the obtained sampling value and the target parameter value again, and similarly, when the sampling value is larger than the target parameter value, execute the same control logic as the above steps.
Example eight
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a gas water heater, as shown in fig. 6, the gas water heater 600 including: a burner 614, a heat exchanger 616 and a gas proportional valve 602; a pressure detection device 604 arranged at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve 602; a memory 606, the memory 606 having programs or instructions stored thereon; a controller 608, the controller 608 executing a program or instructions implementing the steps of the control method of the gas water heater according to any one of the first aspect.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a gas water heater 600, wherein the gas water heater 600 comprises a pressure detection device 604 and a gas proportional valve 602, wherein the pressure detection device 604 is disposed at a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve 602, a value of an outlet gas pressure detected by the pressure detection device 604 is a secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600, and since a memory 606 of the gas water heater 600 stores a program or an instruction capable of being executed by a controller 608, when the program or the instruction is executed, the program or the instruction can be implemented as follows: receiving a target pressure value and a target pressure interval; acquiring an outlet pressure value of a gas outlet of the gas proportional valve 602 through the pressure detection device 604; based on the outlet pressure value being greater than the minimum value in the target pressure interval and less than the target pressure value, increasing the opening degree of the gas proportional valve 602 until the outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value; and reducing the opening of the gas proportional valve 602 until the outlet pressure value is equal to the target pressure value based on the outlet pressure value being smaller than the maximum value in the target pressure interval and larger than the target pressure value.
Specifically, in a general case, the control of the gas proportional valve 602 is similar to the approach of the temperature control, a target parameter value is set, the sampling value is compared with the target parameter value, when the sampling value is smaller than the target parameter value, other parameters affecting the parameter are adjusted, after the other parameters are adjusted, the obtained sampling value is obtained again, and the control is performed according to the comparison result between the obtained sampling value and the target parameter value, and similarly, when the sampling value is larger than the target parameter value, the same control logic as the above steps is executed.
In the embodiment corresponding to the present application, in order to reduce the occurrence of the situation that the target parameter value is invalid, and the gas proportional valve 602 cannot be adjusted to the target parameter value, a new control method is proposed, specifically, the outlet gas pressure value is compared with the target pressure value, and is also compared with the minimum value in the target pressure interval, and is also compared with the maximum value in the target pressure interval, and whether the secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600 is abnormal is determined by determining the magnitude relationship between the outlet gas pressure value and the target pressure interval, and it can also be determined whether the target pressure value is in the target pressure interval, and by the above determination condition, the abnormal operation of the gas water heater 600 caused by the target pressure value not in the target pressure interval can be reduced.
In addition, because the comparison between the air outlet pressure value and the target pressure value is combined with the control of the opening degree of the gas proportional valve 602, the parameter abnormity detection can be realized, meanwhile, the rapid adjustment of the secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600 can also be realized, the secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600 obtained by measurement can be infinitely close to or equal to the target pressure value, so that the gas water heater 600 can output stable heat, the stability of the output heat of the gas water heater 600 is further ensured, the probability that the output heat exceeds the preset heat standard range is reduced, meanwhile, the time required by the adjustment of the output heat is also reduced, the probability that the time required by the adjustment of the output heat exceeds the preset standard time range is reduced, and the use experience of a user is ensured.
In any of the above embodiments, the gas water heater 600 further comprises: fan 622, controller 608 executes programs or instructions to perform the following: the rotating speed of the fan 622 is adjusted according to the opening degree of the gas proportional valve 602.
In this embodiment, the gas water heater 600 is further provided with a fan 622, wherein the fan 622 provides air to the gas water heater 600 during operation, insufficient combustion occurs due to insufficient injected air during combustion of gas, when insufficient combustion occurs, the gas water heater 600 generates a large amount of waste gas, and simultaneously, the gas water heater 600 generates vibration along with insufficient combustion to generate squeal, and due to the occurrence of the above conditions, the gas consumption of the gas water heater 600 is increased, and the use cost of the product is increased; meanwhile, the use experience of the user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater 600 runs dangerously.
In order to reduce the above situations, the rotation speed of the fan 622 may be determined according to the opening degree of the gas proportional valve 602, and the fan 622 is controlled to operate according to the rotation speed, in this process, it is ensured that the fan 622 can supplement sufficient air so that the gas is sufficiently combusted, and the situation that the gas is insufficiently combusted is reduced. Because the gas burning is abundant, can reduce the volume that the gas was wasted, reduced gas heater 600's the range of vibration and gas heater 600's noise simultaneously to user's use experience has been improved.
Specifically, a mapping relation between the rotation speed of the fan 622 and the opening degree of the gas proportional valve 602 may be constructed in advance, or a mapping relation between the rotation speed of the fan 622 and the outlet pressure value may be constructed in advance, and the rotation speed of the fan 622 is determined based on the outlet pressure value having a corresponding relation with the opening degree of the gas proportional valve 602.
In any of the above embodiments, the controller 608 executes programs or instructions to perform operations such as: acquiring the opening adjustment times of the gas proportional valve 602; comparing the outlet pressure value with a target pressure interval and a safety pressure interval of the gas proportional valve 602 based on the opening adjustment times being greater than or equal to the preset times; outputting alarm information based on the outlet pressure value outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval; based on the discharge pressure value being outside the target pressure interval and within the safety pressure interval, the rotation speed of the fan 622 is adjusted until the discharge pressure value is within the target pressure interval.
When the gas proportional valve 602 is in continuous use, the service life of the gas proportional valve 602 is continuously reduced, and then a fault occurs, when the gas proportional valve 602 is in a fault, the control of the gas proportional valve 602 becomes less smooth, and then the secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600 is unstable to adjust, and finally the gas water heater 600 is easy to work abnormally, for example, the gas consumption of the gas water heater 600 is increased, and the use cost of a product is increased; meanwhile, the use experience of the user can be seriously influenced by large vibration and corresponding noise, and the user feels that the gas water heater 600 runs dangerously.
In order to reduce the above-mentioned situation, by counting the number of times of opening adjustment of the gas proportional valve 602, when the opening degree adjustment times is larger than or equal to the preset times, the air outlet pressure value is obtained again, the air outlet pressure value is compared with the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval, wherein, the safety pressure interval is the edge limit value of the normal use of the gas proportional valve 602, if the detected gas outlet pressure value is outside the target pressure interval and the safety pressure interval at the same time, the current gas proportional valve 602 is determined to be out of use, so by outputting alarm information, so that the user or the maintenance personnel can respond to the alarm information after receiving the alarm information, replace the gas proportional valve 602 of the gas water heater 600 in time, so as to reduce the loss of life and property of users caused by the fault of the gas proportional valve 602 or the gas proportional valve 602 in the use process of the gas water heater 600 with potential safety hazard.
If it is detected that the pressure value of giving vent to anger is still within the safe pressure interval, then this gas proportional valve 602 is determined to be still usable, at this moment, can adjust the rotational speed of fan 622 according to the pressure value of giving vent to anger and the target pressure interval, through adjusting the rotational speed of fan 622, the final aim is in adjusting the air-fuel ratio, so that the gas can fully burn, and then the secondary pressure that realizes gas water heater 600 can maintain at the target pressure interval, and then make gas water heater 600 can output stable heat, reduce the fluctuation of the heat of gas water heater 600 output.
It is worth pointing out that, under the condition that the gas water heater 600 is the gas water heater 600, the method can reduce the probability that hot water output by the gas water heater 600 is suddenly cooled and suddenly heated, so that the gas water heater 600 can accurately output hot water at a constant temperature to meet the water demand of a user.
In any of the above embodiments, the controller 608 executes programs or instructions to perform operations such as: acquiring the output heat of the gas water heater 600; and determining the state of the gas proportional valve 602 according to the comparison result between the outlet gas pressure value and the target pressure interval and the comparison result between the output heat and the target output heat interval.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a gas water heater 600, by operating the method, whether a gas proportional valve 602 installed on the gas water heater 600 is qualified or not can be detected, so that when the gas proportional valve 602 is an unqualified product, the gas proportional valve 602 can be replaced in time, the gas water heater 600 provided with the unqualified gas proportional valve 602 is prevented from flowing into the market, further, the gas water heater 600 with potential safety hazards is reduced in the use process, loss is caused to lives and properties of users due to the gas proportional valve 602 or the gas proportional valve 602 in failure, and the reliability of the product is improved by detecting the gas proportional valve 602.
In general, when the gas proportional valve 602 is manufactured in batch, due to material differences or unstable production line and tolerance dimensions, the gas proportional valve 602 has differences, that is, the consistency of the gas proportional valve 602 cannot be ensured, and there is a deviation, and the deviation cannot be compensated by a preset program, so that, due to the existence of the deviation, under the same control parameter, there is a deviation in the secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600, and the deviation in the secondary pressure of the gas water heater 600 causes the air-fuel ratio of the gas proportional valve 602 to exceed a set value, which finally causes the combustion condition of the gas water heater 600 to be poor, and the gas combustion to be insufficient.
In order to reduce the above situations, it is important to determine whether the gas proportional valve 602 is a qualified product. In general, after the specification of the gas water heater 600 is determined, the configuration information of the gas water heater 600 is also fixed and does not change. When the gas proportional valve 602 is a qualified product, when the gas water heater 600 with the gas proportional valve 602 is operating, the gas outlet pressure value will be in the target pressure interval, and at this time, the output heat of the gas water heater 600 will also be in the target output heat interval, so whether the gas proportional valve 602 belongs to a qualified product can be determined according to the gas outlet pressure value, whether the output heat of the gas water heater 600 is in the target pressure interval, and whether the output heat of the gas water heater 600 is in the target output heat interval.
Whether the gas proportional valve 602 is a qualified product or not is judged, so that the gas proportional valve 602 can be found in time when the gas proportional valve is an unqualified product, the gas water heater 600 provided with the unqualified gas proportional valve 602 is reduced to flow into the market, the loss of lives and properties of users due to the faults of the gas proportional valve 602 or the gas proportional valve 602 in the use process of the gas water heater 600 with potential safety hazards is reduced, and the reliability of the product is improved by detecting the gas proportional valve 602.
In any of the above embodiments, the controller 608 executes a program or an instruction to implement, for example, a step of determining the state of the gas proportional valve 602 according to the comparison result between the outlet pressure value and the target pressure interval and the comparison result between the output heat and the target output heat interval, which specifically includes: confirming that the gas proportional valve 602 is qualified based on the fact that the outlet pressure value is within the target pressure interval and the output heat is within the target output heat interval; based on the fact that the air outlet pressure value is smaller than any value in the target pressure interval and the output heat is smaller than any value in the target output heat interval; or the outlet pressure value is larger than any value in the target pressure interval, and the output heat is larger than any value in the target output heat interval, and the gas proportional valve 602 is determined to be unqualified.
In this embodiment, the gas proportional valve 602 can adjust the air-fuel ratio of the gas water heater 600, and the pressure value of the outlet gas detected by the pressure detection device 604 can represent the air-fuel ratio. The gas proportional valve 602 belonging to a qualified product is installed on the gas water heater 600 and starts to work, the outlet pressure value detected by the pressure detection device 604 is within the target pressure value, and because the hardware structure of the gas water heater 600 installed with the gas proportional valve 602 is not changed, the outlet pressure value and the output heat of the gas water heater 600 belong to a one-to-one correspondence relationship based on the same detection condition, and when the outlet pressure value is within the target pressure value, the output heat of the gas water heater 600 is within the target output heat interval. Therefore, when the outlet pressure value is within the target pressure interval, whether the output heat is within the target output heat interval can be determined to determine whether the gas proportional valve 602 is a qualified product.
Specifically, when the outlet pressure value is in the target pressure interval and the output heat is in the target output heat interval, it is determined that the gas proportional valve 602 is a qualified product, and when the outlet pressure value is in the target pressure interval and the output heat is not in the target output heat interval, it is determined that the gas proportional valve 602 is not a qualified product.
The output heat quantity not in the target output heat quantity interval can be that the output heat quantity is larger than the maximum value in the target output heat quantity interval or the output heat quantity is smaller than the minimum value in the target output heat quantity interval.
In this embodiment, whether the gas proportional valve 602 is a qualified product is judged, so that when the gas proportional valve 602 is an unqualified product, the gas water heater 600 provided with the unqualified gas proportional valve 602 is timely found, the gas water heater 600 is prevented from flowing into the market, and further, the loss of lives and properties of users due to the fault of the gas proportional valve 602 or the gas proportional valve 602 in the use process of the gas water heater 600 with potential safety hazards is reduced, and the reliability of the product is improved by detecting the gas proportional valve 602.
In any of the above embodiments, the controller 608 executes programs or instructions to perform operations such as: and outputting alarm information based on the unqualified gas proportional valve 602.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the gas proportional valve 602 is an unqualified product, alarm information is sent so that a user can know that the gas proportional valve 602 belongs to an unqualified product, so as to remind the user to replace the gas proportional valve 602 belonging to the unqualified product in time or mark the gas proportional valve, thereby reducing the possibility that the gas water heater 600 provided with the unqualified gas proportional valve 602 flows into the market, further reducing the loss of lives and properties of the user due to the failure of the gas proportional valve 602 or the gas proportional valve 602 in the use process of the gas water heater 600 with potential safety hazards, and improving the reliability of the product by detecting the gas proportional valve 602.
In any of the above embodiments, the form of the alarm information includes, but is not limited to, sound alarm information, and may also be light alarm information, or a composite alarm information in which sound alarm information and light alarm information are used in combination.
In one embodiment, the alarm information may also be sent to a product database of the gas proportional valve 602, where the product database of the gas proportional valve 602 stores the alarm information in correspondence with the number of the gas proportional valve 602, so that an administrator can know the qualification of the gas proportional valve 602.
In any of the above embodiments, the controller 608 executes programs or instructions to perform operations such as: receiving a set target outlet water temperature, an inlet water temperature of the gas water heater 600, an outlet water temperature of the gas water heater 600 and an inlet water flow of the gas water heater 600; determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the water inlet temperature and the water inlet flow; determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat; and determining the output heat according to the water inlet temperature, the water outlet temperature and the water inlet flow.
In this embodiment, the target output heat interval is not constant, but is determined according to the operating parameters of the gas water heater 600. The operating parameters of the gas water heater 600 include configuration information and environmental parameters (such as the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater 600 and the water inlet flow rate of the gas water heater 600) in the actual use scenario of the gas water heater 600. In general, after the specification of the gas water heater 600 is determined, the configuration information of the gas water heater 600 is also fixed and does not change. Similarly, when the inlet water temperature and the inlet water flow of the gas water heater 600 are determined, the target output heat interval of the gas water heater 600 and the outlet water temperature of the gas water heater 600 are in a positive correlation, so that the corresponding target output heat interval can be determined according to the outlet water temperature.
In any of the above embodiments, the process of determining the target output heat interval specifically includes: determining target output heat according to the target water outlet temperature, the target water inlet temperature and the target water inlet flow; and determining a target output heat interval according to the target output heat.
Because the control process belongs to a dynamic process, the output heat of the gas water heater 600 does not fluctuate greatly, the running stability of the gas water heater 600 is improved, meanwhile, the time required by output heat regulation is reduced, the probability that the time required by regulating the output heat exceeds the preset standard time range is reduced, and the use experience of a user is ensured.
In one embodiment, the gas water heater 600 is a household gas water heater, a gas heating device, a wall-hanging stove, or other hot water output device that relies on gas heat exchange.
In the gas water heater 600, the gas water heater 600 further includes: water proportional valve 610, temperature sensor and water flow sensor of intaking, wherein, temperature sensor and water flow sensor integrated the setting on water proportional valve 610 of intaking, through integrated the setting, effectively reduced gas heater 600's volume, the miniaturization of the product of being convenient for.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
As shown in fig. 7, the control method of the gas water heater includes:
step 702, calculating a target heat output W ═ Q × (Tt-T0) according to the inlet water temperature T0, the adjusted water flow rate Q and the target outlet water temperature Tt;
step 704, calculating a target gas proportional valve secondary pressure Hs and a fan rotating speed n according to the target heat output W;
step 706, judging whether the measured gas secondary pressure H is within the tolerance range of the calculated preset secondary pressure Hs, if so, ending, and if not, executing step 708;
step 708, the controller rapidly adjusts the current I, adjusts the opening of the gas proportional valve, and finely adjusts the secondary pressure H of the gas;
step 710, based on that the above conditions are not satisfied after adjusting N times, determining whether the measured secondary gas pressure H is within the safety tolerance range of the calculated preset secondary pressure Hs, if so, executing step 712, otherwise, executing step 714;
step 712, controlling the fan speed n to perform fine adjustment according to the relationship between the preset secondary gas pressure H and the fan speed n, so that n is within the tolerance range of the fan speed n corresponding to the actually measured secondary pressure H;
and 714, alarming, shutting down and replacing the gas proportional valve.
Wherein, after step 708, step 706 may also be performed.
Due to the difference of tolerance sizes of the gas proportional valve in batch production, the consistency of the secondary pressure of the gas has certain deviation. After the gas water heater sets a conventional program and parameter codes, the deviation of the secondary pressure of the gas cannot be eliminated, so that the air-fuel ratio exceeds the set requirement, the combustion working condition is deteriorated, and the combustion is insufficient.
The outlet water temperature is set to be T (namely the target outlet water temperature), the theoretical heat output W1 is Q x (T-T0) is calculated according to the inlet water temperature T0 detected by the inlet water temperature sensor, the outlet water temperature Tt detected by the outlet water temperature sensor and the water flow Q detected by the water flow sensor, the actual heat output W2 is Q x (Tt-T0), if the configuration of the gas water heater is fixed (the nozzle flow coefficient, the nozzle diameter, the number of nozzles and the like are fixed), the heat output W and the secondary pressure H of the gas have a one-to-one correspondence relationship.
According to the theoretical heat output W1, setting the actual heat output within [ Wmin, Wmax ], wherein [ Wmin, Wmax ], namely the target output heat interval in the application, so as to ensure that the actual outlet water temperature reaches the reasonable deviation range of the set outlet water temperature, and meet the normal water demand of a user; setting the secondary pressure of the fuel gas within [ Hmin, Hmax ], wherein [ Hmin, Hmax ], namely the target pressure interval in the application, so as to ensure that the system combustion provides enough heat load.
For a set secondary gas pressure H0 (i.e., a target pressure value), when the value is within the tolerance Hmin, Hmax, to ensure that the system combustion provides sufficient heat load, the heat output is within Wmin, Wmax. If the material is out of the range, the incoming material is judged to be unqualified, and the online production cannot be realized. If the gas secondary pressure H is detected to be higher than Hmax and the actual heat output W is detected to be higher than Wmax during online production, or the gas secondary pressure H is detected to be lower than Hmin and the actual heat output W is detected to be lower than Wmin, an alarm is given, the system is shut down, and the gas proportional valve needs to be replaced during production.
When the secondary gas pressure Hmin is detected to be not more than H0, the controller transmits an instruction to increase the opening of the gas proportional valve, increase the secondary gas pressure H to be infinitely close to H0, and simultaneously control the rotating speed of the fan to carry out fine adjustment so as to match with proper air quantity and adjust the air-fuel ratio to a preset value range, so that the combustion is sufficient.
When detecting that the secondary pressure H0 of the fuel gas is less than or equal to Hmax, the controller transmits an instruction to reduce the opening of the fuel gas proportional valve and reduce the secondary pressure H of the fuel gas to be infinitely close to H0, and simultaneously, the rotating speed of the fan is controlled to be finely adjusted to match with proper air volume, so that the air-fuel ratio is adjusted to a preset value range, and the combustion is sufficient.
Each gas water heater in batch production is correspondingly controlled, and the rotating speed of a gas proportional valve and the rotating speed of a fan can be controlled to be finely adjusted so as to match with proper secondary pressure and air quantity, so that the air-fuel ratio is adjusted to a preset value range, and the adaptability of programs and parameter codes is strong.
Not only are different between different gas proportional valves, but also the operation process of the same gas proportional valve is different due to the problem of hysteresis return difference.
Therefore, a secondary pressure sensor (namely a pressure detection device) on the gas proportional valve detects secondary pressure in real time, the secondary pressure of the gas water heater is fed back to the controller, the controller compares the actual secondary pressure with the preset secondary pressure (namely a target pressure value), fine adjustment is carried out on the actual secondary pressure through current, the actual secondary pressure is kept consistent with the preset secondary pressure, and the thermal load corresponding to the preset secondary pressure is guaranteed to be consistent within a tolerance range (namely a target pressure interval) of the preset secondary pressure.
If the actual secondary pressure is different from the preset secondary pressure after N times (N is more than or equal to 1) of fine adjustment, the rotating speed N of the fan is controlled to carry out fine adjustment according to the relation between the preset gas secondary pressure H and the rotating speed of the fan N so as to match proper air quantity and ensure that N is in the tolerance range of the rotating speed N of the fan corresponding to the actually measured secondary pressure H, and the air-fuel ratio is adjusted to the preset value range so as to ensure that the combustion is sufficient.
If the actual secondary pressure is different from the preset secondary pressure after N times (N is more than or equal to 1) of fine adjustment, the alarm is given, the gas proportional valve is shut down and replaced if the actual secondary pressure is out of the tolerance range of the preset secondary pressure and out of the safety tolerance range of the preset secondary pressure.
