the clamp (1) consists of a first plugging sheet (2), a second plugging sheet (3) and a blocking block (8); the first leakage blocking sheet (2) and the second leakage blocking sheet (3) can be spliced into a T-shaped three-way pipe; the inner walls of the three ends of the first leakage blocking sheet (2) and the second leakage blocking sheet (3) are provided with clamping grooves (81); after the first leakage blocking sheet (2) and the second leakage blocking sheet (3) are spliced, the blocking block (8) is blocked by the blocking groove (81), and the blocking block (8) blocks one end of a T-shaped three-way pipe formed by splicing the first leakage blocking sheet (2) and the second leakage blocking sheet (3); the first leakage blocking piece (2) and the second leakage blocking piece (3) are both provided with threaded holes (11); the contact surfaces of the first leakage blocking sheet (2) and the second leakage blocking sheet (3) and the oil conveying pressure pipe are fixedly connected with a flexible sealing layer (7).
