It should be noted that the left seal groove 62 and the right seal groove 62' are not limited to two, and may be provided with one or more than three. In order to improve the reliability of sealing, the support rod 1 is provided with a left annular table 14 between the left sliding ring 6 and the left guide groove 12, and a left sealing gasket 15 is embedded on the left side of the left annular table 14; similarly, the support rod 1 is provided with a right annular platform 14 ' at a position between the right sliding ring 6 ' and the right guide groove 12 ', and a right sealing gasket 15 ' is embedded at the right side of the right annular platform 14 '. The structure is arranged to enable the left sliding ring 6 and the right sliding ring 6 'to be correspondingly extruded on the left sealing gasket 15 and the right sealing gasket 15' during plugging, and the sealing performance of plugging can be effectively enhanced.
In the present invention, the following sealing and fixing methods are adopted for the left sealing cover 3 and the left slip ring 6 as specific embodiments: the left pressure plate 63 is fixed on the left side of the left slip ring 6 through screws distributed along the circumferential direction, so that the left end of the left sealing cover 3 is squeezed between the left slip ring 6 and the left pressure plate 63. The device has the characteristics of reliable sealing and convenient assembly and disassembly. Similarly, the embodiment adopts the same sealing and fixing mode for the right sealing cover 3 'and the right sliding ring 6': the right pressure plate 63 ' is fixed on the right side of the right slip ring 6 ' through screws distributed along the circumferential direction, so that the right end of the right sealing cover 3 ' is pressed between the right slip ring 6 ' and the right pressure plate 63 '. As a specific embodiment, the invention has the structure that the left sealing cover 3 is provided with the left expansion joint 31, and the outer wall of the left sealing cover 3 at the position corresponding to the expansion ring 2 is provided with the left grooves 32 which are distributed at intervals; the right sealing cover 3 'is provided with a right expansion joint 31', and the right sealing cover 3 'is provided with right grooves 32' distributed at intervals on the outer wall at the position corresponding to the expansion ring 2. According to the structure, the left telescopic joint 31 and the right telescopic joint 31 'are arranged, so that the tensile deformation capacity and the adaptability of the left sealing cover 3 and the right sealing cover 3' are correspondingly improved, and the plugging reliability of the left sealing cover 3 and the right sealing cover 3 'is correspondingly improved by arranging the left groove 32 and the right groove 32'. In practical application, the motor 4 and the plugging disc 5 are connected with the support rod 1 by flanges so as to be convenient to disassemble and assemble; in order to simplify the structure, the present invention provides four first arc-shaped members 21 and four second arc-shaped members 22, respectively. However, it should be noted that the first arc-shaped part 21 and the second arc-shaped part 22 are not limited to four, and may be three or more than five according to actual needs.

1. A self-flow-guiding gas pipeline plugging device comprises a support rod (1), an expansion ring (2), a left sealing cover (3) and a right sealing cover (3 '), and is characterized in that the support rod (1) is of a tubular structure, a motor (4) and a plugging disc (5) are correspondingly and hermetically fixed at the left end and the right end of the support rod (1), a left sliding ring (6) and a right sliding ring (6') are sleeved on the support rod (1), a sealing structure is arranged between the left sliding ring (6) and the support rod (1) and between the right sliding ring (6 ') and the support rod (1), a transmission mechanism connected with the motor (4) is arranged in the support rod (1), the transmission mechanism drives the left sliding ring (6) and the right sliding ring (6') to reversely slide, a flow guide pipe (7) is further arranged in the support rod (1), the left end of the flow guide pipe (7) is connected with a first pipe joint (11) on the support rod (1), and the right end of the flow guide pipe (7) penetrates through the plugging disc (5) and enables the two to be hermetically matched, the expansion ring (2) is formed by combining a first arc-shaped part (21) and a second arc-shaped part (22) which are alternately distributed, guide surfaces which are inwards inclined and symmetrically distributed are arranged at two ends of the first arc-shaped part (21), sliding grooves (211) are arranged on the guide surfaces, guide holes (212) are arranged on two side walls of each sliding groove (211), the guide holes (212) on the adjacent first arc-shaped parts (21) are splayed, the middle part of each second arc-shaped part (22) is respectively hinged with a left sliding ring (6) and a right sliding ring (6') through symmetrically distributed connecting rods (8), sliding blocks (221) matched with the sliding grooves (211) are arranged at two ends of each second arc-shaped part (22), guide columns (222) positioned in the guide holes (212) are arranged at two sides of each sliding block (221), the left end of the left sealing cover (3) is fixedly connected with the left sliding ring (6) in a sealing manner, and the right end of the left sealing cover (3) is sleeved on the expansion ring (2) and fixedly connected with the first arc-shaped parts (21), the right end of the right sealing cover (3 ') is fixedly connected with the right sliding ring (6 ') in a sealing mode, and the left end of the right sealing cover (3 ') is sleeved on the expansion ring (2) and is fixedly connected with the first arc-shaped part (21).

The self-guide gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a lead screw (41), a left-handed nut (42) and a right-handed nut (42 '), the lead screw (41) is installed in the support rod (1) through a bearing and connected with the motor (4), the left-handed nut (42) and the right-handed nut (42') are screwed on the lead screw (41), the left-handed nut (42) is provided with left ear plates (43) which are symmetrically distributed, the left ear plates (43) extend from left guide grooves (12) on the support rod (1), the right-handed nut (42 ') is provided with right ear plates (43') which are symmetrically distributed, the right ear plates (43 ') extend from right guide grooves (12') on the support rod (1), the left guide grooves (12) and the right guide grooves (12 ') are positioned between the left sealing cover (3) and the right sealing cover (3'), the right side of the left sliding ring (6) is provided with a left push-pull rod (61) connected with the left ear plates (43), and a right push-pull rod (61 ') connected with a right lug plate (43 ') is arranged on the left side of the right slip ring (6 ').

The self-guide gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 2, wherein the first arc-shaped member (21) comprises a first left extrusion portion (213) and a first right extrusion portion (214) which are symmetrically distributed, the first left extrusion portion (213) and the first right extrusion portion (214) are connected into a whole through a first connecting portion (215), the second arc-shaped member (22) comprises a second left extrusion portion (223) and a second right extrusion portion (224) which are symmetrically distributed, the second left extrusion portion (223) and the second right extrusion portion (224) are connected into a whole through a second connecting portion (225), a vent hole is formed between the adjacent first connecting portion (215) and the second connecting portion (225), and the left end of the support rod (1) is provided with a second pipe joint (13) communicated with the inner cavity of the support rod.

The self-diversion gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 3, wherein a left sealing groove (62) is arranged on the inner wall of the left sliding ring (6), a right sealing groove (62 ') is arranged on the inner wall of the right sliding ring (6 '), and sealing rings are respectively arranged in the left sealing groove (62) and the right sealing groove (62 ').

The self-guide gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 4, wherein the support rod (1) is provided with a left ring platform (14) at a position between the left sliding ring (6) and the left guide groove (12), a left sealing gasket (15) is embedded at the left side of the left ring platform (14), the support rod (1) is provided with a right ring platform (14 ') at a position between the right sliding ring (6 ') and the right guide groove (12 '), and a right sealing gasket (15 ') is embedded at the right side of the right ring platform (14 ').

The self-conductance gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 5, wherein the left side of said left slip ring (6) is fixed with a left pressure plate (63) by screws, the left end of said left sealing cover (3) is compressed between the left slip ring (6) and the left pressure plate (63), the right side of said right slip ring (6 ') is fixed with a right pressure plate (63 ') by screws, and the right end of said right sealing cover (3 ') is compressed between the right slip ring (6 ') and the right pressure plate (63 ').

The self-flow-guiding gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 6, wherein said left sealing cover (3) is provided with a left expansion joint (31), the outer wall of the left sealing cover (3) corresponding to the expansion ring (2) is provided with left grooves (32) distributed at intervals, said right sealing cover (3 ') is provided with a right expansion joint (31'), and the outer wall of the right sealing cover (3 ') corresponding to the expansion ring (2) is provided with right grooves (32') distributed at intervals.
8. The self-guide gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 7, wherein two guide posts (222) are respectively arranged at intervals on both sides of the sliding block (221), and a bushing is sleeved on each guide post (222).

The self-flow-guiding gas pipeline plugging device according to claim 7, wherein the motor (4) and the plugging disc (5) are respectively connected with the support rod (1) through flanges, the motor (4) is provided with a hinge seat, and the left sealing cover (3) and the right sealing cover (3') are made of rubber.
10. A self-diverting gas pipe closure according to claim 7, characterized in that there are four of said first (21) and second (22) arc-shaped elements.
