According to the invention, through arranging the expansion ring 2 and the sealing cover 3, the expansion ring 2 is provided with the first arc-shaped part 21 and the second arc-shaped part 22 which are alternately distributed along the circumferential direction, a relative sliding structure is arranged between the first arc-shaped part 21 and the second arc-shaped part 22, and the guide holes 213 on the adjacent first arc-shaped part 21 form a splayed shape, in the process of moving the sliding ring 12 left and right, the first connecting rod 4 and the second connecting rod 5 can play a role of pulling the second arc-shaped part 22 inwards and outwards, and the purpose of contracting and expanding the expansion ring 2 can be achieved through the relative sliding of the first arc-shaped part 21 and the second arc-shaped part 22.
