In the present invention, the following sealing and fixing methods are adopted for the left sealing cover 4 and the left slip ring 7 as specific embodiments: the left pressure plate 73 is fixed on the left side of the left slip ring 7 through screws distributed along the circumferential direction, so that the left end of the left sealing cover 4 is squeezed between the left slip ring 7 and the left pressure plate 73. The device has the characteristics of reliable sealing and convenient assembly and disassembly. Similarly, the present embodiment adopts the same sealing and fixing manner for the right sealing cover 4 'and the right sliding ring 7': the right end of the right sealing cover 4 ' is pressed between the right slip ring 7 ' and the right pressure plate 73 ' by fixing the right pressure plate 73 ' on the right side of the right slip ring 7 ' through screws distributed along the circumferential direction.
