Abstract
The invention relates to a die-cutting laminating machine with stable laminating tension, which comprises a rack, a workbench arranged on the rack, a plurality of laminating mechanisms arranged on the workbench along the conveying direction of a material belt, and a material belt position sensor arranged below the discharge side of the material belt and used for detecting the drooping distance of the material belt; the laminating mechanism comprises a material pressing roller and a driving roller which are arranged in parallel from top to bottom, and a variable frequency motor in transmission connection with the driving roller, wherein the variable frequency motor is electrically connected with the material belt position sensor. Compared with the prior art, the material belt laminating machine has the advantages that the material belts are tightly pressed and laminated between the material pressing roller and the driving roller, after lamination, the discharge ends of the material belts naturally droop, the droop distance is detected through the material belt position sensor, the rotating speed of the driving roller is adjusted by the variable frequency motor according to the droop distance, so that the material belts keep certain tension, the phenomenon of unstable tension when the laminating machine starts and stops is avoided, the problem of material laminating arching is solved, the reject ratio of products is reduced, and the product quality is ensured.

According to the requirement of the die cutting process, a plurality of laminating machines or a working mode matched with the die cutting machine are usually adopted, so that the material belt between the laminating machine and the die cutting machine or the material belt between the laminating machines is drooping due to different production rhythms, the material belt in the downstream die cutting machine or the laminating machine is insufficient in tension, and the product quality is unstable.
