As an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the frame 11 is provided with a tool platform 113, and the handheld waxing and polishing device 2 and the handheld dust collecting device 3 are respectively placed on the tool platform 113.

the power line of the handheld waxing and polishing device 2 is fixed by the free end of the first rotating arm 115, laid on the first rotating arm 115 along the length direction of the first rotating arm 115, and laid on the horizontal part 1142 along the length direction of the horizontal part 1142; the power cord of the handheld dust collector 3 is fixed through the free end of the second rotating arm 116, laid on the second rotating arm 116 along the length direction of the second rotating arm 116, and laid on the horizontal portion 1142 along the length direction of the horizontal portion 1142. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, by providing the wire support 114 and the first and second rotating arms 115 and 116, the power wires of the handheld waxing and polishing device 2 and the handheld dust collecting device 3 are respectively wired above the frame 11, and when a worker holds the handheld waxing and polishing device 2 and the handheld dust collecting device 3 and walks around the periphery of the frame 11, the corresponding first and second rotating arms 115 and 116 are swung by the power wires, so that the power wires can be effectively prevented from being worn or wound into a lump on the site.

feeding: pulling out the second bearing plate 122 and the fourth bearing plate 132, wherein one side broadside of the sandwich panel is abutted against the second bearing plate 122, and the other side broadside of the sandwich panel is abutted against the fourth bearing plate 132; the second bearing plate 122 and the fourth bearing plate 132 are used for bearing the sandwich panel, so that the sandwich panel can be stably placed on the panel turnover machine tool 1.
Dust collection: carrying out dust collection treatment on the top surface of the current sandwich panel by using a handheld dust collection device 3; the surface of the plate is cleaned to reduce dust adhesion.
Waxing: waxing the top surface of the current sandwich panel by using a handheld waxing and polishing device 2; enough time is provided for wax drying at the two side edges of the sandwich panel, when wax coating is carried out, the two side edges of the sandwich panel are firstly coated with wax, and then the middle part of the sandwich panel is coated with wax;
turning: the first bearing plate 121 and the third bearing plate 131 are pulled out, the driving mechanism 15 drives the end part of the first rotating frame 12 close to the first bearing convex part 123 to move along the semi-circular arc-shaped guide rail 14, and the second rotating frame 13 rotates along with the first rotating frame 12; after the sandwich panel is turned over, the second bearing plate 122 and the fourth bearing plate 132 positioned at the top are pushed back; the method realizes that one side panel of the sandwich panel is coated with the wax and then turned over, and the other side panel of the sandwich panel is treated, so that the side panel which is coated with the wax can have time to stand and dry. Through drawing out first accepting board 121 and third accepting board 131, realize that the both sides panel of sandwich panel carries on spacingly, effectively avoid sandwich panel to overturn at the upset in-process, in addition, in the upset in-process, first bearing convex part 123 and second bearing convex part 133 have played the effect of bearing sandwich panel bottom, effectively avoid sandwich panel to drop. After the sandwich panel is turned over, the second bearing plate 122 and the fourth bearing plate 132 which are positioned above the sandwich panel are pushed, so that the panel of the sandwich panel which faces upwards is completely exposed, and the panel of the sandwich panel which faces upwards is conveniently pretreated.

waxing: waxing the face plate with the upward sandwich plate by using a handheld waxing and polishing device 2; enough time is provided for wax drying at the two side edges of the sandwich panel, when wax coating is carried out, the two side edges of the sandwich panel are firstly coated with wax, and then the middle part of the sandwich panel is coated with wax;
turning: the second bearing plate 122 and the fourth bearing plate 132 are pulled out, the driving mechanism 15 drives the end part of the first rotating frame 12 close to the first bearing convex part 123 to move along the semi-circular arc-shaped guide rail 14, and the second rotating frame 13 rotates along with the first rotating frame 12; after the sandwich board is turned over, the first bearing plate 121 and the third bearing plate 131 on the top are pushed back; therefore, the sandwich board is turned over for the second time, so that the surface which is firstly waxed faces upwards, and the surface which is waxed for the second time faces downwards for standing and drying.
Polishing: carrying out paint surface polishing treatment on the upward panel of the current sandwich panel by using a handheld waxing and polishing device 2; the polishing and polishing of the paint surface of the upward surface of the current sandwich board are realized, and the redundant wax on the board surface is wiped off. It should be noted that, since the first receiving plate 121 and the third receiving plate 131 are abutted against the waxing surface, the drying of the wax on the two side edges of the sandwich panel is affected to a certain extent, the middle of the sandwich panel may be polished first, and finally the two side edges of the sandwich panel may be polished, so as to provide sufficient time for the drying of the wax on the two side edges.

polishing: carrying out paint surface polishing treatment on the upward panel of the current sandwich panel by using a handheld waxing and polishing device 2; the polishing and polishing of the paint surface of the upward surface of the current sandwich panel are realized, and redundant wax on the surface of the panel is wiped off. the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are both arranged on the end face, facing the second rotating frame, of the first rotating frame in a telescopic sliding mode; the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are arranged at intervals, the first bearing plate is parallel to the second bearing plate, and the first bearing convex part is arranged at one end of the first bearing plate and one end of the second bearing plate;
the third bearing plate and the fourth bearing plate are both arranged on the end surface of the second rotating frame facing the first rotating frame in a telescopic sliding manner; the third bearing plate and the fourth bearing plate are arranged at intervals, the third bearing plate is parallel to the fourth bearing plate, and the second bearing convex part is arranged at one end of the third bearing plate and one end of the fourth bearing plate;
the opening of the semi-circular guide rail is upwards arranged on the rack and is positioned on one side of the first rotating frame, which is far away from the second rotating frame, and the rotating axis of the first rotating frame and the rotating axis of the second rotating frame both penetrate through the circle center of the semi-circular guide rail;
the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the end part of the first supporting convex part, which is close to the first rotating frame, and is used for driving the end part of the first supporting convex part, which is close to the first rotating frame, to move along the semi-arc-shaped guide rail.
