Description

Suspending agent for efficiently preventing and treating insect pests and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to a high-efficiency pest control suspending agent and a using method thereof.
Background
Insect pests refer to the damage of harmful insects to the growth of plants, and the kinds of animals harmful to plants are various, wherein the insects mainly comprise mites, snails, mice and the like. In order to avoid the adverse effect of insect pests on agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and the like, most of diseases are usually eliminated by spraying pesticides. Insecticide (Insecticide) refers to an agent that kills pests, such as beetles, flies, grubs, noseworms, flea bugs and nearly ten thousand other pests. The use of the insecticide goes through several stages in sequence: natural pesticides and inorganic compounds were first discovered, but they were single acting, large in dose, and short in duration; organic synthetic insecticides, such as organochlorines, organophosphates and carbamates, are characterized by high efficacy and low residue, with many species having high acute toxicity to mammals. The action mechanism of a few traditional medicaments, such as mineral oil emulsion and the like, mainly plays a physical insecticidal role on the body surface, and most of organic synthetic insecticides enter the body of pests to interfere or destroy normal physiological and biochemical reactions at certain positions. The pesticide entering the body of the pest enters the digestive tract through the mouth and permeates into the blood, or enters the body of the pest through the epidermis or through the pores and the trachea, the pesticide entering the body and various enzyme systems in the body of the pest carry out biochemical reactions, some reactions lead the pesticide to degrade and lose toxicity, but some pesticides are activated to enhance the toxicity, and the pesticide which is not degraded (or the activated compound) plays a poisoning role in a certain part due to different action mechanisms, such as acting on a nervous system or acting on the respiratory metabolic process in cells.
The lufenuron is a novel substituted carbamide pesticide, kills pests by acting on insect larvae and preventing a desquamation process, has excellent control effect on fruit trees and other leaf-eating caterpillars, has unique killing mechanism on thrips, rust mites and trialeurodes vaporariorum, and is suitable for controlling pests generating resistance to synthetic pyrethrin and organophosphorus pesticide. The duration of the medicament is long, and the medicament is beneficial to reducing the medicament injection times; is safe to crops, can be used for crops such as corn, vegetables, citrus, cotton, potato, grape, soybean and the like, and is suitable for comprehensive pest control. Chinese patent CN201410385091.5 discloses an insecticidal composition containing cyhalodiamide and lufenuron, which can effectively control agricultural pests and effectively delay the development of pest resistance by compounding cyhalodiamide and lufenuron to generate a synergistic effect. However, the temperature resistance of the insecticidal composition prepared by the invention is poor, the temperature needs to be controlled not to be too high or too low during long-term storage, otherwise, the tendency of layering and active ingredient reduction is easy to occur. Based on the above, the preparation of a suspending agent which is highly effective in preventing insect damage, has strong stability and low decomposition rate is an urgent problem to be solved in the field.

The invention takes the lufenuron and the abamectin fine powder with a specific proportion as active ingredients, and the lufenuron and the abamectin fine powder are diluted by water and then sprayed on the surfaces of the leaves of crops to achieve the effect of high-efficiency disinsection; the weight ratio of the lufenuron to the abamectin fine powder is guessed to be (2-4): 1, the composition can be compatible in a suspending agent system consisting of thickening agents, defoaming agents, preservatives, water and the like, and the growth physiological process of pests is inhibited to achieve remarkable prevention and control effect. The invention further discovers that the thickening agent is specially selected, the uniform dispersibility of active ingredients in the suspending agent is greatly influenced, when the thickening agent is ethylene glycol and xanthan gum, the long-acting bactericidal property of the suspending agent is effectively improved, the insecticidal rate of the suspending agent can still reach more than 90% 28 days after spraying, the reason is probably that the addition of the ethylene glycol and the xanthan gum endows the suspending agent with proper fluidity on the surface of crops, the suspending agent is not easy to fall off and bond after a long time, the active ingredients can firmly act on pests, and the excellent lasting property of the suspending agent is improved. The invention unexpectedly discovers that a small amount of nano particles are introduced into a suspending agent system, so that the stability of the suspending agent can be effectively improved, and the decomposition rate of active ingredients in the suspending agent is effectively reduced; the reason may be that the nano particles are dispersed in the suspending agent to form a spatial three-dimensional network structure in the solvent carrier, so as to form a protective barrier for the active ingredients with a specific proportion and delay the decomposition speed of the active ingredients in the system; the invention further discovers that the stability maintaining effect is best when the nano particles are selected from magnesium aluminum silicate, and the specific selection of the magnesium aluminum silicate with the average particle size of 200-1250 meshes.
In some preferred embodiments, the suspending agent is prepared by a process comprising,
s1, adding an active component, a thickening agent, a surfactant and a defoaming agent into a first reaction kettle according to the formula amount, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;

and S3, adding the mixture I into the mixture II, and uniformly mixing under the ultrasonic action to obtain a finished product.
The invention provides a use method of a high-efficiency pest control suspending agent, wherein the suspending agent and water are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: (11000-17000) and then sprayed on the leaves of the crops, wherein the spraying frequency is 2 times every 3 months, and the spraying interval of 2 times is 8-12 days.
In some preferred embodiments, the suspending agent provided by the invention is especially suitable for controlling insect pests of wheat, rice, cotton and fruit trees.
Further preferably, the suspending agent provided by the invention is especially suitable for insect pest control of fruit trees.
The field test result shows that the weight ratio of the product to water is 1: (11000-17000) when the suspending agent is mixed and acted on fruit trees, especially citrus fruit trees, the suspending agent used in the whole test process does not cause any phytotoxicity on leaves and plants of tested crops and does not have adverse effect on the surrounding environment. When the spraying agent is used, the spraying agent is sprayed according to the size of the fruit tree until the mixed liquid is sprayed to wet the leaves without dripping, and the whole fruit tree is sprayed finely and uniformly, so that the front and back surfaces of the fruit and the leaves receive the mixed liquid.

Performance test method
The insecticidal long-acting property:
the suspending agents prepared in examples 1 to 4 were mixed with water in a weight ratio of 1: 16000 mixing to get mixed solution, spraying on citrus fruit tree until the mixed solution wets the leaves and does not drip, and spraying the whole plant of fruit tree carefully and uniformly to make the front and back of fruit and leaves receive the mixed solution. The initial survival number m1 of Citrus reticulata Russell Puccinia and the survival number m2 of Citrus reticulata Russell Puccinia after 28 days were measured, and the insecticidal ratio K ═ m (m1-m2)/m1X 100%. The suspensions prepared in examples 1 to 4 had insecticidal efficiencies K of 92.3%, 90.1%, 90.7%, and 89.2%, respectively.
Temperature resistance:
the suspending agents prepared in examples 1-10 were stored at 60 ℃ for 18 days with reference to GB/T19136-.
Decomposition rate:
the lufenuron concentration change of the suspension agents prepared in examples 1 to 10 after storage for 12 months at 30 ℃ was determined by reference to HG/T5437-2018, and the decomposition rate (initial content-post-storage content)/initial content × 100%.
