Abstract
本发明公开了一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治组合物及防治方法,在苍蝇孳生地干粪表面喷洒防治组合物的稀释液,对干粪层5cm以上的干粪深处蝇幼虫即可达到防治效果;防治组合物活性成分由虱螨脲和啶虫脒组成,虱螨脲和啶虫脒的重量比为1:10~10:1;将组合物用水稀释至有效成分浓度为200mg/L,喷洒至苍蝇孳生地干粪表面,每平方米喷洒稀释液500g。本发明防治方法涉及的组合物渗透性好,能渗透干粪层杀灭孳生地干粪深处蝇幼虫,致死效果好,阻碍羽化率高,降低了人工成本;本发明防治方法可广泛应用于粪坑,养殖场粪堆等场所,对防治孳生地蝇幼虫有特效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治组合物及防治方法,属于苍蝇幼虫防治技术领域。
背景技术
蝇类是一种常见的卫生害虫,其幼虫的栖息地一般称为孳生地,孳生物质是蝇类孳生的基本条件。在人类的日常生活和生产过程中产生的大量废弃物如食物残渣、排泄物、生产下脚料、动物尸体等都可成为蝇类幼虫孳生的生活基质。
清理孳生地是防治蝇幼虫最直接有效的手段,可有时孳生地不好处理时,就要借助化学防治手段了。蝇幼虫喜藏于孳生地的深部,如何使药剂深入孳生地即是影响孳生地蝇幼虫效果的的影响因素之一,当前化学防治中大多为颗粒剂,水乳剂和微乳剂,这些剂型对于孳生地深处的蝇幼虫防效并不是很好,有时孳生地特别是粪坑、养殖场粪堆等产所,粪便堆积失水变干变硬,表面形成干粪层,一般的药剂难以穿透干粪层,而干粪深处蝇幼虫的防治则更为困难。
针对孳生地蝇幼虫的生活习性,以及粪坑、养殖场粪堆表面失水形成干粪层,如何快速有效的杀灭孳生地干粪深处蝇幼虫,是清理孳生地干粪化学防治亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治组合物及防治方法,在苍蝇孳生地干粪表面喷洒杀虫组合物稀释液,可对孳生地干粪层5cm以上的干粪深处蝇幼虫达到防治效果。所提供的组合物渗透性好,能渗透干粪层,深入杀灭孳生地干粪深处的苍蝇幼虫;致死效果好,阻碍羽化率高,降低了人工成本,广泛应用于粪坑、养殖场粪堆等场所。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的目的之一是提供一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治组合物,由重量百分比为10%~40%的有效成分和余量的助剂复配而成;所述的有效成分为虱螨脲和啶虫脒按照1:10~10:1的重量比复配而成。
上述技术方案中,所述的虱螨脲和啶虫脒的重量比优选为1:5~5:1。
上述技术方案中,所述的防治组合物的剂型为乳油或者可溶性液剂,由有效成分添加助剂后制备而成;所述的助剂为乳化剂、渗透剂、助溶剂、溶剂中的任意一种或两种及以上。
上述技术方案中,所述的防治组合物的剂型为乳油时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:10%~40%有效成分、1%~15%的乳化剂、1~10%的渗透剂、1%~20%助溶剂和余量的溶剂。
上述技术方案中,所述的防治组合物的剂型为可溶性液剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:10%~40%有效成分、1%~15%的乳化剂、1~10%的渗透剂和余量的溶剂。
上述技术方案中,所述的乳化剂为苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯基酚聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧乙基醚、吐温系列中的任意两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。
上述技术方案中,所述的渗透剂为琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、异辛醇琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、十六烷基甜菜碱、吗啉油酸酯、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、油醇二甲基乙氨基乙基硫酸酯、二己基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、磺化琥珀酸二异辛酯钠盐、磺化琥珀酸二仲辛酯钠盐、蓖麻酸硫酸钠中的任意一种或两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。组合物中加入渗透剂,能深入杀灭孳生地干粪深处的苍蝇幼虫。
上述技术方案中,所述的助溶剂为苯甲醇、二甲基亚砜、环己酮中的任意一种。
上述技术方案中,所述的溶剂为二甲苯、三甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的任意一种。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种上述的防治组合物在苍蝇孳生地防治蝇幼虫方面的应用。
本发明的目的之三是提供一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治方法,在苍蝇孳生地的表面喷洒上述的防治组合物的稀释液,对孳生地的干粪深处的蝇幼虫进行防治。
上述技术方案中,所述孳生地为粪坑或养殖场粪堆。
上述技术方案中,所述干粪深处,指的是表面干粪层为5cm以上的区域。
上述技术方案中,所述的防治组合物的稀释液,指的是用水稀释防治组合物至有效成分浓度为200mg/L后得到的稀释液,喷洒至苍蝇孳生地干粪的表面,每平方米喷洒500g稀释液。
本发明中,所述的虱螨脲是一种昆虫几丁质合成抑制剂,通过摄入发挥作用,具有胃毒和触杀作用,摄入后幼虫不能蜕皮并停止进食,从而起到杀灭害虫的作用,还能杀卵和减少成虫产卵量。虱螨脲能够防治鳞翅目,鞘翅目,同翅目等害虫,也能应用于卫生害虫。
本发明中,所述的啶虫脒是新型烟碱类药剂,作用于昆虫神经系统突触部位的烟碱乙酰胆碱受体,干扰昆虫神经系统的刺激传导,引起神经系统通路堵塞,造成神经递质乙酰胆碱在突触部位的积累,从而导致昆虫麻痹最终死亡。
当前不同农药混配是延缓抗性产生的常见方法,通过配方筛选,得出合理配方,可有效减少用药量,降低成本,延缓害虫抗药性的产生。而虱螨脲和啶虫脒的混配防治苍蝇幼虫目前尚无报道与应用,本发明对虱螨脲和啶虫脒的混配应用研究后发现,在一定混配比例范围内,虱螨脲和啶虫脒对苍蝇幼虫的防治具有明显的增效作用,同时本发明根据苍蝇幼虫防治特点,加入了可促进药液渗透干粪孳生地的渗透剂,使得本发明混配后对苍蝇幼虫防治效果更加明显。本发明研究发现虱螨脲和啶虫脒在1:5~5:1混配比例中,显著增效。
与当前防治苍蝇幼虫技术相比,本发明根据苍蝇幼虫生活习性,选择了利于渗透于干粪孳生地的乳油和可溶性液剂剂型,加入了渗透剂促进药液渗透深入孳生地深处,施药时在苍蝇孳生地表面喷洒药液,即可渗透5cm以上干粪层,到达孳生地干粪深处对蝇幼虫起到防治效果;同时采用两种作用机理不同的杀虫组合,杀虫效果好,增效明显,可有效延缓抗药性的产生。

试验处理:制剂实例1和制剂实例4有效成分总浓度稀释到200mg/l;
对照样1:制剂实例1去除啶虫脒配制成5%虱螨脲乳油;
对照样2:制剂实例2去除虱螨脲配制成20%啶虫脒乳油;
对照样1和对照样2单剂的有效成分浓度分别稀释到200mg/l;

试验结果表明,本发明制剂实例1和制剂实例4对5cm以上干粪层的干粪孳生地深处蝇幼虫效果明显,能渗透至干粪深处杀灭蝇幼虫,蝇幼虫密度下降随试验时间下降明显,而对照组1和对照组2为单剂,蝇幼虫密度下降率低于本发明实施例,此外空白组蝇幼虫密度上升。(见表1)

试验处理:制剂实例3和制剂实例6有效成分总浓度稀释到200mg/l;
对照样5:市售10%吡丙醚乳油;
对照样6:市售5%吡丙醚+4%噻虫嗪可溶性液剂;

试验结果表明,本发明制剂实例3和制剂实例6对5cm以上干粪层的干粪孳生地深处蝇幼虫效果明显,能渗透至干粪深处杀灭蝇幼虫,蝇幼虫密度下降随试验时间下降明显,而对照组5和对照组6为市售产品,对5cm以上干粪层的干粪孳生地渗透性不强,蝇幼虫密度下降率低于本发明实施例,当喷洒至无干粪层的孳生地时,蝇幼虫密度下降率提升;此外空白组蝇幼虫密度上升。(见表3)

试验结果表明,本发明制剂实例2和制剂实例5对5cm以上干粪层的干粪孳生地深处蝇幼虫效果明显,药液喷洒在干粪层500g,即能渗透至干粪深处杀灭蝇幼虫,蝇幼虫密度下降随试验时间下降明显,而对照组5和对照组6为市售产品,对5cm以上干粪层的干粪孳生地渗透性不强,药液喷洒干粪层500g,蝇幼虫密度下降率低于本发明实施例,当加大喷洒药液至2000g时,蝇幼虫密度下降率才提升至80%以上;此外空白组蝇幼虫密度上升。(见表4)

应用实施例5:虱螨脲与啶虫脒复配对蝇幼虫共毒系数的测定
试验靶标:3龄家蝇幼虫
试验方法:在容积为300mL的白色搪瓷碗内装蝇饲料30g,配制不同浓度溶液,吸取40mL与饲料混合,静置数分钟后将50条3龄家蝇幼虫放入碗中,,观察10天后生存成虫数,本实验将不能羽化的蛹均视为死亡,计算死亡率;
数据按线性加权回归法计算半数致死浓度值及毒力回归方程,并参考孙云沛方法计算共毒系数。
试验结果表明,通过室内药效试验和计算可知,本发明的杀虫组合物经过复配后对蝇幼虫的阻碍羽化率有良好的增效作用,具体结果见表5:

如表5所示,虱螨脲与啶虫脒复配比例为1:10~10:1时,针对蝇幼虫的共毒系数均大于100,尤其当复配比例为1:5~5:1时,共毒系数超过120,有明显的增效作用。
本发明各应用实施例结果表明:①本发明提供的一种防治孳生地蝇幼虫的方法,在苍蝇孳生地干粪表面喷洒杀虫组合物,对干粪层5cm以上的孳生地干粪深处蝇幼虫即可达到防治效果,涉及的药剂渗透效果好,阻碍羽化率高,室外药效效果明显。室外药效观察,施药2天位于孳生地干粪浅层的蝇幼虫已经出现取食能力下降,行动缓慢等中毒现象,少数幼虫开始死亡,施药4天浅层幼虫基本死亡,位于干粪深处的幼虫大部分死亡,到6天孳生地苍蝇幼虫基本死亡。通过试验证明,本发明提供的渗透性强的药剂对于孳生地干粪层5cm以上的干粪蝇幼虫防治效果明显;②本发明提供的一种防治孳生地蝇幼虫的方法,涉及的药剂采用虱螨脲和啶虫脒科学混配,杀虫效果好,增效明显,可有效延缓抗药性的产生;③本发明提供的一种防治孳生地蝇幼虫的方法,组合物稀释后喷洒500g,药液即可到达干粪层5cm以上的孳生地干粪深处,杀灭深处的蝇幼虫,喷洒药液少但防效高;④本发明提供的一种防治孳生地蝇幼虫的方法,涉及的药剂见效快,室外药效结果表明对于不同龄期蝇幼虫均可达到明显的杀灭效果;⑤本发明提供的一种防治孳生地蝇幼虫的方法,广泛适用于粪坑或养殖场粪堆等苍蝇孳生地,药剂仅稀释后喷洒苍蝇孳生地表面即可,专业或非专业人员均可自行进行参考,配制、施药等防治步骤简单易懂。
上述实例只是为说明本发明的技术构思以及技术特点,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明的实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应该涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治组合物,其特征在于,由重量百分比为10%~40%的有效成分和余量的助剂复配而成;所述的有效成分为虱螨脲和啶虫脒按照1:10~10:1的重量比复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治组合物,其特征在于,所述的防治组合物的剂型为乳油或者可溶性液剂,由有效成分添加助剂后制备而成;所述的助剂为乳化剂、渗透剂、助溶剂、溶剂中的任意一种或两种及以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防治组合物,其特征在于,所述的防治组合物的剂型为乳油时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:10%~40%有效成分、1%~15%的乳化剂、1~10%的渗透剂、1%~20%助溶剂和余量的溶剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防治组合物,其特征在于,所述的防治组合物的剂型为可溶性液剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:10%~40%有效成分、1%~15%的乳化剂、1~10%的渗透剂和余量的溶剂。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的防治组合物,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂为苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯基酚聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧乙基醚、吐温系列中的任意两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物;所述的助溶剂为苯甲醇、二甲基亚砜、环己酮中的任意一种;所述的溶剂为二甲苯、三甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的防治组合物,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、异辛醇琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、十六烷基甜菜碱、吗啉油酸酯、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、油醇二甲基乙氨基乙基硫酸酯、二己基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、磺化琥珀酸二异辛酯钠盐、磺化琥珀酸二仲辛酯钠盐、蓖麻酸硫酸钠中的任意一种或两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的防治组合物在苍蝇孳生地防治蝇幼虫方面的应用。
8.一种孳生地蝇幼虫的防治方法,其特征在于,在苍蝇孳生地的干粪的表面喷洒权利要求1-6任一项所述的防治组合物的稀释液,对孳生地的干粪深处的蝇幼虫进行防治。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防治方法,其特征在于,所述孳生地为粪坑或养殖场粪堆;所述干粪深处,指的是表面干粪层为5cm以上的区域。
