Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a video verification method for obtaining a service according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a case where a user uploads a real specified video, and the method may be executed by a video verification apparatus for obtaining a service, where the video verification apparatus for obtaining a service may be implemented in a form of hardware and/or software. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, receiving video data which are uploaded by a first user when applying for service from the service platform and are recorded when the first user operation, the second user operation and the third user operation are executed on an interface of a payment application.
In this embodiment, when a first user applies for a service from a service platform, a section of video data of the first user, on which a first user operation, a second user operation, and a third user operation are performed on a designated payment application, may be photographed according to a predetermined requirement, and uploaded to the service platform as a verification material when applying for the service.
The first user can be a user who applies for obtaining the service from the service platform, such as an enterprise; the service platform may generally refer to a platform for providing a service for the first user after applying for the service for the first user, and further in this embodiment, the service platform may be a credit granting platform, and after the first user applies for the credit granting service and obtains video data of the credit granting service and passes verification, the first user is provided with the credit granting service. In this embodiment, the first user operation performed by the first user may be to display a credit score generated by relying on the payment application, the second user operation may be to display a random verification code generated by also relying on the payment application, and a random generation mode of the verification code may be preset to facilitate subsequent verification of authenticity of video data uploaded by the first user through verification of the verification code. The third user operation may be that the first user displays a homepage after the first user logs in the payment application, and the name of the first user and a picture or a character related to the first user operation displayed on the homepage after the first user operation is executed are displayed in the homepage.
And S120, respectively extracting first image data when the first user operation is executed, second image data when the second user operation is executed and third image data when the third user operation is executed from the video data.
In this embodiment, the verification of the video data uploaded by the first user is performed by extracting and verifying the state of the first user after the first user performs the first user operation, the second user operation, and the third user operation in the video data, and the verification of the complete video data is performed directly with a high difficulty.
In this embodiment, the specific steps of extracting the first image data, the second image data, and the third image data from the video data include querying a first time point where an appointment is made to perform a first user operation, a second time point where a second user operation is made to be performed, and a third time point where a third user operation is made to be performed, that is, when it is pre-agreed that the first user performs the first user operation at the first time point, performs the second user operation at the second time point, and performs the third user operation at the third time point when the video data is captured by the first user.
Then, the extraction of the plurality of image data may be completed by extracting image data at a first time point in the video data as first image data, extracting image data at a second time point in the video data as second image data, and extracting image data at a third time point in the video data as third image data.
S130, verifying whether the credit value evaluated by the first user in the payment application is displayed in the first image data or not, and obtaining a first verification result.
In this embodiment, after the first image data is obtained from the video data, it is verified whether the first image data shows a credit value obtained by evaluating each consumption or payment behavior of the first user in the payment application by the payment application, and a first verification result for the first image data is obtained according to whether the credit value is shown in the first image data.
In this embodiment, to obtain the first verification result, first, optical character recognition is performed on the first image data to obtain one or more independent first text messages, and in this embodiment, PaddleOCR may be used to perform optical character recognition on the first image data. PaddleOCR is a set of word recognition models that integrate three-phase models: text box detection, angle classification and character recognition, and finally, recognition of characters in the first image data is achieved. The interface of the payment application presented by the first image data is shown in fig. 2 and comprises a credit value display box 210, a credit score propaganda box 220 and a credit score function box 230.
After the characters of the first image data are identified and extracted based on the PaddleOCR, a credit value input by a second user to the first user and evaluated by the first user in the payment application is inquired, the second user belongs to a service platform and provides service for the first user, for example, the second user can be a role of a customer manager and the like, when the first user applies for service to a bank and the like, a service staff in the bank completes preliminary personal information entry of the first user, and the personal information can include the name of the first user, the credit value which is provided by the first user and evaluated in the payment application, and the like.
After the credit value in the input personal information is inquired, the credit value is compared with the first text information, if the credit value is the same as one of the first text information, the first verification result can be determined to be the credit value which is evaluated by the first user in the payment application and is displayed in the first image data, the first step verification of the video data is passed, and then the second step verification can be performed on the video data, namely the verification is performed on the second image data.
If the credit value is different from all the first text information, it may be determined that the first verification result is that the credit value evaluated by the first user in the payment application is not displayed in the first image data, which indicates that the video data verification fails.
S140, whether the code provided by the specified service program is displayed in the second image data is verified, and a second verification result is obtained, wherein the service program belongs to the service platform and is loaded in the payment application.
The verification of the second image data in this embodiment may be represented by verifying whether the second image data displays a code provided by a service program specified in the payment application, thereby obtaining a second verification result. The specified service program can belong to a service platform, the service platform is developed and loaded in the payment application, the first user can open the service program in the payment application, and codes provided by the service program after the first user clicks the opening are displayed in the shot video data. The second image data is shown in fig. 3 with a code region 310.
In this embodiment, when the second image data is verified, specifically, the optical character recognition is performed on the second image data to obtain one or more independent second text messages, and the optical character recognition on the second image data may also be completed by using a PaddleOCR character model suite.
And after the optical character recognition is finished, inquiring codes issued by the service platform in the payment application through the specified service program, comparing the codes with the second text information, and if the codes are the same as one of the second text information, determining that the second verification result is the codes issued by the second image data display service program in the payment application. When it is determined that the second verification result is as described above, verification of the third image data may be started to obtain a third verification result.
If the code is different from all the second text information, it may be determined that the first verification result is a code issued by the second image data non-display service program in the payment application.
S150, verifying whether a message that the first user issues the credit value in the payment application is displayed in the third image data or not, and obtaining a third verification result.
In this embodiment, when the second verification result is obtained as the code issued by the second image data display service program in the payment application, the third image data is verified, and it is checked whether the third image data displays a message indicating that the first user issues a credit value in the payment application, so as to obtain a third verification result.
The obtaining of the third verification result in this embodiment may specifically be represented as: performing optical character recognition on the third image data to obtain one or more independent third text messages, wherein the one or more independent third text messages may exist after performing optical character recognition on the third image data, because an interface of the payment application presented by the third image data will display text including the user identification of the first user and information prompting the first user that credit was issued. As shown in fig. 4, the third image data may include a user avatar 410, a user identifier 420, and a keyword area 430.
The method includes querying a user identifier uploaded by a first user when applying for a service from a service platform, where in this embodiment, the first user uploads a plurality of pieces of personal information used for consideration of whether the service platform provides the service for the first user when applying for the service from the service platform, and the personal information may include the user identifier, where in this embodiment, the user identifier may be a name of the first user, and uniquely identifies information of the first user.
In this embodiment, after the first user displays the credit value generated by the payment application to the first user in the payment application, the first user is prompted to display the credit value generated by the payment application to the first user by the first user through corresponding keywords, so that after the third image data is subjected to optical character recognition to obtain the third text information, the user identifier, the keywords and the third text information can be compared, and whether the content of the video data uploaded by the first user is the content of the first user logged in the payment application and the first user operation, the second user operation and the third user operation are executed or not is verified through the user identifier and the keywords.
After the third image data is verified, if the user identification is the same as one of the third text messages and the keyword is the same as the other third text message, determining that the third verification result is a message which displays the credit value issued by the first user in the payment application in the third image data, and the other third text message is the third text message except the third text message which is the same as the user identification;
and if the user identification or the key word is different from the third text information, determining that the third verification result is that the third image data does not display the user identification or the key word.
And S160, identifying the authenticity of the video data according to the first verification result, the second verification result and the third verification result.
In this embodiment, the first verification result is to verify the credit value presented in the video data and evaluated by the payment application of the first user, and to check whether the credit value uploaded by the first user in advance is real; the second verification result is that the code provided by the service program in the payment application is verified, whether the first user finishes the appointed second user operation in the payment application is checked according to whether the code extracted after the optical character recognition is consistent with the code issued by the service program in the payment application, and therefore the authenticity of the video data is preliminarily judged; in this embodiment, the third verification result is to verify whether the video data has a false condition such as splicing or the like according to the characteristics of the payment application, in this embodiment, the payment application may display a keyword that the first user has performed the first user operation when the first user performs the third user operation, that is, when the first user displays a personal homepage in the payment application, the corresponding personal homepage further displays a user identifier, and when the third verification result is that the keyword and the user identifier that can be matched with the third text information are displayed, it is indicated that the video data uploaded by the first user is indeed the user who has logged in the payment application and completed shooting, and whether the first user performs the first user operation is verified, so that the authenticity of the video data is improved.
Therefore, in this embodiment, if all the first verification results are satisfied that the first image data shows the credit value evaluated by the first user in the payment application, the second verification result shows the code provided by the specified service program in the second image data, and the third verification result shows the message that the first user issues the credit value in the payment application in the third image data, it is determined that the video data is authentic;
and if the first verification result is not completely met, the first image data shows the credit value evaluated by the first user in the payment application, the second verification result shows the code provided by the specified service program in the second image data, and the third verification result shows the message that the first user issues the credit value in the payment application in the third image data, the video data is determined to be false.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the video data are confirmed to be real through the steps, the video data can be uploaded to the manual checking channel again, the judgment errors possibly caused by the automatic program checking are reduced through the manual checking, and the success rate of the first user for obtaining the service is improved.
In this embodiment, the manual review of the video data with the real verification result is performed by pushing the video data to a third user in the service platform, where the third user is used to verify the credit value in the message of the first user in the payment application, and in this embodiment, the third user may be a reviewer provided by the service platform and different from the second user, and in the manual review process, the third user may check the video data uploaded to the manual review channel according to various information input by the second user to the platform when the first user applies for the service.
In this embodiment, if the uploaded video data are respectively determined to be real by the program after the first user applies for the service to the service platform, and the manual review also determines that the video data uploaded by the first user passes the verification, it may be determined that the service applied by the first user to the service platform is provided for the first user. For example, the first user may apply for a credit granting service to the service platform, and after uploading specified video data according to a rule, the first user may be granted credit through program and manual verification.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when a first user applies for service to the service platform, videos recorded when the first user respectively executes first user operation, second user operation and third user operation on an interface of a payment application are received, first image data, second image data and third image data corresponding to the user operation are extracted, then the image data are verified according to different characteristics of the image data when different user operations are executed, and finally the authenticity of the video is determined based on the verification result, so that the situations that the first user uploads false video to obtain service when applying for service to the service platform and the like are effectively prevented, the risk of the service platform for providing service for the first user is reduced, and the loss possibly caused by providing service for the first user based on the false video is reduced. Meanwhile, according to the embodiment of the invention, the videos uploaded by the first user are automatically inspected according to different characteristics of the videos presented at different times after the first user performs operations such as the operation of the appointed first user, compared with the method of manually verifying the authenticity of the videos, the method saves the labor, improves the inspection efficiency and reduces the inspection errors caused by human factors.
