Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring video data through at least one monitoring device;
identifying the video data to obtain the time that the teller leaves the operation terminal is greater than a time threshold value, and then obtaining the screen state information of the operation terminal;
and if the operation terminal is in the unlocked screen state, generating reminding information.

if two persons exist, whether the other person avoids the garage door when one person opens the garage door or not (the direction of the other person is opposite to that of the person opening the garage door) is judged according to the video data, and if the other person and the person opening the garage door are the same in direction and face one side of the garage door, the video data are intercepted and stored.
Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring video data through at least one monitoring device;
judging whether a service person plays a mobile phone or not according to the video data;
and if the service personnel play the mobile phone, intercepting the video data for storage.
In a specific example, an embodiment of the present invention provides a banking service video storage and sharing system based on a website security video recording device, including: the system comprises a network monitoring module, a data processing module, an information management module and an external interface module. Wherein:
the network monitoring module is used for acquiring video data;
the data processing module is used for acquiring source data of various service systems, analyzing and matching the source data by combining various configuration information in the system, issuing various task instructions to network equipment, and recording video files for differentiated storage;
the external interface module is used for receiving a video acquisition request of an external system and issuing illegal video information.

Acquiring data matching of the network violation videos: after the business data is put in a storage, the source data are associated and matched with real-time monitoring data (such as the number of people appearing in a certain area in a certain period of time) reported by a network point video analysis module in the system, so as to obtain intercepting requirements and storage requirements of the video file, wherein the source data can be: operating terminal screen state information, or business transaction data, etc.
And a task management unit 2003 for generating a video capture task according to the capture request and the storage request of the video file. And after receiving the information that the video file is uploaded successfully, calling the storage service of the video system according to the effective range, the storage requirement and the like configured in the business scene table to perform differential storage of the video file, and updating the task state at the same time.
And the task issuing unit 2004 is configured to, according to the mechanism and the camera information of each task, intercept the file and issue the file intercepted task to the corresponding website monitoring and video recording device.
The information management module 103 is used for providing a management page, a configuration page and an inquiry page for business and technical personnel, and can conveniently manage network cameras and security video equipment accessed to the system, configure requirements of various business scenes on video storage, find and store problematic videos, manage video interception tasks, look up videos stored in the system and the like. The specific module implementation refers to fig. 6 and the detailed description:
the device information management unit 3001: the network point cameras, the monitoring video equipment, the video analysis equipment and the like which are accessed to the system are managed, and the relationship between the cameras and the service scene and the physical place, the relationship between the network point equipment and the mechanism and the like can be maintained.
The service information management unit 3002: and the service personnel can determine the video record storage position, rule effective time, rule failure time, associated service/equipment and other information required to be acquired by various scenes according to actual requirements. The data processing module matches the configurations with the service source data and the website video analysis information to generate a video interception task.
The task information management unit 3003: the system manages various tasks issued to the network monitoring video equipment and the video analysis equipment, can inquire the task state, find the problems of the network equipment or the camera head end in time, and resend the tasks which are processed abnormally.
The video information management unit 3004: various intercepted business videos are stored and consulted in a differentiated mode, and operators can conveniently conduct back supervision work. And real-time videos of the network point cameras or historical videos stored in the network point security video equipment in a short term can be consulted in real time, so that business personnel can conveniently find the determined network point cameras by using the function, select video sections needing to be checked to check in real time and judge whether business risks exist. If the service personnel find that the service risk exists in the real-time stream or duration stream searching process, the label information and the storage requirement of the video can be filled, and a video intercepting task is submitted.
The external interface module 104, as shown in fig. 7:
recording acquisition request receiving section 4001: receiving video file acquisition requests of other systems through an enterprise service bus, analyzing whether the files are stored in the system, if the corresponding video files are not stored in the system, generating an intercepting task, and intercepting and storing videos; if the system stores the corresponding video file, the video file is not repeatedly intercepted, and the file storage information is returned to the service system.
Violation video information release unit 4002: and issuing the analyzed illegal video information to other systems through an enterprise service bus.
The embodiment of the invention establishes a unified service video data storage management platform by utilizing security monitoring equipment of bank outlets, supports differential storage according to service types, provides flexible and various video access modes, provides shared video access service for other service systems, and also provides video data support for online behavior analysis of online customers, personnel compliance behavior analysis and the like.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the service scene type corresponding to the service scene identification is obtained; determining the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted and a camera mark according to the service scene type and the service scene mark; determining target monitoring equipment according to the camera identification; sending the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted to the target monitoring equipment so that the target monitoring equipment can determine target video data according to the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted; the target video data are received and stored, so that the problem that historical data are difficult to backtrack due to the fact that the monitoring video data are stored in a rolling mode in the monitoring device is solved, the problem that the service value of the monitoring video data cannot be played due to the fact that the monitoring video data are split from the service information is solved, effective video data can be reserved, and the service value of the video data can be played.
Example two
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment may be applicable to the monitoring situation, the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the apparatus may be integrated in any device providing a monitoring function, as shown in fig. 8, where the monitoring apparatus specifically includes: an obtaining module 210, a first determining module 220, a second determining module 230, a sending module 240, and a receiving module 250.
The acquisition module is used for acquiring the service scene type corresponding to the service scene identifier;
the first determining module is used for determining the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted and the camera identification according to the service scene type and the service scene identification;
the second determining module is used for determining target monitoring equipment according to the camera identification;
the sending module is used for sending the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted to the target monitoring equipment so that the target monitoring equipment can determine target video data according to the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted;
and the receiving module is used for receiving the target video data and storing the target video data.
The product can execute the method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

EXAMPLE III
FIG. 9 illustrates a schematic diagram of an electronic device 10 that may be used to implement embodiments of the present invention. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital assistants, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices (e.g., helmets, glasses, watches, etc.), and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the inventions described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 10 includes at least one processor 11, and a memory communicatively connected to the at least one processor 11, such as a Read Only Memory (ROM)12, a Random Access Memory (RAM)13, and the like, wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor, and the processor 11 may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to the computer program stored in the Read Only Memory (ROM)12 or the computer program loaded from the storage unit 18 into the Random Access Memory (RAM) 13. In the RAM 13, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 10 can also be stored. The processor 11, the ROM 12, and the RAM 13 are connected to each other via a bus 14. An input/output (I/O) interface 15 is also connected to bus 14.
A number of components in the electronic device 10 are connected to the I/O interface 15, including: an input unit 16 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 17 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 18 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 19 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 19 allows the electronic device 10 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The processor 11 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of processor 11 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various processors running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, or the like. The processor 11 performs the various methods and processes described above, such as the monitoring method.
In some embodiments, the monitoring method may be implemented as a computer program tangibly embodied in a computer-readable storage medium, such as storage unit 18. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 10 via the ROM 12 and/or the communication unit 19. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 13 and executed by the processor 11, one or more steps of the monitoring method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the processor 11 may be configured to perform the monitoring method by any other suitable means (e.g. by means of firmware):
acquiring a service scene type corresponding to the service scene identifier;
determining the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted and a camera mark according to the service scene type and the service scene mark;
determining target monitoring equipment according to the camera identification;
sending the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted to the target monitoring equipment so that the target monitoring equipment determines target video data according to the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted;
and receiving the target video data and storing the target video data.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
A computer program for implementing the methods of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These computer programs may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the computer programs, when executed by the processor, cause the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks to be performed. A computer program can execute entirely on a machine, partly on a machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on a machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on a remote machine or server.
In the context of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a computer program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. A computer readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be a machine readable signal medium. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on an electronic device having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the electronic device. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), blockchain networks, and the internet.
The computing system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present invention may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and are not limited herein as long as the desired results of the technical solution of the present invention can be achieved.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Claims (12)

1. A method of monitoring, comprising:
acquiring a service scene type corresponding to the service scene identification;
determining the start time of the video to be intercepted, the end time of the video to be intercepted and a camera identification according to the service scene type and the service scene identification;
determining target monitoring equipment according to the camera identification;
sending the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted to the target monitoring equipment so that the target monitoring equipment determines target video data according to the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted;
and receiving the target video data and storing the target video data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the start time of the video to be captured, the end time of the video to be captured, and the camera id according to the service scene type and the service scene id comprises:
if the service scene type is not a transaction type, determining first service scene information according to the service scene identifier, wherein the first service scene information comprises: the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted and the camera identification.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the service scene type is the transaction type, determining second service scene information according to the service scene identifier, wherein the second service scene information comprises: video interception rule information and a target transaction type;
if queuing and calling information is acquired according to the video interception rule information, determining a camera identifier according to the queuing and calling information, wherein the queuing and calling information comprises: at least one teller identifier, the time of the customer on the cabinet corresponding to the at least one teller identifier and the time of the customer off the cabinet corresponding to the at least one teller identifier;
determining a target transaction identifier according to the at least one teller identifier and the target transaction type;
correspondingly, sending the start time of the video to be captured and the end time of the video to be captured to the target monitoring device, so that the target monitoring device determines target video data according to the start time of the video to be captured and the end time of the video to be captured, including:
and sending the target transaction identifier, the target transaction type, the customer on-cabinet time corresponding to the at least one teller identifier and the customer off-cabinet time corresponding to the at least one teller identifier to the target monitoring equipment, so that the target monitoring equipment determines target video data according to the target transaction identifier, the target transaction type, the customer on-cabinet time corresponding to the at least one teller identifier and the customer off-cabinet time corresponding to the at least one teller identifier.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining the camera id according to the queuing number information comprises:
acquiring an operation terminal identifier corresponding to the at least one teller identifier;
and determining the camera identification according to the operation terminal identification.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the queuing and calling information is not acquired according to the video interception rule information, determining the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted and teller operation information according to the video interception rule information;
determining an operation terminal identifier according to the teller operation information;
determining a camera identification according to the operation terminal identification;
acquiring a target transaction identifier according to the target transaction type;
correspondingly, sending the start time of the video to be captured and the end time of the video to be captured to the target monitoring device, so that the target monitoring device determines target video data according to the start time of the video to be captured and the end time of the video to be captured, including:
and sending the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted, the target transaction type and the target transaction identifier to the target monitoring equipment, so that the target monitoring equipment determines target video data according to the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted, the target transaction type and the target transaction identifier.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the first service scenario information further comprises: an effective time range;
correspondingly, determining the target monitoring device according to the camera identification comprises:
acquiring current time;
and if the current time is within the effective time range, determining target monitoring equipment according to the camera identification.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the first service scenario information further comprises: storing time of a video to be intercepted;
correspondingly, the storing the target video data comprises the following steps:
and storing the target video data according to the storage time of the video to be intercepted.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring video data through at least one monitoring device;
identifying the video data to obtain the time that the teller leaves the operation terminal is greater than a time threshold value, and then obtaining the screen state information of the operation terminal;
and if the operation terminal is in the unlocked screen state, generating reminding information.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring business transaction data, wherein the business transaction data comprises: a transaction time;
acquiring video data through at least one monitoring device;
and if the video data is identified, people around the operation terminal within the preset time before the transaction time and/or people around the operation terminal within the preset time after the transaction time are obtained, generating reminding information.
10. A monitoring device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the service scene type corresponding to the service scene identifier;
the first determining module is used for determining the starting time of the video to be intercepted, the ending time of the video to be intercepted and the camera identification according to the service scene type and the service scene identification;
the second determining module is used for determining target monitoring equipment according to the camera identification;
the sending module is used for sending the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted to the target monitoring equipment so that the target monitoring equipment can determine target video data according to the starting time of the video to be intercepted and the ending time of the video to be intercepted;
and the receiving module is used for receiving the target video data and storing the target video data.
11. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the monitoring method of any one of claims 1-9.
12. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a processor to perform the monitoring method of any one of claims 1-9 when executed.
