Referring to fig. 1-4, according to one embodiment of the present application, a vehicle outside handle assembly is provided. The vehicle outer handle assembly comprises an outer handle 101, a handle base 102 and a signal switch 103, wherein the outer handle 101 is rotatably connected with the handle base 102; the signal switch 103 is disposed between the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102; in the case where the outer handle 101 is in the first position, the signal switch 103 is open; when the outer handle 101 is located at the second position, the outer handle 101 is rotated by a predetermined angle in a predetermined direction from the first position relative to the handle base 102 and the signal switch 103 is turned on; in a state where the signal switch 103 is turned on, the signal switch 103 is configured to transmit a door opening signal to a door of the vehicle.
In the vehicle outside handle assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application, by providing the signal switch 103 between the outside handle 101 and the handle base 102, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the outside handle 101 is located at the first position, the outside handle 101 can be considered to be in the initial state, and the signal switch 103 is in the off state; when the door of the vehicle needs to be controlled to be unlocked through the outer handle 101, the outer handle 101 is rotated by a predetermined angle relative to the handle base 102 according to a predetermined direction to reach a second position, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the signal switch 103 is triggered and opened, and at this time, the signal switch 103 sends a door opening signal to the door of the vehicle, so that the purpose of opening the door is achieved. The vehicle outer handle assembly provided by the embodiment of the application does not need to be provided with a link mechanism with a complex structure, and when the vehicle outer handle assembly is used, an operator can unlock a vehicle door only by pulling the outer handle 101 to trigger the signal switch 103 to be opened; the vehicle outer handle assembly is simple in structure, easy to operate in the installation process and convenient to disassemble and overhaul.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, further, the outer handle 101 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, and a first connecting portion 1011 is disposed on the outer handle 101 near the first end; the handle base 102 has a third end and a fourth end which are opposite to each other, a second connecting portion 1021 is arranged on the handle base 102 near the third end, and the first connecting portion 1011 is rotatably connected with the second connecting portion 1021.
In this specific example, the outer handle 101 is rotatably connected to the handle base 102 at a position near one end; specifically, alternatively, the first connection portion 1011 of the outer handle 101 and the second connection portion 1021 of the handle base 102 may be rotatably connected through a rotating shaft, which is simple and can realize flexible rotation.
In one embodiment, further, the signal switch 103 is disposed near the first connection portion 1011 and the second connection portion 1021; the signal switch 103 is connected to one of the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102, and when the outer handle 101 rotates relative to the handle base 102, the signal switch 103 is pressed and turned on by the other of the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102.
In this particular example, the signal switch 103 is disposed near the location where the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102 are rotated, which is advantageous to ensure that the signal switch 103 can be activated efficiently when the outer handle 101 is rotated relative to the handle base 102. Alternatively, the signal switch 103 may be fixed with the outer handle 101 and press-activated by the handle base 102, in which case the activation portion of the signal switch 103 is disposed facing the handle base 102; it is also possible that the signal switch 103 is fixed with the handle base 102 and is press-activated by the outer handle 101, in which case the activation portion of the signal switch 103 is disposed facing the outer handle 101. As long as the on signal switch 103 can be triggered during the rotation of the outer handle 101 with respect to the handle base 102.
In one embodiment, further, the signal switch 103 is connected to the outer handle 101, and when the outer handle 101 rotates relative to the handle base 102, the signal switch 103 is pressed and turned on by the handle base 102.
In this specific example, the signal switch 103 is fixed to the outer handle 101, and the trigger portion of the signal switch 103 is disposed facing the handle base 102. When the outer handle 101 is in the first position of the initial state, the signal switch 103 is not in contact with the handle base 102, and a gap exists between the signal switch 103 and the handle base 102; when the outer handle 101 is rotated relative to the handle base 102 and reaches the second position, the trigger portion of the signal switch 103 contacts the handle base 102, and the handle base 102 presses the trigger portion of the signal switch 103 to turn on the signal switch 103. Since the handle base 102 is fixed and the outer handle 101 rotates relative to the handle base 102 between the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102, the above-mentioned manner of disposing the signal switch 103 can be more advantageous to ensure that the signal switch 103 is effectively pressed to be turned on.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, further, a third connecting portion 1012 is disposed on the outer handle 101 near the second end, a fourth connecting portion 1022 is disposed on the handle base 102 near the fourth end, and the third connecting portion 1012 is in matching connection with the fourth connecting portion 1022.
In this specific example, the end of the outer handle 101 away from the signal switch 103 is connected to the handle base 102 by the third connecting portion 1012 and the fourth connecting portion 1022 in a mating manner, such as mating insertion or clipping, so as to ensure that the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102 can be reliably connected when the outer handle 101 is in the first position.
In one embodiment, an elastic restoring member is disposed between the third connecting portion 1012 and the fourth connecting portion 1022.
In a specific example, the fourth connecting portion 1022 may be a rocker arm, the elastic restoring member may be a torsion spring, for example, and the torsion spring is fixed to the rocker arm, and the third connecting portion 1012 may be a hook connected to one end of the torsion spring. When the outer handle 101 rotates from the first position to the second position, the hook pulls the torsion spring, and the torsion spring is elastically deformed; when the outer handle 101 returns from the second position to the first position, the torsion spring is elastically restored.
In one embodiment, further, when the outer handle 101 is switched from the second position to the first position, the signal switch 103 is switched from an on state to an off state.
In this specific example, the signal switch 103 is triggered to be turned on when the external force is applied, and when the external force is removed, the signal switch 103 does not maintain the on state, and the signal switch 103 is switched from the on state to the off state. Therefore, when the operator releases the outer handle 101 after opening the door, the outer handle 101 is switched from the second position to the first position, the signal switch 103 is no longer under pressure, and thus the signal switch 103 is turned off and no door opening signal is sent. Specifically, alternatively, the signal switch 103 may be a micro switch, and further specifically, the trigger portion of the signal switch may be a trigger portion having an elastic restoring force, and the trigger portion is restored to the off state by the elastic restoring force after the external force applied to the trigger portion is removed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, a gap 104 is further formed between the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102, and the gap 104 is located between the first end and the second end.
In this particular example, the gap portions 104 are formed inwardly relative to each other at a position approximately midway between the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102, and the gap portions 104 can facilitate the operator to hold the outer handle 101 with his hand to rotate the outer handle 101.
According to another embodiment of the present application, there is provided a vehicle unlocking system comprising the outside handle assembly as described above, further comprising an electronic control unit and a door drive mechanism; the signal switch 103 is electrically connected with the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit is electrically connected with the vehicle door driving mechanism.
In the vehicle unlocking system provided by the embodiment of the application, the signal switch 103 is specifically electrically connected with the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit is further electrically connected with the vehicle door driving mechanism, so that the vehicle door is unlocked through a door opening signal sent by the signal switch 103 after being opened. The vehicle unlocking system is simple in structure, easy to operate in the installation process and convenient to disassemble and overhaul.
In one embodiment, further, the outer handle 101 rotates from the first position to the second position and the signal switch 103 switches from an off state to an on state; the signal switch 103 sends out a first electric signal; the electronic control unit receives the first electric signal and sends a second electric signal, and the vehicle door driving mechanism receives the second electric signal and controls the vehicle door of the vehicle to open.
In this specific example, the specific process of controlling the opening of the vehicle door through the outer handle 101 is as follows: when the outer handle 101 is rotated by a predetermined angle, such as 10 ° counterclockwise, from the first position in the initial state to the second position, the signal switch 103 installed between the outer handle 101 and the handle base 102 is triggered to be turned on by pressure, specifically, the signal switch 103 connected to the outer handle 101 is rotated toward the handle base 102 until the signal switch 103 contacts the handle base 102, and the handle base 102 applies pressure to the signal switch 103 to trigger the signal switch 103 to be turned on; the signal switch 103, when opened, sends a first electrical signal that is received by the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit sends a second electrical signal that is received by the door drive mechanism, which in turn controls the door of the vehicle to open. The unlocking process does not need to depend on a traditional connecting rod mechanism, and is simple and direct.
According to yet another embodiment of the present application, there is provided a vehicle including the vehicle unlocking system as described above. It will be appreciated that the vehicle outer handle assembly is mounted to a door of a vehicle, with the outer handle 101 mounted to the outside of the door and the handle base 102 mounted to the inside of the door.
In the above embodiments, the differences between the embodiments are described in emphasis, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as the differences are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in consideration of brevity of the text.
Although some specific embodiments of the present application have been described in detail by way of example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. The scope of the application is defined by the appended claims.
