Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the stroller of the present invention includes a stroller frame 1, a front wheel assembly 2 disposed at a bottom front portion of the stroller frame 1, and a rear wheel assembly 3 disposed at a bottom rear portion of the stroller frame 1.
The stroller frame 1 includes a main frame 11, a push handle 12 provided at a rear upper portion of the main frame 11, and a front fork 13 provided at a bottom front portion of the main frame 11. The front wheel assembly 2 is provided on the front fork 13, and the rear wheel assembly 3 is provided at the bottom rear portion of the main frame 11.
The front wheel assembly 2 has a steering function, so that when the stroller is pushed to use, the stroller can automatically steer without pressing down the pushing handle 12 to lift the front wheel assembly 2, time and labor are saved, and the stroller is convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the front wheel assembly 2 includes an axle 21, a steering member 22, and front wheels 23. The wheel axle 21 is fixedly arranged on the front fork 13, the steering member 22 is rotatably connected with the wheel axle 21 through a first shaft 211, and the front wheel 23 is rotatably connected with the steering member 22 through a second shaft 24. The first shaft 211 extends in the vertical direction, and the second shaft 24 extends in the horizontal direction.
During normal travel of the stroller, the front wheels 23 rotate about the second axis 24 relative to the steering member 22, the wheel axle 21 and the stroller frame 1. When the steering member 22 rotates leftwards or rightwards relative to the wheel axle 21 and the stroller frame 1 around the first shaft 211, the front wheel 23 can be driven to synchronously rotate leftwards or rightwards relative to the wheel axle 21 and the stroller frame 1, so that the left or right steering action of the stroller is realized.
Specifically, the wheel axle 21 includes a lateral shaft 212, the lateral shaft 212 extends in the left-right direction, the lateral shaft 212 is fixedly connected to the front fork 13, and the first shaft 211 is fixedly provided on the lateral shaft 212. In this embodiment, the stroller is a tricycle, the front wheel assembly 2 is disposed at the bottom middle portion of the stroller frame 1, and the first shaft 211 is fixedly disposed at the middle portion in the left-right direction of the lateral shaft 212 and is located at the front side portion or the rear side portion of the lateral shaft 212.
The steering member 22 is provided with a receiving cavity 221 matched with the first shaft 211, and the first shaft 211 is rotatably arranged in the receiving cavity 221.
In this embodiment, the steering member 22 has a disc-shaped structure, the front wheel 23 has a hub 231, and the hub 231 of the front wheel 23 is sleeved outside the steering member 22, i.e. the steering member 22 is accommodated in the inner ring of the hub 231. The axis of the second shaft 24, the axis of the steering member 22, and the axis of the front wheel 23 are collinear.
The axis of the cross shaft 212 may extend in the same linear direction as the axis of the second shaft 24, as shown in fig. 13 and 14.
Alternatively, the axis of the horizontal shaft 212 and the axis of the second shaft 24 may be offset by a predetermined distance and arranged in parallel, as shown in fig. 15 to 18.
Alternatively, the axis of the transverse shaft 212 may obliquely intersect the axis of the second shaft 24.
The axis of the first shaft 211 may be perpendicular to the road surface on which the stroller travels, as shown in fig. 13-16. The axis of the first shaft 211 may also be arranged to intersect the surface of the child stroller on an inclined angle, as shown in fig. 17 and 18.
Preferably, the axis of the first shaft 211 is perpendicular to the axis of the transverse shaft 212.
The left and right ends of the cross shaft 212 are fixedly connected to the front fork 13. Specifically, the lateral shaft 212 has coupling portions 212a at both left and right ends thereof, the front fork 13 has bayonets 131 fitted to the coupling portions 212a, and the coupling portions 212a are positioned in the bayonets 131 so that the lateral shaft 212 cannot rotate relative to the front fork 13 when the front wheel 23 rotates.
In this embodiment, the connecting portion 212a is a milled plane provided on both upper and lower sides of the end portion of the cross shaft 212, and both upper and lower sides of the bayonet 131 can be engaged with the milled plane on the corresponding side, so that the cross shaft 212 cannot rotate relative to the front fork 13 by the engagement between the bayonet 131 and the milled planes on both upper and lower sides.
The front wheel assembly 2 further comprises a bearing 25 arranged between the steering member 22 and the first shaft 211, the bearing 25 also being housed in a housing cavity 221 of the steering member 22. Through the arrangement of the bearing 25, the friction of the steering member 22 during rotation around the first shaft 211 is reduced, the steering member 22 can rotate more flexibly, and the steering operation of the baby stroller can be realized more easily.
In one embodiment, the inner circumferential surface of the hub 231 of the front wheel 23 can be directly abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the steering member 22. In this arrangement, the steering member 22 is the second shaft 24, when the stroller travels normally, the front wheel 23 rotates relative to the steering member 22, and since the inner peripheral surface of the hub 231 is always in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the steering member 22, friction between the inner peripheral surface of the hub 231 and the outer peripheral surface of the steering member 22 is relatively large, and the rotation of the front wheel 23 relative to the steering member 22 is not particularly flexible, which affects the traveling speed of the stroller.
Preferably, the front wheel assembly 2 further includes a roller 26 rotatably disposed on the steering member 22, and the roller 26 is provided in plurality at intervals in the circumferential direction of the steering member 22. The outer circumference of each roller 26 is tangent to the inner circumference of the hub 231, and there is a small gap between the inner circumference of the hub 231 and the outer circumference of the steering member 22, that is, the inner circumference of the hub 231 is only in line contact with the outer circumference of each roller 26. This reduces the frictional resistance of the front wheel 23 during rotation, and the front wheel 23 rotates more flexibly relative to the steering member 22, so as to increase the traveling speed of the stroller and facilitate the use of the stroller during running.
The stroller of this embodiment is preferably a treadmill, the axle 21 and the steering member 22 are stationary relative to the stroller frame 1, and the front wheels 23 rotate about the second axle 24 relative to the steering member 22 to allow the stroller to travel normally, as shown in fig. 2-4.
When the stroller needs to turn left during traveling, the handle 12 is held to apply a force to the stroller in the left direction, the steering member 22 rotates left around the first shaft 211 relative to the wheel axle 21 to drive the front wheel 23 to rotate left around the first shaft 211 synchronously, and the stroller can turn left as shown in fig. 5 to 7.
When the stroller needs to turn right during traveling, the handle 12 is held to apply a force to the stroller in the right direction, the steering member 22 rotates right around the first shaft 211 relative to the wheel axle 21 to drive the front wheel 23 to rotate right around the first shaft 211 synchronously, and the stroller can turn right as shown in fig. 8-10.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
