Abstract
The invention provides a matching structure of a front carpet assembly, a front floor and a sub-instrument panel, which comprises the front carpet assembly, the front floor and the sub-instrument panel, wherein the front carpet assembly comprises a plane part and a slope part, the slope part of the front carpet assembly is tightly attached to a slope of a middle channel of the front floor, the slope part of the front carpet assembly comprises a PU (polyurethane) foaming layer, an EPP (expanded polypropylene) foaming layer and a fabric layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, and the lower end of the sub-instrument panel is tightly pressed on the slope part of the front carpet assembly. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the front carpet assembly is tightly attached to the channel metal plate in the front floor, the surface is flat, no wave and no warp exist, and the sensing quality is improved; the front carpet assembly is in contact fit with the lower end edge of the auxiliary instrument board without leaving the air.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a front carpet assembly, and more particularly, to a matching structure of a front carpet assembly with a front floor and a sub-dashboard.
Background
The traditional front carpet assembly has the defects of profile deformation and unevenness caused by stacking, transportation and assembly folding in a channel area in a front floor due to insufficient strength, and the front carpet assembly is large in fit clearance with the lower end edge of an auxiliary instrument panel and is easy to have a hollow structure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a matching structure of a front carpet assembly, a front floor and a sub-dashboard.
The invention provides a matching structure of a front carpet assembly, a front floor and a sub-instrument panel, which comprises the front carpet assembly, the front floor and the sub-instrument panel, wherein the front carpet assembly comprises a plane part and a slope part, the slope part of the front carpet assembly is tightly attached to a slope of a middle channel of the front floor, the slope part of the front carpet assembly comprises a PU (polyurethane) foaming layer, an EPP (expanded polypropylene) foaming layer and a fabric layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, and the lower end of the sub-instrument panel is tightly pressed on the slope part of the front carpet assembly.
As a further improvement of the present invention, a lower end of the sub dash panel is provided with a bent portion bent toward the center tunnel of the front floor.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the lower edge of the bent portion and the slope portion of the front carpet assembly are in Y-direction interference fit.
As a further improvement of the invention, the lower edge of the bending part is matched with the slope part of the front carpet assembly in a Y-direction interference mode of 3.0 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by the scheme, the front carpet assembly is tightly attached to the channel metal plate in the front floor, the surface is smooth, no wave and no warp exist, and the sensing quality is improved; the front carpet assembly is in contact fit with the lower end edge of the auxiliary instrument board without leaving the air.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a matching structure of a front carpet assembly, a front floor and a console panel comprises a front carpet assembly 1, a front floor 2 and a console panel 3, wherein the front carpet assembly 1 comprises a plane portion 11 and a slope portion 12, the slope portion 12 of the front carpet assembly 1 is closely attached to a slope 22 of a central channel 21 of the front floor 2, the slope portion 12 of the front carpet assembly 1 comprises a PU (polyurethane) foam layer 121, an EPP (foamed polypropylene) foam layer 122 and a fabric layer 123 which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, and a lower end of the console panel 3 is pressed against the slope portion 12 of the front carpet assembly 1.
The lower end of the sub dash panel 3 is provided with a bent portion 31 bent toward the center tunnel 21 of the front floor 2.
The lower edge of the bent portion 31 and the slope portion 12 of the front carpet assembly 1 are in a Y-direction (left-right direction of the vehicle) interference fit, i.e. horizontally facing the middle channel 21 direction of the front floor 2, preferably in a Y-direction interference fit of 3.0 mm.
The front carpet assembly 1 is embedded with an EPP at two sides of the matching area of the auxiliary instrument panel 3 to form an EPP foaming layer 122, and the problems of deformation and unevenness of the molded surface of the carpet caused by insufficient strength are solved due to high EPP compression strength and small compression permanent deformation.
In addition, EPP is foamed well in advance, and is pre-embedded into a PU foaming mould when PU of the carpet is foamed subsequently, so that the process defects of insufficient PU foaming density and insufficient foaming at the position are effectively overcome. Meanwhile, the EPP plays a good supporting role for the carpet, and the lower end edge of the auxiliary instrument board is interfered with the carpet in the Y direction by 3.0mm, so that the carpet is ensured to be matched with the auxiliary instrument board without leaving.
Since EPP density (22.5 kg/m) is much less than PU foaming (60 kg/m) when carrying out thin and long-term harvest, the weight of the carpet is effectively reduced. In addition, EPP belongs to compact foaming, and compared with PU loose-hole foaming, the sound insulation effect is achieved to a certain extent, and the NVH performance is improved to a certain extent.
The invention provides a matching structure of a front carpet assembly, a front floor and a sub-dashboard, which has the following improvements:
1. the front carpet assembly is embedded with an EPP foaming material at the middle channel, and the characteristics of high compression strength and small compression permanent deformation of the EPP foam are utilized to support the molded surface of the carpet, so that the problem that the carpet is easy to deform is solved, and the carpet is attached to the middle channel of the front floor;
2. the matching structure of the front carpet assembly and the auxiliary instrument panel is adjusted from fillet matching to the mode that the carpet inclined plane is in line contact with the edge of the auxiliary instrument panel, so that the problem of overlarge visual gap caused by fillet matching is solved, and the appearance perception quality is improved;
3. interference between the fabric layer of the front carpet assembly and the edge of the bottom of the auxiliary instrument panel is designed locally, so that parts are prevented from leaving empty after assembly;
4. EPP foaming density (22.5 kg/m) is lower than PU foaming density (60 kg/m) and is beneficial to weight reduction of the whole vehicle.

2. The matching structure of front carpet assembly with front floor and sub dashboard according to claim 1, wherein: and the lower end of the auxiliary instrument board is provided with a bending part which is bent towards the middle channel of the front floor.
3. The matching structure of the front carpet assembly with the front floor and the sub dashboard as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the lower edge of the bending part is in Y-direction interference fit with the slope part of the front carpet assembly.
4. The matching structure of the front carpet assembly with the front floor and the sub dashboard of claim 3, wherein: the lower edge of the bending part is matched with the slope part of the front carpet assembly in a Y-direction interference mode by 3.0 mm.
