The second connection chamber 527 is provided with a first check valve 7a, the third connection chamber 528 is provided with a second check valve 7b, the first check valve 7a allows fluid to flow only from the third sliding cavity 523 to the first sliding cavity 521, and the second check valve 7b allows fluid to flow only from the outside of the case 52 to the third sliding cavity 523. The first check valve 7a and the second check valve 7b are of the same type or only of different sizes, and mainly include a valve core, an end cover capable of being in tangential fit with the valve core, a spring, a sealing gasket and other parts, which are mainly used for ensuring that the first check valve 7a only allows fluid to flow from the third sliding cavity 523 to the first sliding cavity 521, and the second check valve 7b only allows fluid to flow from the outside of the box 52 to the third sliding cavity 523.
The third connecting chamber 528 penetrates the case 52, and the sealed pipe is externally connected with liquid lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil is transported from the third connecting chamber 528.
After the polishing of the crater is finished, the box body 52 and the upper positioning plate 53 are lifted. At this time, the first slide guide 531 is no longer urged upward, and it is displaced downward by the cushion spring 62 and its own weight. At this time, the third sliding guide post 533 is also displaced downward until the cavity formed by the second inner groove portion 5312 and the case 52 (i.e., a portion of the first sliding cavity 521) corresponds to the first connecting chamber 525, the case outlet chamber 526, and the second connecting chamber 527. At this time, as the cavity in the third sliding cavity 523 becomes larger, the inside of the third sliding cavity 523 becomes negative pressure, so that the valve core of the second check valve 7b moves to the right to open oil; the spool of the first check valve 7a moves left, but moves right again to open under the pressure of the subsequent lubricating oil, so that the second connecting chamber 527, the third connecting chamber 528, and the third sliding cavity 523 communicate. The lubricant in the third sliding cavity 523 enters the cavity surrounded by the second inner groove portion 5312 and the box body 52 through the first check valve 7a, and then flows to the crater of the metal circular tube through the box body outlet cavity 526. Meanwhile, because the first connecting cavity 525 is reconnected to the box outlet cavity 526 through the cavity formed by the second inner groove portion 5312 and the box 52 (i.e., a portion of the first sliding cavity 521), the lubricating oil can be assisted to fall down by the air pump (or other air injection device) connected to the box inlet cavity 524 through a sealed pipeline, so as to lubricate the crater of the metal round pipe.
And as crater polishing progresses, box inlet chamber 524, first connection chamber 525, and box outlet chamber 526 communicate. At this time, the first sliding guide pillar 531 and the third sliding guide pillar 533 are displaced upward, the volume of the third sliding cavity 523 partitioned by the third sliding guide pillar 533 and the case 52 is reduced, and the volume of the cavity formed by the second inner groove portion 5312 and the case 52 is not changed, so that the third sliding cavity 523 forms a positive pressure, the positive pressure pushes the spool of the second check valve 7b to move leftward, the third connecting cavity 528 is closed, and the lubricating oil stops entering the compressed third sliding cavity 523.
