The second step is that: the water outlet 29 in the limiting cover 26 is communicated with an external water injection device, the water injection device sprays cleaning liquid to the outer wall of the round-bottom flask through the water outlet 29, and then a certain amount of cleaning liquid is pumped into the inner wall of the round-bottom flask through the water pump 245 in the test tube brush assembly 24 for washing.
