By adding the peony seed oil, the hand sanitizer has the advantages of fragrance, good physicochemical property, strong decontamination effect, good moisturizing effect, and higher foamability and decontamination capability compared with other hand sanitizers in the market.

s3, adding 2% of pearlescent slurry, 1-3% of peony seed oil and 1% of water-soluble jojoba oil into the mixed solution obtained in the step S2, heating to 75 ℃ and uniformly stirring for 1 hour;
and S4, finally stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding 0.2% of citric acid and 0.6% of natural preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the peony seed oil skin-moistening hand sanitizer.

s2, adding 10% of alkyl glycoside, 13% of cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, 7% of disodium lauryl ether sulfosuccinate and 2% of cocodiethanolamide into the dispersion prepared in the step S1, heating to 75 ℃, uniformly stirring, and keeping for 30min to obtain a mixed solution;
